Very Good start for gardening beginners. Selections of plants are limited and usually very common. Most perennials in my garden from Home Depot died just after one winter except strong catmint.
Sales people very nice but it took over ONE hour to find ONE object by myself . . . AND I used to work in that store.
Items, with inventory on the website are not found in the store.
Found exactly what I was looking for, even asked one of the workers for assistance on one item that I couldnt find. Staff is overall friendly and willing to help you.
Associates were awesome, pickings are quite slim, no stands, no lights
Loads of plants- both flowers and veggies for the garden. Most are healthy but you need to choose wisely. All of the items needed for landscaping and gardening are there, and at reasonable prices. This location has large selection, well laid-out and is rarely crowded. Easy parking near the garden area. Employees are available to help load items into car.
Ron, an older gentleman, in plumbing is like Mr. Wizard. I wanted to make a pseudo shower at the beach from one of their orange Homer 5 gallon buckets using a garden faucet. He knew exactly the parts I needed in the Plumbing department AND in the Electrical department and help me look at different ways to make it as I wanted to do it as cheaply as I could. I was amazed when I told him what I wanted to do, he only had to think like literally 5 seconds and then made a bee line for parts. I was very impressed!
Cashiers have no idea where anything is and what quality it is. They dont even know basic soil-amending products--you ask for perlite, and they look at you like you have 3 heads. No one available to help load car with heavy bags of soil, even though there are workers specifically paid to do that. Finally was able to find what I need, then threw out my back loading it.
They have many good products for Gardening however the plants are a bit limited & I feel pricing is a bit high.
Decent but not enough plants to choose from
Hmm
Very poor selection
