The place Is great. They have very nice handicap carts. But one of your employees need to be retrained. My mom asked her a question about were something was. And she said down there. She was no help at all. But thankfully there was just a normal person there. And helped us out better the your employee. Every thing else was great.

They Walmart in Ware, Ma is always a good one. I literally live behind the one on boston rd. In SPFLD, Ma. And I take the 45min drive when I need to go into a Walmart

Ive been here a few times and have had consistently good experiences. The store is well laid out and well maintained. Its clean and the floor is marked with arrows indicating traffic flow (even if nobody follows them). The staff is not overly friendly, but also not unfriendly. They get the job done with minimal fuss.

It was rush hour so there was a bit of a wait. Other than that pleasant staff.

So far, in all my trips driving up and down the east coast, this has remained my favorite WalMart to go to and it seems to keep improving. The people are great and the store looks great. Please keep it up!

This morning I went shopping for some funeral gifts for my boyfriends ex-wife and I saw a literal man standing there! He was just standing there when I walked into the store. I have never been so afraid in my life. This reminds me of the time I was in Chicago 1949 and I saw a man just STANDING IN THE ALLEY! Anyway, I found a really cool Sans with paintbrush anime figure, very cool!

Best price on eggs! And I love self check out because I can breeze in and out in a flash.

On my first oil change I spun out on the highway about five minutes later after leaving. I dont know if it was related to my oil change or not but I did go back for another one about two or three weeks later once I drove 3000+ miles. I usually always use full synthetic because my car is a hybrid.

Sometimes Walmart can be frustrating, but the employees have to be applauded. If you get groceries curbside, consider letting them make substitutions. Theyre good at it. You might find a new favorite.

It most have a very bad day for the employee I dealt with. They were kind of rude when asked to give a separate bag for things my daughter wanted. This isnt my first bad experience with thos store either. Store Manager never called me back.

Great experience. That store is very organized and clean. Drove 40 minutes to go there and will continue to do so when I need to go.

I dont usually have any problems here. Be wary of cashiers. Bad day and sequence of events. Cashier overcharged me by multiplying same items improperly. She was not attentive nor personable, and aloof. I immediately noticed the error when I stepped away so I went right to customer service. Very pleasant there but rep had difficulty crediting my account. When I got to my car, my bank app told me that I was charged for the items again then credited. Then charged again. I had to return again. End result, I have to go back another day for the refund- now double the overcharge- to see if the system corrects it on its own.

I was able to shop quickly and check out quickly as well. This store is clean. The produce was fresh and the produce area didnt have the faint smell of produce going bad or the bins in need of cleaning. I prefer this location above the others in the area.

Im from NY. This walmart had more than just beer. I was like oh wow.

Its hard I used to work there...dont always have everything you know they had before...but it looks clean. Some of the help are bone heads and dont have what it takes...i blame management thats why only 3 points...

As Walmarts go, this one seems great until you try to check out.. and then good luck. Far fewer cashiers than are needed and the self-checkout line was backed up all the way through Produce. It was a mess and completely spoiled an otherwise nice shopping excursion. The woman in line behind us said that, sadly, it is always like this. Im unlikely to come back to find out.

The staff and costumers support are useless!! I was with my kids, waited in the cashiers line 20 minutes and said it’s closed, again waited in another cashier line for another 25 minutes and said counter is closed, and went to the customer service, said no one in the counter and told to self checkout or left the cart and go… it’s so hard to self check out with kids.. had problems with self check out and ask for help but no one really helped even w/10 times called for help. Please! Have someone attention to this this kind of situation other wise very big problem for shopping in this Walmart.🥲🥲🥲🙃🙃🙃😌😌😌

The lines move pretty quickly especially at self check-out, the prices are pretty good, staff is helpful, there is one cashier that is a jackass and slower than molasses but other than him, The Fall River Walmart is good..

You know I usually dont go to walmarts and this one is not an exception. I stopped by once to get a replacement hose sprayer thing because I broke the old one and it wasnt the easiest to find, but the staff there was helpful and pointed it out for me. Well run but I still dont usually go here as it is just a little bit out of the way.

We are really enjoying the new pickup service. That you order from home and pay for it. You arrive in the pickup window time, and someone loads the groceries in your car. Contact free!

Their grocery delivery staff are awesome 👌

After watching a customer cough and sneeze and than wipe her nose with her hands and than touch food pick up food put it back and I told two workers and one watch it and they said they cant do anything about it I told the lady that was doing it this is wrong she look at me like shut up I told customers that were looking at the counter so they wouldnt pick up anything an pointed out the women so they could keep an eye and not go near anything she was touching

Went to Ware walmart April 24th to service desk. On April 22nd got grill put together by Richard grease trap missing and no directions when I got it. Girl at service desk asked team leader about it a very rude girl team leader of registers. She told me to come back and ask Richard what did I think she new everyone that worked there at Walmart. Bring it back get another one. I live 33 miles away. Had to get a grandson to pick it up. She should Learn somen manners not answer questions she doesnt know.

Not too busy & the pharmacy people were friendly and efficient.

If your looking for a specific item dont bother asking one who works there useless no point i was looking for a back supporter asked a young lady who had no idea what I was talking about who directed me to costumer service desk the two young ladies there said they didnt know either and that was the extent of that when I pulled it up on my cell phone and proceeded to show them it was in stock in this specific walmart they still told me they had no idea and to try the as seen on tv aisle very frustrating experience worst customer service ever!

This is one of my most favorite Walmarts. Its always fairly well stocked. The only problem Ive had there is not enough registers open and the lines taking too long

I had curbside pickup. They emailed me at 4:45 that order was ready . I arrived about 4:55. I didnt get my order till 6:10. They had only. 2 employees delivering the orders. They eliminated pick up spaces. There was a line waiting for spaces & people would come from the other direction & pull into space. There was no such thing as first come first served. One person had waited well over an hour. The further spaces were over looked & employees were servicing the spaces near the delivery doors. Signs said call on arrival. Their voicemail was full & not receiving any new messages.

My experience at Walgreens was fine theres plenty of stuff to help me, there were stuff all over them they were stocking the shelves just about in every aisle so you need help getting things down if you were no wheelchair or anything there would have been no problem so I shopped there just about every month. The staff were gloves and mask and were very helpful prices were okay but between big y and Walmart if you know your prices you kind of know where to go for that item its the only really have two choices thats about it and for pictures Im really not there at this point so I couldnt take pictures sorry.

Walmart is great you can do all your shopping in one place.

Huge walmart hard to walk out with just one thing.

Most of my shopping for groceries and household items is done at this location. They have great prices and stock all of the essentials. The only drawback compared to other locations is lack of variety in product.

This store is pretty good for the most part, but they only ever have 1 or 2 registers open, and some of the employees are extremely rude or just cut you off.. not pleased.. deffinately going down hill from what it once was. The lines are rediculous and out of control as well.

Walmart is always a great place to shop when you dont have a lot of money

I ordered through their pickup app and it has gotten so much better in the past month or two. I no longer have to wait a long time for them to come out with my order. The reservation option has also improved significantly. I no longer have to sign up for a reservation at midnight to get a slot that I like. I can get my preferred slot on a Friday, by Wednesday. Thats how much theyve improved. I used to have to be logged in early morning on a Monday to get my slot on Friday. No long line for pick up either anymore. I just pull into the spot I want and they come right out. Pick up has gotten significantly much better.

Went to the store last week shopping for my groceries, as usual. However, when I got to the deli they told me that they were all out of rat meat! Ridiculous! How can you call yourself a supermarket without rat meat?! Anyways, yesterday my wife left me.

They need to stock up!!! Always empty!! There is never shopping carts available. In customer service employees are always talking and takrnlong to take care of you.

I love shopping here. I can find almost everything I want in one store. The prices are fair and the staff is very friendly.

The walmart in ware ma is one of the best they have somethings that the other one do not and also sells beer. And has Hyundai oil filters to fit a 2006 santa fe with 2.7 L v6 and Toyota oil filters as well. Nice store clean and helpful staff.

The Ware location is the best. Always clean and not over crowded and a good selection of produce. No fighting in the store, sorry like Chicopee or Springfield. I like the Westfield store too but it gets busier this time of the year. Restroom in Ware store is clean, depending not so much in the other stores. For years I shopped them all and now I only go to the Ware store.

My go-to Walmart!Although be WEARY OF THEIR PRODUCE SECTION.On more than one occasion I’ve seen moldy fruit or vegetables.I even mentioned the concern to a manager who told an employee and that employee simply moved unnecessary things around before walking off. I have also tried pickup ordering with produce included on the list of items and it seems as though not only did they pick out the pickle jar that coincidentally had the least amount in the jar (waste of money) but each bag of apples they were supposed to select had mold growing.Their organization when it comes picking up online orders is also terribly disappointing.

Dan in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me get my correct medication. Very much appreciated!

The staff are lazy and disgusting. They think its hilarious when elderly people have trouble reaching products from upper shelves and they act as if they are gods amongst men (and women)The management team is downright disrespectful. When I approached a team lead with a problem about a spill in one of their aisles, they just snorted and disregarded it with a (well thats not really my problem)Would rather go to the springfield location from here on out.

Found all items I needed, which in todays world is hard to do. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Have now made this my Go-To Walmart. Pharmacy and staff were Great as well.

The staff here is ok but they could be nice sometimes. There is a lot of things you could buy here and they aren’t that expensive. I like this store because it’s the closest to me and because it’s very nice to come in a clean store.

This is the second time I have been to a Walmart and both times I got so frustrated while 3 register were open ! I had 3 items and everyone one else in line had food over 50 items ! I put my items down and walked out !

Most employees dont seem to want to ask if you need help if you seem to be looking for something

Empty shelves. Went for a flower pot...not a one! Parked by the garden center and went in that way. Bought a couple small things and checked out. Went all the way down to go out of the garden center, where my vehicle was parked. Nope...couldnt go out that way. So had to walk all the way to the main entrance and to my car. SO annoying!
