The lights are of excellent quality, there are interesting shapes for different types of interior. Caring staff. I personally bought what I wanted.

Customer Service Lacks Friendliness!Was warned before I called Wilfords Lighting -- customer service was snooty, quick to get off the phone, and of no assistance to me. Couldnt even provide me a suggestion of another vendor who may carry the product I was looking for.

Salespeople are friendly and attentive. Listened to my thoughts and application before making recommendations.They tend to lean towards certain solutions (Techlighting track lights), but not unusual for these stores and the products are good quality.

A good selection of lamps and lighting related products on display in useful settings. We went in the middle of the day; I think an evening visit might be a better way to see the light the display models cast. Whats really good is the expertise of the Wolfers staff; Bob G had us rethink our plans after walking through them with him. Justifiably pricey.

This place was recommended by my electrician, when I told him I did not find what I want at Lowes, Home depot or Ikea. At Wolfers Lighting, there is a wide variety of lights, even a amazing mirror with light and an integrated mail/video/music player. Not all are available in this showroom, but you can count on the help of a lighting designer to help you find the right one.Thanks to ChristineNB: Id have put a 5 stars with a little bit more of lights in the showroom. Some test spots were empty.

Wolfers has an amazing choice of traditional and unique modern lighting! You can see the fixtures lit up too. We were helped by Tom who is excellent! He spent time with us and really was concerned with making sure we were happy.

I had a wonderful experience with Wolfers and Bob Grossman in sales. I had ordered recessed lighting fixtures from another vendor who was terrible to work with and had left a few parts off of my order. After calling the manufacturer, I learned that I could order the parts through Wolfers. Bob was quick to respond and highly professional. I wish that I had placed the entire order with Wolfers to start, but I will definitely be buying the other fixtures I need through them in the future.

Utter disappointment. After two 2-hour mediocre meetings with a consultant for our 1,200 sf home addition project, the consultant promised a lighting package in short order, but went radio silent for 3 weeks, ruining our schedule for lighting install. Another source provided design direction and pricing in a single 2 hours meeting.Sadly, -0- stars is not an option on Google because this is the review that is deserved.

I was able to do the entire transaction via email, and more importantly, the project was put on hold for nine months and when I reached out again to my sales rep, he was able to find the emails, and prices, that wed exchanged prior. I purchased one LED track fixture to check the light (lumens, CRI, color temp), then ordered 8 more.
