This was by far the best customer service. The employees were completely knowledgeable and patient. Explained everything to us. They switched our phones over from AT&T without a glitch.. I have already sent my son over and he switched to T Mobile!! Great store!!

Well let me start by saying T-mobile is by far the best carrier Ive ever had. I recently went In-Store to the Ware location to ask a question about the Netflix on us promotion. Joel, the Store manager was literally a walking website with more knowledge than I could Google. I entered the store with a question on a FREE promotion and I swear I wanted to spend more money to take advantage of all the promotions Joel told me about. Ive been to T-mobile locations all over the country and this store made we want to sell my children in exchange for great deals. If I could sell my wedding ring and a divorce wasnt more expensive I would have bought all the devices that were in stock. Now let it be known, other than the Eastfield mall location in Springfield MA. This T-mobile deserves a spot on mount Olympus besides Zeus himself. This review should be a warm welcome to all mortals across the land. If you want service and I mean QUALITY SERVICE. Go to this T-mobile. Talk to Joel. Live your life like youre supposed to. My first time going to this Tmobile store today and no one seemed to be able to help me. There was a gentleman named Carlos and another guy there but wasn’t very friendly or helpful with my situation

Worst experience ever in my lifeGovernment mandated face covers on may 6th 2020Employee (( kaleigh or haley ))) did not wear mask at all was mad and blatantly lied to me when I asked her who her manager was ... I know because the Male employee told me he was not after she said he is her boss ....on may 11th refused to take my return deviceRefused to take my cash paymentAnd threw my device on counter and told me to ship it myselfI left the store and called 611 they handled everythingDo you think that best represents Tmobile
