Most of the staff are very friendly, went in one day late morning there were 2 female staff members behind the counter, they never acknowledged me even after I said hi, they just continued to talk with each other. So I recommend going there only later in the day. Or go somewhere else in the mornings for good service

Well, you are able to return cans there. Six machines and they are maintained regularly. It helps that they price match Walmart on 30 pack cases of Natural Ice.

The only place that sells schmirnoff nips for less than $1. Good selection of bourbon.

Do not buy wine here, I was spending over $400 a month here for 25 years, double that during the holidays, tried to return 1 full opened bottle of bad red wine ($16 bottle) and the idiot behind the counter stated they do not take back opened product. How can you tell if something is bad unless you open it first?These people really need to discern which customers are the junkys from across the street and who are tge people that are thier good paying customers.Wal-Mart is only 2 miles down route 32, they have the same mid grade wines, Ive banned Brusos for life.Brusos does not stand behind thier products...

Ive been shopping at Brusos from day one, first Ware store then when they opened Palmer store. Everyones always cool & knowledgeable. Used to work at J & I windows before it was Brusos in ware. Remember Steve Furgall, he was my little league coach and new the family with his then wife Blanche. He never sold to me til I showed him my ID, smart man, he new I was underage. But I still tried, what a great guy & wife...
