Best place in town to get a Vehicle state inspection sticker. The service was quick, reliable, and in the most accessible place in town. I will definitely be going back for next years inspection sticker.

I have been using them to have my car serviced since I bought it. I noticed that I was getting a flat tire and popped In. I explained that I understood that they were about to close but I had a flat tire I needed help. I was told yes they are closed and when I asked if I could set up an appointment they said it would be three weeks before I could be scheduled. All I could do is say thank you and drive away. 5/26/21I received a call in response to my post. My tire is fixed free of charge. Thank you for making it right. 5/28/21

I called about having a tire issue, they had me come down the same day and patched it up right away. They were kind, fast, and the price was excellent. What a great experience!

My car wouldnt start and I was afraid Id miss work. No one would give me a jump. Finally this nice man did but it didnt work so he gave me a ride to subaguru. I explained my situation and how I was stuck in ware 45 minutes from home, afraid Id miss work which I had to get to for noon. Even though subaguru was super busy he gave me a ride in the tow truck, started my car, explained to me what was wrong (replace the starter) and showed me how to try to start it on my own until it was replaced. Then he refused to be paid said just give him a good review. Five stars!! He helped me when I needed help and I even got to work on time. Thank you thank you thank you 🙂

If you happen to have any form of an aftermarket sound system in your car beware of this shop. I brought my car in for an inspection today and when i received it back i found it had been tampered with. Had i not recently installed a new subwoofer in it less than a week ago that retails for around $250 (on sale) i wouldnt be as irritated, but given the fact that it is still (or was) very fresh and still being broken in i am very irritated. When i received the car back not only was my headunit left on but the controller i have for bass level of my sub was CRANKED and now my fresh sub sounds like trash and likely wont last nearly as long as it would if it wasnt abused without my knowing. EXTREMELY irritated with this situation.

Ill start off noting I havent had mechanical work done here but this is where I take my vehicles for inspections. Even when theres a crazy line they go really quick getting vehicles in checked thoroughly and out, if theres something tiny thats not part of the inspection but they notice it theyll tell you (my plate light is out, not part of the inspection but he took the time to notice and tell me). These guys are great.

My 2001 Subaru Forester had its head gaskets fail one month before I was supposed to make a cross-country drive from MA to Texas. Brought the car to Chris for an estimate and repairs, and had the car back within two weeks. In those two weeks, Chris and his team replaced the head gaskets, spark plugs, engine belts & pulleys, thermostat, water pump, and mounted my new tires - all done with great expertise. The car runs better than it ever has since Ive owned it, and I wouldnt have made it to Texas without the help of Chris and his team (Ive been driving in 100-degree weather for the past week and the car has been rock solid). I owe them a million thanks and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for Subaru-specific repairs/maintenance.

So far so good! Had to wait a week because they are so busy. First time there. Needed gas lines replaced on a 2006 GMC and they took care of it. I would recommend these guys.

Came in for an inspection around 8:00 when the open (mind you, inspections aren’t supposed to start until 8:30) and they took my car in relatively soon thereafter...10 or so mins later the inspection is finished and Aaron (aka A-A-RON😂😂😂) told me one of the tail lights was out but that he popped one in on the house!I’m generally leery of automotive shops but the crew here made a stellar first impression...thank you thank you thank you so much for the superb customer service, ya’ll rock!!😎💪🙌

A Subaru dealership applied the worst possible tires to my 08 Outback XT Limited, my OBD 2 port worked before the dealer but not after and they said they installed new low beam bulbs (but upon 1st startup of the car when turning the lights on, the Right low beam refused to light). Brought car to Subaguru and they put my Michelins back on (thank goodness because the absolutely terrible Falkens the Subaru dealership installed caused the car at 70 miles per hour to lose grip with the back wheels [in a car with Front, Rear and center Limited Slip Differentials and Transfer case] when a Coyote ran into the Route 2 West roadway to chase a Hare so from the Left lane I turned the wheel a little Right and the rear wheels let go of the road, the car slid sideways about 50 feet, hit the Coyote with the plastic of my lower drivers door. Upon the wheels losing grip I turned my wheel left [Turn into the skid] but the car still refused to cooperate, but after the coyote was knocked down after being hit by 4,013 pounds of car at 70 miles per hour it hit the ground and the moment my back left tire/wheel hit the coyote it finally straightened out, thank goodness). So I had my Michelins reinstalled by Subaguru, my OBD 2 port turned out to be fine and it was my Snap On Solus Edge which had failed [Snap On replaced it] and they did quite a bit of digging to find the cause of the headlight problem and I missed the absolute most obvious thing [and likely because of my Fluke 88AV and Snap On Solus on my passenger seat Subaguru almost certainly believed I knew what I was doing and they for a short time missed the obvious as well, for a short time]... the New Bulbs the dealership charged me for werent actually new and Subaguru found the low beam bulb on the Right was bad. They replaced both low beam bulbs and my car was 100% (excluding the missing plastic due to the coyote and down my Right side plastic and around the back of the bumper where my neighbor ran her Ford Explorer bumper down my plastic panels and around the back of the car as she pulled out of her driveway) again. A quality shop but as with everything Subaru, a little expensive compared to a Ford, Dodge or Chevrolet dealerships.Subaguru is A+ in my book!

They were supposed to fix something on my car, supposedly did but told me I had to return in a few weeks but it was fine to drive. Car immediately gave me a few so I took it to another place where they told me that it was not okay to drive and whoever worked on my car didnt take the time or care to put all the pieces back and there were bolts missing on several vital parts of the undercarriage.
