On a Friday at 3:30 sign says On Break, be back at 3:50. Two different people already waiting in line. Vision person comes back and informs everyone she is only one there and it will be awhile. I asked her if I could get a number to be in line so I could go shop and come back. She took my cell number and said she would call me. She never called, I went back in 40 mins and she was finishing the 2nd person in front of me. She starts waiting on a man sitting there and I said, excuse me, I am next. She was very rude and not accommodating at all, so I just left. Poor customer service, poor management to have only 1 person there on a Friday late afternoon. Never again.
Friday. July 5, 2019.Sign says be back at 3:30. I was here at 3:30 waiting now for 15 minutes. Other customers have come and got tired of waiting. Walmart workers just walk by without a word. One star is too high.THEY DONT CARE!!!
I will not be going back to the WalMart vision center, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. The doctors are nice, but it was way too expensive. I needed a last minute appointment because I scratched my eye, thats the only reason I went. But the visit & followup alone were $128, and the drops they prescribed were $76 for a little bottle that I needed for 3 days. And when I went to urgent care to try to get a cheaper prescription, the eye drops were $9. Talk about overcharging, WalMart! When I asked about the price, she said there was nothing she could do because the physicians set the price. I wasnt charged correctly for my original visit, through no fault of my own, and she still couldnt do anything about the price. Not happy. Not my fault I was charged incorrectly. They quoted me $30-$90, and it was $128, which is not okay. I dont have extra money to just spend.
We went to Walmart with no insurance for my 11 year old son. Glasses broke 4 hours later went there today great warranty. Fixed them. Greatful
