If I could give zero Stars I would. It doesnt matter which CVS Ive ever gone to every single one treats you like youre a junkie just because of the medication that youre on. Theyre judgy and they think theyre better than you and its not okay and even when my doctor called and told them she wanted my prescription filled they refused like they think they know better than an actual doctor. Theyre only going to lose business doing things that way and I will make sure that nobody I know goes there ever ever again!! The pharmacist was extremely rude to me AND to my doctor. It shouldnt matter if theyre busy or overwhelmed patients and customers are still patients and customers and deserve to be treated with respect not the way they treat people!!! My script is able to be filled 3 DAYS early but they like to play god with people and if a Dr is requesting it theres no reason it shouldnt be done!! No more CVS....EVER!!!!
Horrible. They said my daughters prescription was not there and she is not in the system. So I had the dr recall it in. I went back to get it and they didn’t need her insurance card cause she was all of a sudden back in the system.
Called to inquire about a vaccine and was shortly/curtly answered and when I asked a follow up question was cut off with “thank you have a good day” and was hung up on. Also, if you get an Rx filled, they relentless call and text you and your doctor to refill the prescription. Super terrible dealing with them.
Newly remodeled and set up. Clean neat well stocked store. People available to help. Pretty diverse assortment of items throughout the store. Even had someone on the cash register.
Have been going here for roughly a decade. The other day I noticed an Rx was refillable on the app, I selected it to refill. Later on I called to get an ETA and was treated like a child, they said it was a day early and that I should have enough already. The pharmacist suggested I call my doctor to ask them to release the medication a day early (not early btw, the app wouldnt allow it to be refilled if it was early), so I did, only to find out that after giving me the suggestion to do so, she went ahead and called first to tell them not to release the RX a day early. She undermined HER OWN ADVICE. to make certain I was DENIED MY MEDUCATION The demeanor of the pharmacist was rude, unwilling to listen to my points or concerns or to consider the effect on my health. She was interested in dominating, looking down one as a patient, and trying to prevent me from getting medication at all costs. When I inquired later the name of the pharmacist, the other staff refused to tell me. Ive never had an issue with ANY medication, and feel completely disrespected, and havent been able to stop obsessing about it for days.
I notice that everyone whos left a review has complained about the pharmacy, Cindy in particular. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. I called the other day to fill a script and spoke with Cindy. She sounded busy but not rude. She asked when I wanted to pick it up and I asked if tonight would be okay. She said okay but I noticed she was a bit reluctant so I asked if they were really busy. She sighed a little and told me they were two days behind on scripts. I instantly told her nevermind, that I would pick them up tomorrow and could hear the relief in her voice. She thanked me and that was the end of our conversation. Never once was she rude or unprofessional. The ladies and the gentleman that work there have always been helpful and friendly to me. I dont think people realize how busy they get. I know they do their very best to get prescriptions out asap. If you come in guns blazing of course youre going to get a reaction. Try to empathize with their situation, their job is busy and stressful, especially now during this pandemic.
Went to get my Covid vaccine, but they accidentally gave me the rat vaccine! As a rat, I was very offended.
We went for testing here and can’t get a response. The web site says you usually get results in one to two days, it’s been six days and still no results. You call the store and they can’t help you. The web site is automated and there is nothing you can do. The worst possible customer service you can get
Never have I witnessed such rude, condescending and utterly nasty behavior from a salesclerk as I experienced today with Cindy in the Ware MA store. Her treatment of the customer in front of me was appalling. She kept arguing with the woman, speaking so loudly that I could not avoid hearing the entire conversation despite standing more than 6 feet back. She tried to make a fool of the woman who finally left without her proper prescriptions I might add. No surprise when I got to the register they had no prescription waiting for me either. She told me “it’s not my problem your doctor didn’t call in your medication.” I told her I could wait to respond to the survey I usually get from cvs after I visit the store. I told her she was rude and that she was speaking so loud I could hear all that lady’s medications. Then she had the gall to tell me I was in violation of HiPPA because I was listening to the conversation. Never have I seen such a thing in my life. This woman should not be working with the public.
I’m not sure who I spoke with but I was on gold for Atleast ten minutes and when someone finally answered it was a woman and before I got my question out she cut me off and told me no.. and she was very very rude to me. I will be changing my pharmacy!
This pharmacy has some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Most seem so miserable and take it out on the customers. Very rude and give the impression they think theyre better than everyone else. God forbid you ask a question! Do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy unless absolutely necessary!
I was simply calling to have my prescriptions transferred from my old location to this one...I spoke with a lady named Cindy who was insanely rude. Considering I was asking her to fill anti anxiety and depression meds-you would think she would be kinder to her clients. Maybe she was just having a bad day.... I hope my future experiences here go better....

The customer service at the pharmacy here is ***quite slow. Especially through the drive-thru area, even for just one car and no others to wait for. One rather annoying thing is on the signage for the drive-in area it says full service/ full service on both sides above the entrances. Which is incorrect signage and they should really get that fixed. The pharmacy technician told me they keep asking management to change the sinage and they didnt. So unprofessional and time wasting for the customers. I had to drive all the way around the building, because I was trying to pick up** my prescription and follow the signage for the right side of the drive-through which is only for drop offs come to find out. This is poor business practices and they should fix the signage.
Anytime I call they give me an attitude right off the bat. I always feel like I’m bothering them.
The staff is anything but helpful. The pharmacists are the worst. Walgreens is smaller but much better. It is definitely worth taking your business to Walgreens.
If you ever want the worlds worst customer service make sure to stop by your local cvs in Ware and to ask for Cynthia. Ever been called a liar to your face and embarrassed in front of everyone? Well have no fear Cynthia brings all this to you and more dont worry she makes sure to make you cry in the parking lot. Having my medications transferred to Walmart.
Have deleted my insurance from file, told me prescriptions werent ready after being notified via text they were. Additionally employees can be rude at times. As someone who works in healthcare Im pretty understanding how it is to work with people.
Pharmacy folks rude, sarcastic, and act like they are very superior to others. Sometimes they yell at each other.
I dont like going to a pharmacy which always has trash snd cigarette butts on the ground and on the front steps. Management needs to police this every morning and every night and take ownership. Walgreens us ALWAYS pleasing to the eye upon arrival.
Honestly is I could give them less then 1 star I would. This is by far the worst cvs I have ever been to and I kick myself daily for spending over a year going here and not switching to Walgreens sooner. The pharmacy staff os horrific, and from what I have been told by other staff members I am not the first one to complain. Yet the pharmacy manager has done nothing to rectify it. Its truly a shame. I have a loyalty to this company as a previous pharmacy employee, but I refues to deal with such ignorant rude and incompetent staff.
The staff pharmacy staff has always been nice and usually will not make you wait long. The store is very clean and never busy.
CVS has extremely knowledgeable and friendly pharmacy staff members. In the store you can find shampoos, snacks, drinks, and a wide selection if vitamins.
Great people. Good store.
