Dealt with two ladies in the framing department who were very professional and helpful. They were great and made it easy to spend on frames. The job was also done on time and looked amazing! I will definitely go back to the store!

Had what we wanted and we were greeted with a smile. We have been there twice in the last week and both times we were pleased.

Picked up a Thomas Kincade painting. Such a beautiful frame and ready before Thanksgiving. About a week. Perfect. Friendly lady assisted us. Helped so much to get it perfect. Hung and being admired. Thank you!!

This store is exactly like the last store that I was just describing it is very hot in your store what is wrong with your air conditioner? Its not even fully summertime yet and when I come out of your store my clothes are stuck to me come on now you guys need to do better.

Today was a terrible visit. They had an inventory crew there. They blocked the isles and didnt move. There were boxes and ladders blocking areas of the store. Not to mention the store opened about 10 minutes late. Usually the store is a pleasant place to visit, not today.

This is the worst michaels I have ever been too. The customer service was awefull. The manager was rude there were 5 employees standing around with there hands in there pockets and the whole stole was unclean. Unless you want covid I suggest not going to this store.

I love to go to Michaels for craft items. Sometimes they run out of the stuff that you need. I started a project and had to stop and start over because Michaels didnt have anymore of the ribbon I needed and they couldnt order anymore. I was really disappointed because I was liked where my project was going and I didnt want to start over. Oh well... In the end the project ended up looking really nice. I also like the coupons they give customers not you can ONLY use it on non sale offers.

I love shopping at this location. The associates are very knowledgeable and willing to help. Products are kept stocked and aisles are clean. This location also has great craft classes for kids. We have attended a few and had fun each time.

Went to Michaels expecting to order a custom frame, fortunately we found a frame with mat in stock that fit out needs. We asked Cat at the framing counter if she wouldnt mind helping us put our poster in the frame. She said she was super busy and backed up, but she stopped what she was doing to help us. She was fabulous gave us the guidance we needed and got us out the door in minutes. She was so kind and knowledgable. We would return to Michaels just for her!

I had several classic Grateful Dead concert posters framed here recently, and I cannot say enough good things about Catherine (Cat) Holm Basham in the custom framing department!! She has over twenty years experience, and it shows in the attention and care with which she approaches each project...Thank you Cat!

It appeared to be quite disorganized. Surprised that it just looked sloppy and a lot of the yarn unraveled, paper torn. Really disappointed.

Almost the whole time I was in the store I was not greeted. This is not my first bad review for Michaels. Just this store in general, Maybe the last part of my shopping I had finally got a greeting. It was hard to find certain things needed. Only due to not enough was stocked or sold out. The service members didnt smile seemed like I was bother to their day. It hard to shop when the customer service is grumpy. Its like michaels has great things to sale for great prices but this store just has very poor customer service. The customers had better attitudes saying that they were easier to approach. I think it would have been better to just not purchase anything and walk out. I had a pleasured time at Michaels in Hickory NC this past Black Friday. That why I thought coming back to this michaels might be a better experience. But no, Hobby Lobby might be my best bet again. That where I would go to due to my last bad review.

Love Michaels. They have everything you can imagine for crafts and they also do framing and matting which I had done. It was very nice but oh so pricey. Their prices are a bit much compared to things online, but if you dont want to wait for a delivery, its a good place to get what you need. And they always have a coupon that you can access in line on your phone. Customer service is always friendly and lines not long.

Michaels is always my go to store.

Michaels typically has what I need on hand. My biggest complaint is that the checkout line is terrible. They rarely open a second checkout line, even when the line is 5-6 people long (waiting 15-25 minutes for others).

The manager Travis in this location is very unprofessional and rude. Travis spoke to me in a very condescending manner. He profiled me as a suspicious individual on a previous visit and treated me as if I was attempting to rob the establishment. I have been a long, long time customer of Micheals and have visited locations all over Georgia and Alabama, but never have received this type of treatment. I shared with him how that previous incident made me feel as a loyal client and his response was Im sorry you feel that way are you aware of our Macon location? He also said something over their headset which brought all of the employees in the store to the front around me. Now the exchange has turned into a spectacle for the line of customers and employees to see. I now feel threatened . He accused me of speaking to the location manager ( which I hadnt) but let him know that I would this time about both incidents.

Looking for decorations for Fall. I found baskets and silkflowers. Gave to the local library for decoration. Lots of cute things. Lots of colorful pumpkins. Will come back for Christmas.

I regularly shop at Michaels and I hate to leave a bad review but my last visit was horrible. The very chubby woman (cashier) that works at this location was extremely unprofessional and rude to me and my mother.Later on, when I was cashing out she made some rude comments about another lady/customer. SO disappointed that Michaels has people like her working for them. She seems to hate people and her job, maybe she needs to find a new job where she doesn’t have to deal with customers.

Im very distraught with the way this company has treated me. I have been discriminated against by my age, not taken seriously, and dragged through a hiring process (when in desperate need of work) only to be told they chose someone who was older. I was told this by a manager, named Travis. I thought I had a fighting chance when two weeks before they told me that the other person they wanted to hire didnt bring a portfolio, and when they did it wasnt good. So please tell me, why hire an instructor that cant bring their art in the time of the interview, made all of us wait yet another week to see it, not like it, and still choose them because they were older. Then they proceed to tell me, that they have a drawing class still open, but one of their employees is getting certified so they were going to go with her. Ive been trying to get this job since April, I went in the interview slightly early, with two portfolios, and eager to teach as many classes as they would let me. I made a 100% on the certification test, I was not taken seriously and Im still astonished to be discriminated against and mistreated in so many ways. I have emailed the company countless times, and still nothing has been done. No apologies made, nothing. Michaels wont be getting business from my friends, family, or me any time soon. Not until they right their wrongs .

Nothing on the shelves, special promotions not working at the registers,they did honor pricing but it was a hassle, Im sure they are short staffed, corporate needs to see whats going on here.

Customer service on the floor is almost non existent! Some of the cashiers are nice. The store always looks dirty. The prices are high but they have good sales.

The new Cricut aisle is the best around and I shop here weekly for all of my craft needs. I can always find a good sale or something new I need.

Went to Michaels to have a picture frame glass replaced. Catherine helped me get the glass ordered and replaced. I am very happy, it came out great and my Arrival of the snow Queen is saved! Yay!!!

Big store, but the prices are extremely expensive for the materials and craft works that are valued much less than shelf retail at this location. For example, a small pot of 6-10 fake flowers can cost up to $120.

I always have a great experience when I go to Michaels. I find everything I need to make cakes, cupcakes and cookies or anything I need to bake. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Second time using the ‘In-Store’ pick-up and it was a total fail again. My Oder was incomplete and overcharged. Didn’t have the right things in the order. Tried to talk with the ‘manager’ and she did not feel it was her place (thanks, Jenne) to help. I had to insist that she make the phone call to get it resolved! So frustrating! One of the reasons I prefer Hobby Lobby!

This is my favorite place to go for planner accessories! I also but my daughters art books here. This is also my favorite place for picture frames.

Based solely on todays experience...no one was interested in helping, setting up for summer was their only focus. I couldnt find photo boxes, but when I thought Id found someone to assist she nearly bowled me over to go somewhere else, presumably to set up more summer. The checkout experience, though quick, was nothing to brag about, Kayla interrupted my answer to her first question to ask me to donate to a cause. No thanks. I got 2 of the 3 things I went in for, no thanks to any staff member. I work in customer service and was appalled that no one even tried, like not even a smile!This store has become more and more unfriendly in the last few months. At this point they only have 2 things going for them: their selection of gemstone beads and Sunday hours. Not even nostalgia can save them.

I was looking for frames for my Man Cave and a young lady named Jenne was Spectacular! She works in the back of the Store in the frame shop. She was so polite and so patient with me. She exemplified customer service, something that is sorely missing in so many businesses these days.I commend Jenne on her professionalism and dedication.If shes in line for promotion its time to give it to her!

I have been shopping at this store for 6 years. I dont know what happened to the jolly, happy employees that I had grown to love over the years but they have been replaced with employees that are rude, unprofessional and have horrible customer service.

I wouldnt give it 1 star because of the service that was received. 2 registers open and instead of allowing customers to come to a register you are told its a single file line that you have to wait in. Then on top of that the 2 cashiers are racing to see who is the slowest. Stood inline 3rd in line to be exact for 20 minutes and each customer had 1 item each but it took 20 min to get checked out. So yeah I wouldnt recommend Michaels to anyone.

Absolutely terrible service, after asking two workers for help finding ribbon I was rudely told “whatever is out is what we have” with an unnecessary eye roll and the second said “nah I haven’t seen that” after staring at me like I was stupid. Definetly do not recommend.
