Medium-sized, but better than average Party City location, serving the Waltham and Watertown area. The store seems better organized, better lit and better staffed than other locations I have been to. Ample parking available. Good, but not huge, selection. I would give it 5 stars except one of the cashiers, Jonathan, was unable to help me with the discount I was entitled to for having joined the email list a month earlier. He suggested I contact customer service, but didnt give me the number. If your solution is having me call customer service, why do I have to ask you for the number? He said he assumed customer service was open at that time. (It turns out that it wasnt.) Again, if telling me to call customer service is your solution, you need to know if it is open or not. Finally, he assumed I wanted to proceed with the purchase. Why dont you ask me? Perhaps a 25% difference in price will affect my decision to purchase these items, right? He is probably a manager there who genuinely cares, but who also needs to get his act straight.

Was Halloween a lot of customers a lot of costumes period friendly people

You can order online and pick up here. The prices are certainly higher in party city compared to other online stores, but this is a decent option if you have a time crunch. The staff is OK. They wont go out of their way or are happy to help you, but are polite enough.

The worker was super friendly. But they happen to be out of every balloon I asked for. Should restock more often

This place has a fair selection and is clean and organized. It used to be an iParty and had much more in the area of cake decorating and such. But otherwise, pretty good place to find stuff.

Cups and plates in every possible color. Themed decorations are limited. Small section for seasonal decorations. Overall nice and clean.

It surprises me a little bit that they inflate big (24in) latex balloons with helium-air mixture. The balloon is, consequently, significantly less durable and also with less lifting capacity.

Huge parking lot, great variety of products. Unfortunately, I believe this location will be closing down soon.

Rude and useless. If youre looking for Halloween costumes, balloons and bad attitudes youre in luck! They have plenty of those but little else. Really just the saddest example of a dying brand. Look else where

We asked for three driffrent kinds of balloon for my grandsons 2nd Birthday and they had non of the ones we wanted. They were out of stock on many items

The worst customer service I’ve seen anywhere. I came yesterday to buy dozen balloons and met a very rude personnel there. Until i paid they denied to blow one up to show me the color, even though i said that im paying for it. What they expected me to order them and run away?The persons name was Kim. IDK what is her problem, but she is extremely unpolite and rude person. If I was a store manager I would definitely fire her.

Always a line & Way overpriced. They do have somethings seemingly only available there, but overall you can find most items at Target, BJs, or a speciality store.

Basically you get everything you need for a party. However, quality of products is horrible, employees are unfriendly and a lot of trash is sold at prices not related to what you get for your money.
