I called the store to ask if they carry sheets specifically made for the Purple Mattress and Ted was kind enough to actually check and let me know that they had several colors in Queen size. He was very helpful and I ended up purchasing a set. Very happy with the service amd sheets.

The salesman Alex was so professional and very sweet, usually when I walked into a store to do a huge purchase, salesman hound you and are very pushy, he was the opposite, He didn’t try n sell me the most expensive thing on the floor, He took the time to show me around and let me test out different mattresses (by laying on them to check firmness). He got me the best deal and I save hundreds, He was awesome.. This was my first time at this store and it won’t be the last. I’ll be back to get my daughter a mattresses set, as long as I get to have Alex as my salesman again.

Steven was a gentleman and very patient. Came into the store with a couple of friends who were in the market for a new Mattress set up. I was in the market for a simple pillow if anything. I ended up getting the most comfortable mattresses I have ever been on. I would never have bought but Steven explained how important sleep was even at a younger age. He told me if I could afford it now rather than wait ten years that it would be a great investment. Think about all the great sleep I’d be missing out on in those ten years. I was approved for 0% and agreed to the terms. Delivery will be tomorrow and Im so excited. And I ended up getting two pillows. Thanks, Steve!!

The store carries Purple (original,2,3,&4) and lets you try it out, which is why we walked into a box store. Theyre a Purple authorized dealer and sells them at the same online prices and promotions. We were greeted by Ed who was professional, knowledgeable and gave us time to try out the mattresses without any feeling of being rushed into buying. We ended up buying a Purple mattress and a serta adjustable base due to the labor day sales promo on them with Eds help.Free delivery (for Purple, otherwise $30, i believe) was scheduled a few days later with 3 guys doing all the hauling and setup. They were courteous and took all garbage with them after they were done, all within 20 mins.Couple things to note: The mattresses here have all have trial periods to try, but is not free to return if youre unhappy with them ($250). Only the Purple bed has the free return after 120 nights. There sell adjustable bed bases here, which carry a one year warranty, but can extend that to 10 years if you purchase the extended warranty (we thought was worth it). They also have no interest financing available. Overall, our experience here was stress free and quick. Eds the guy youll want to speak to when you go.

I bought two beds today, one Purple! Finally giving my twins their own rooms. But the point I am trying to make is - if you need a bed or two or three, NOW is the time to buy (insane deals!) and THIS IS THE MAN YOU NEED TO SEE. Ed Truzzolino. Well considering I walked in to buy a twin mattress and walked out with a tempurpedic adjustable queen mattress and $500 worth of pillows I could definitely say the salesperson did a good job. He was super friendly and knew his stuff.

We purchased a bed at Mattress firm about 3 months ago and hated it. It was a split king, which is really 2 twin XLs side by side with a gap in the middle. The mattresses would slide apart and overhand the frame, so there is a risk of falling over the side if you get close to the edge, or fall in the gap. We tried 3 different devices to hold them together - helped somewhat but none worked to our satisfaction.We called our salesperson at Mattress firm expecting problems but they were so nice. They said no problem, come in and pick out a different bed and they would take back the old one and credit us for our purchase.We went in, picked out a new bed (and paid the difference in price over what the original bed cost as we went to a better level of mattress) and it was delivered and installed the next day and we love it. It was a traditional king sized mattress with adjustable base.

Ed Truzzolino walked up to my husband and I with a huge smile on his face and a kind hello. He immediately gave off the vibe of honesty and trustworthiness. Much of my career before becoming a lawyer was in sales so I have a keen sense for salespersons who are just trying to sell you the most expensive item and genuine salespersons that want you to be happy. Ed showed us a variety of beds and was able to give us so much detail on why each bed was great in its own way. Ed did not make us feel like we should get one bed over another he simply gave us the facts. He gave us his honest opinions and didn’t make us feel pressured. He knew what he was talking about and his knowledge showed with every word he spoke. At one point he even stepped away to allow my husband and I to speak privately about what we were thinking. I’ve seen many salesman and Ed by far is one of the best we’ve ever encountered. We ended up buying the top of the line (oops!) but we don’t feel like we were swindled into it or forced in any way. Our decision had everything to do with the facts Ed gave us and the absence of pressure from him. Mattress Firm is super lucky to have someone like Ed on their staff.
