Great supermarket. I wish there was a MB closer to home but I still make a point to come every now and again. Fish is fresh and lots of frozen fish too. Great selection of fresh produce. Good prices on an ample selection of groceries.

Very busy store but very well-stocked and staffed with great people. Got a few excellent sub sandwiches before leaving. One big reason for going was to restock our Market Basket mayo, which has become our favorite. Great prices throughout the store.

Was my first time in this market basket it was very very crowded the lines were ridiculously long I had a hard time filling my customers order because certain items were out but aside from my customers list they have lots and lots of different kinds of foods Brands international I’ll be going back

What a great Market, very clean with a wide selection and great atmosphere. It was kind of cramped in there although the space is very large. The sheer amount of customers a good indication that this is the place to go.

This supermarket has a lot more variety of products than many others around but, it is extremely busy all the time. The times I have been there, they have had plenty of cashiers to move people quickly

Not a great day in Waltham. The deli counter was in meltdown, and the customer service counter apparently couldnt call in staff to help.Everything else, thouh, was great!

I will never understand why the workers need to bring a full pallet of stock down the grocery isles on a Saturday when the store is packed. This blocks the isles so that no person with their shopping carriage can pass through which is very avoidable. How about bringing the items on a hand cart...... Probably will not come back despite low prices.

Nice wide aisles, good selection.I wish they would teach baggers proper bagging - like the Hot/cold bag isnt for boxes of dry goods, its for my ice cream and meats!!!

Flat out the BEST PLACE TO SUPERMARKET SHOP. The cleanest store, the best stocked store, and the CHEAPEST EVERYDAY PRICES, ANYWHERE. This is the place to go to stock up on groceries. There is more staff on the floor, at any one time, than I have ever seen in a retail store. This store can be VERY BUSY, so check times to shop on line. This is 19 miles from my house, so I cant use them every week, but go a couple times a month. You can easily save $1.00 each on most of the items I buy, so Stock Up!!

Prices at Market Basket are consistently lower than other places, but they cater to the average American consumer, so many of their items are lacking in the quality I prefer. Purchase bread from a European bakery and I cant see how youd ever again want it as grocery store bakeries make it here. I hope for a time when American tastes and demands are more sophisticated.

I have always been a fan of Market Basket. So I was excited when they opened the Waltham location a few years ago. Friendly service, dedicated employees, well-stocked isles, lots of parking.....! Typical food items are 20-30% cheaper here compared to Shaws and Stop & Shop.

Really real, Greek EVOO, crisply fresh produce, my favorite vanilla, unsweetened plant milks... Whats NOT to like about the MB?!?

This place was really busy. I can see why. The store is well laid out. Great selection and great prices. Even though it was really busy the check out lines were short and fast. Friendly staff.

Fresh food at the best prices. Another advantage over wholesale clubs is the smaller quantity/size of items. Milk and bread are even cheaper than wholesale club.

Great selection great price point

I took a star off because of their practice of making sure all shelves are FULL, regardless of what the tags on the shelves say. This is especially frustrating when its items in their flyer. Id rather look at empty shelves than search through rows of similar products for 5 min to never find what Im actually looking for.This also causes extreme aisle clutter and back up, specifically because there always seems to be 4 or more associates restocking 1 aisle. And maybe its just my luck, but this also tends to be during their busiest times.Other than that they typically have a good selection of items and the produce aisle has a great variety and is fresh.

I truly enjoy shopping at Market Basket. Their stores are clean, loaded with employees, great prices, fresh produce, meats, poultry, and shelf products are always reorganized throughout the day so theres no guessing if they have it in stock. Cashiers and bagging staff are kind, courteous and quick. A tremendous variety of organic items same label as WF for less. They just are a asset to the local grocery experience! Highly recommended!!!

Simply the best! Some people r ices are more than a dollar less than competitors. Customer service is great, if you cant find something and ask an associate they are more than helpful. As a matter of fact, you probably will get an escort to the product you seek. I go out of my way to get to MB.

Good selection of produce including many international items. Fantastic customer service - they know where items are! Reasonably priced items. Good covid-19 hygiene and they enforce it (like it should be done).

Huge. If you need it,they have it. Plus their Market Basket brands are low priced probably best supermarket if your on a budget. Plenty of cashiers too.Unlike most markets. Their burgers and submarine sandwiches cant be beat on quality and price. The one drawback is parking, for Market Basket is always busy.

This place is the best Market Basket I have been, it even has a liquor store in it. All products and prices you are used to from Market Basket, and half of the crowd. Plenty of parking as well..

Great place for groceries and everyone seems very friendly.

I love the fresh veggies and the organic options present here plus I can find all my grocery and baking needs. But that is not all for a 5 star right...what I love about this place is their handling throughout this Corona mess. I had to carry my wipes to most of the stores I go to, but not here, they always have the sanitizing wipes. Also they have a lot of billing counters so I don’t have to stand in queues for long.

Best market to shop. Prices are good and they have everything you can possibly think of.

No matter the location of the Market Basket you can get damn near everything you need in one stop. Some locations have a variance when it comes to diversity of products but, you will find what you need and can products ordered and placed on the shelf for future purchase.

Good place very clean and great food

I went shopping on a Sunday afternoon and it was very busy but check out was relatively quick. I only had to wait for one shopper in front of me. They had a very good selection across-the-board and prices seemed to be at least good if not better then average.

Very clean, well stocked and reasonably priced grocery store. This location has a nice sized deli counter, fresh seafood counter and a bakery. Good selection of organic produce and dry goods plus many brands of dairybfree, gluten free, kosher and vegan goods. Halal chicken and lamb is available too. Also has a customer service booth selling stamps, gift cards, money orders etc. Staff are helpful and they do bag groceries well. The coffee shop is closed due to Covid 19. Does tend to get very busy but people are generally polite, social distance and masks are required.

Clean store, covenient location, more than enough space for parking. Good deals as usual from Market Basket.

Family friendly store which serves all income levels and has almost all international foods.

99% of items I needed are available! Even some surprise items so I didnt have to make another stop. Clean with high ceilings for good ventilation. Must wear masks correctly! No exposing of nostrils allowed. YAY!!! Great staff, and efficient.

Great prices, lots of variety. Only complaint is that this location can get VERY crowded often, but they do a good job keeping things stocked. Associates are welcoming and friendly.

I would give 5 stars if not for the employees. They always seem to be in the way. Also its not a good idea to place people in the hotr food section if they cant understand or comprehend the language. Im so dissappointed in my lunch today and all I asked for was a simple hot dog. How do you mess that up

This place is amazing and that alone is worth the trip!!! This pricing puts Roche Bros and Star Market to shame. The store is always much cleaner than those other places too. Generally speaking the employees are more friendly and available. At the Waltham and West Bridgewater branches the bakeries are absolutely perfect. We always grab a few donuts for Saturday morning. Please don’t change Market Basket, and you’ll always keep our business!

You can find good prices in some products (regular products), although I cant compare vegan/dairy free/organics products because I dont consume them that much. Fruits might be a better option in other place but if you are already there and dont want to visit other store, the price is not too bad either. The service might be good or bad depending of who you are taking to. During pandemic theyve been cleaning the shopping cars which is nice also you might clean it yourself if you want. The shampoo area is not too big and not too many brands as I would like to.

Best of all of them - huge parking lot - lots of cashiers and quick check out. Also has MB Spirits with good prices - they figured that out real quick.

The prices and selection are great here. It is large and on Saturday morning there was plenty of room for people to social distance.My roommate and I went together on my most recent trip. She introduced me to their dented can shelf. It is in the back in the meat section close to the chicken. If you are looking for a deal, its worth checking it out!Our cashier was very good at following COVID precautions, wiping the conveyer belt between each customer. And they have wipes and hand sanitizer available at the front of the store.My one piece of feedback is about one way aisles. I appreciate having one way aisles, and follow that guideline. Some other shoppers do not. I think that is to be expected - some will not be aware, and some will just want to get their item quickly regardless of the direction signs. There were a couple times when there was a worker shelving items who did not address this with the customer going the wrong way. Perhaps they have had people react poorly, but I wish they would remind people/ let them know about the one way directions when they see people going the wrong way.
