I went to Hasset Ford for a recall service item for my 2014 Ford Explorer.From the customer service representative who took my appointment, to the service specialist who setup my recall service to the mechanic who worked on and returned my truck to me, the service was courteous and professional.I recommend them for all your car and truck needs.

I have used Hassett Ford for several years. Their service department is always top notch. Alex Balsamo is my go to service advisor who always remembers my name for that personal touch and always keeps me informed with the status of my vehicle. I have tried other Ford dealers in the area and always end up at Hassett. Even brought a Dodge Challenger from them.
I gave three stars because 2 is too harsh. I don’t feel the level of professionalism was there as opposed to garden city Lincoln. The air pressure in my tires was uneven when I went in. And was the same when I went out. I don’t even think they rotated them. Tells me they didn’t touch the tires. No attempt to address minor shopping cart scratches on the car which probably could have been easily buffed out or touched up as they were not gouges. The person didn’t not even look at them. I was told a body shop would be best. I would use them again as a function of convenience. However I feel there is better and more attentive service out there for such a substantive lease payment.
Everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional and friendly. I was told the car might not even be looked at for 2 days, however they called me the same afternoon letting me know they looked at the car and what the issue was. Had the car back much faster than I thought! They were great!
I dont understand why Hassett wants my feedback when I am still waiting for a part replacement since May! Twice I called Ford to have the airbag recall done and twice I have had a work order ticket done by Hassett and twice I have yet to hear back! Im so disappointed in both Ford and Hassett for not doing its due diligence.
You guys are the best, I get the best service ever, Ive taken my truck the other dealers and I dont get the service like you guys provide. I know when I take my truck to hassett Ford Ill get the best service possible. You guys call me with updates you keep me informed great service. All your staff is very knowledgeable on trucks can ask any questions and they will find out or answer it right there on the spot.
Got an oil change and inspection. Wait was minimal for sevice. Courteous and professional but they need wifi in the customer waiting area.

For the first time since I purchased my car I went to service it at Hassetts new place by the car wash. I pulled in and was immediately greeted politely by John. My tire issue was scheduled there and Gary took care of the tires and even my oil change which was scheduled at the Dealers shop. I was in and out and able to use my Subaru coupon as a bonus! Pleased to do business with professional and knowledgeable people who value customers with integrity. Great shop!

Ive been a Hassett customer for years. I always bring my vehicles there for all maintenance work. Any issues that have come up have always been quickly resolved. The service department staff has always been very helpful.

This was my first experience with Hassett Ford Service center. I was originally concerned after reading unfavorable reviews. Even though I was apprehensive, a call to my salesman John Fanuzzi rested my fears. From the entry point to the Service desk, I felt assured that my vehicle would be taken care of properly. The lady at the front desk was professional and showed concern over my issue. The car was discussed with me by the mechanic and I was free to go without further delay... A beautiful experience

My lease is almost up. I stopped to check out some possibilities for a new car. I roamed around that parking lot for at least 30 min & I was not approached once to see if I needed help.Plenty of car dealers out there. I suggest skipping this one!
While it took a few weeks to secure an appointment, the drop off & registration process was efficient. My service agent was knowledgable and had all my concerns addressed.
Staff were very courteous and helpful when making the appointment. Brought my SUV in at 8am for a brake job because was at 30K and was going to tow a trailer on a long trip. Was advised that it would be finished between 11 - noon. The called me at 11AM to tell me the job was finished and I only needed front brakes. The price quoted was reasonable and they accepted the Ford Brake special coupon. Very happy with the Service Tech Bob L. and the courteous and professional way they conduct business. They are now my go-to Ford service dealership.
The car was inspected for New York State end it was a general maintenance visit. Also one of the tires kept losing air. We were told the tire was replaced because it was under warranty but we are still experiencing the same issue. We use the valet service and A loaner car was left. It was a good thing we had the loaner because a car was in the service center for an entire week for what were very minor issues all covered under the multiple warranties that we had purchased. Most of the issues we had we were told we’re not covered and we’re not addressed. Overall the experience was poor

Had to return for tire replacement. Didnt have my size in stock. Didnt ask size when I first called. When I returned they took care of me right away and were very accommodating

I received a notice that my vehicle had a recall, I called to make an appointment and was told that the part was out of stock and had to be ordered. An appointment was set up for 4 weeks in advance, On the date the appointment was scheduled and after taking off from work, I went to the service department and after waiting, was told that there was no recall on my vehicle .I have been leasing and purchasing my vehicles from Hassett Ford for over 30 years and this is the worst experience

I saw Rae and she explained the differences for each of Subarus SUVs and ultimately, the Forester met all the expectations I was looking into for my next vehicle. Rae was professional, thorough, and polite. The entire team at Hassett Subaru was great to work with and made the car hunt ending a perfect one. Cannot recommend them enough!

Service is fine and staff is respectful. Trying to get an appointment is ridiculous, 1st available appointment is 3 weeks later. Time find a local mechanic who can handle basic service in a timely manner.

Sold me a car with too bad tires and I’ll try to make me replace it or they Won’t give my inspection I pay for every Warrantee And apparently that’s not cover even though I pay for the tire warranty could be because of race how many others had this problem here let me know.

The service hours are extremely limited and the service staff is incompetent. I was informed that it was normal for a new subaru to run out of antifreeze in its overflow tank in 7500 miles, which is false. Do not use this dealership for service if you want quality diagnostics and prompt service.

So far so good after 2 visits.
This review would be a 0 if that was an option. We brought my new 2020 escape in for the trunk shade to be affixed properly and a minor sunroof issue. We had made a 9am apt which when I called service to even make an apt was put on hold 3 times and cut offwhile talking. I was given a time and date brought the car in on time and never received a call about the status of my car, so at 5pm had to call and sw Anil Raghu to be told our car was never looked at. So if we hadn’t called we would have prob never got a call back. Asked to sw the manager Kyle he never called back. The next day Anil calls in the afternoon says the car is done. We still wanted to sw a manager. Kyle calls back tells us Anil mis spoke and they were missing the clips to the shade but still never notified or called so not sure if that is even the truth. The way they handled this situation is beyond unacceptable and disappointing!

Hassett is a very reliable Dealership I leased my Legacy from them and I have my Outback serviced there . I took a break and used South Shore for awhile because it was closer to me but South Shore Subaru is a Nightmare and I Will never bring my car there again !! Worth the trip to Hassett .I trust them and they are professional and Reliable

Just called the service center 6/10/19 to have an airbag recall issue fixed. The lady who answered the phone said to bring the car in one weekday. I said that wasnt possible because I work Monday through Friday. I suggested that I bring the car in on a Saturday. She then told me that only oil change techs are in for the weekend. I told her no thanks. Instead of suggesting a possible solution to my problem she just gladly said okay and ended the conversation unresolved.
I have purchased 3 Subaru vehicles and currently own a Lincoln MKZ and Subaru Legacy. From sales to service, this is a great dealership. My sales experience was excellent. I hate when you get jumped on as soon as you walk in the door and this dealer did not do that. The service department is very friendly. I highly recomend to anyone looking at a Ford, Lincoln, or Subaru.

What a difference! After visiting Toyota and Hondadealers I went to Hassett Ford. I was pleasantly surprised to find out there were no added fees for a certified used car! No reconditioning charge and the warranty on the engine and drivetrain are included in the certified vehicles at no extra charge. Best of all the price of the car was at the lowest end of the Kelly blue book value. The Ford Edge I bought was in mint condition and Tom Cinelli was a pleasure to work with. Look no further, this is the place to go for your car.
