Great customer service!

We had been a long time customer and never had an issue. In fact would recommend to people. This last time had an issue with a product that had to be repaired. Every time we called about it we were told it would be here in 2 weeks. Took 2 1/2 months to get it back while still paying on it...except 2 weeks worth. We were not kept in the loop on anything unless we called. When we finally got it back we took it back. We will not go back. Felt like we were getting screwed.

Had some bad experiences with R-A-C in the past but moved to Wapak and decided to give them another try. The gentleman who helped us was real nice and seemed to be genuine unlike employees at the last one. So far its been a good experience.

Usually always able to find a great deal.

I always liked this place. I was a little disappointed when I went back to them because the couch that was suppose to be new was scratched up, other than that they’re very nice.
