I needed a 16 low profile tire asap on Monday the 25th. So I could drive back home. Not only did they have it but also had the best price.. and where also very friendly. And very fast.when they first gave me my car back it was pulling really bad to the right. So I turned around and went back . And they were still very friendly and happy to move a couple tires around so it wouldnt pull so bad till I could get the other 3 new ones.. this was just a emergency. Thank u guys so much . Was busy before it opened. Which says one thing. Great service. The staff was very nice. Even answered a question that I had. About a spare tire. Got the tire out of my car that needed replacing. Told me that they would text when it was time to pick up. And a around about time to come back. Left came back and they rolled my new tire to the car. Put it in the car for me. So I could but it on the vehicle the tire went to.

Not such a good experience today. Usually the best.I had made an appointment online.I arrived 5 minutes late. There were two other cars in the check in line ahead of me. I do not know if they had scheduled appointments or if they were walking.At any rate the person who came to see what I needed did so at 1:45. My appointment was at 1:15.He said do you want to reschedule or do you want to check in as a walk in.I told him I had an appointment at 1:15. He said that was 30 minutes ago you didn’t wait 30 minutes. I told him I was 5 minutes late.He said you can reschedule or I can check you in as a walk in.I told him Whatever he needed to do I needed my tires rotated.The two cars in front of me were serviced first. I do not know if they had appointments or not.But to me the set up seemed to accommodate those who walk in and those who have appointments on first come basis. So why ask people to make an appointment?Once I got into the bay things went smoothly and quickly with friendly staff. It was the check in that was not smooth. I was out anyway by 2:30. But the actual work only took less than 15 minutes.The check in needs a tune up!

Went here for the first time this morning and every part of it was great! When making an appointment, the person on the phone was kind, helpful, and patient even when I called very late. When I showed up, check-in was simple and easy and they patched up my tire very quickly. All of the staff were friendly to both me and their coworkers. When the finished the service, a guy even helped me back out when it was misting outside. Everybody was wearing a mask, too! My tires are looking and feeling amazing now. Incredibly satisfied. :)

Had to bring a punctured tire to them from an original set I bought here. I was down near Miami and they have no locations there, so they told me I’d have to pay for the new tire but they’d reimburse me. Sure enough brought tire back and was fully reimbursed. Kyle was very nice and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended shop!

Been waiting for over an hour for my tire to be repaired that has a nail in it, I’ve had this done before and it’s only taken them maybe 15 minutes tops when I arrived there were only 2 cars under their garage, WELL…. 4 people that came WAYYYY after me were done before me, clearly having a warranty for your tires here means absolutely nothing. Bought a Falken tire for my 2020 Charger at 4000 miles and it only lasted 12,000 miles. The shop won’t replace it even though I bought the tire replacement certificate. They said the tire is “worn from too much driving.” I think I should have gotten more miles out of it, but lesson learned. Just go back to the dealer and pay the $50 extra

Always provides excellent service. I’ve been going to them for years. I suggest making appointments before coming though because they have definitely become busier within the past 2-3 years. I use to just be able to drive up and get helped without waiting in a drive up line.

Ive been coming to Discount Tire for about a decade. Ive spent probably $10,000 in tires on 20 or so vehicles over the years and Ill continue to do so. Everyone that comes in here is treated with the same level of respect and Ive never seen anyone rushed into a decision or a purchase. The tires I got today are BF Goodrich G-Force Comp A/S 2 to replace my Pirelli P-Zero Nero stock tires.

I just pulled up to get air put in my tire. 10 mins of sitting there everyone walked past me without ANY kind of acknowledgment and when I politely asked if I could be helped the guy snapped at me and stated once someone frees up I will get some help! Very unprofessional. Maybe the black woman didn’t matter as much as all of the other people being assisted!

Ive been going to this Discount Tire for 6+ years. They are always fast, honest, helpful, very professional, friendly and take care of what I need. My experience with them has been great.

When my mom purchased two brand new tires, she noticed the tire pressure sensor light came on. She voiced her concern and was told to buy 2 more brand new tires, because the different brands could have caused the sensor light to come on. My mom did not need 2 more tires, so she did not buy additional tires. My mom returned twice after her purchase and voiced her concerns about the sensor light again. She was told to keep driving her car until the sensor light disappeared.  Its been 3 years later and the sensor light is still on. We just found out that the tire sensors were removed causing the sensor lights to turn on. Maybe if we purchased the remaining 2 tires, they would have reinstalled the tire sensors. WE WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

Ive always had a good or better experience with the Warner Robins GA location. I have not used any other. Even with Covid-19, they are fairly quick to get you in and out with minimal contact and all techs were wearing their mask appropriately. They seem to be a great team that will do most anything in their power to help you the right way by respecting the customer.

Had a nail in one if my tires so I made an appointment the day before. For COVID, you drive up their A-frame signs they have near the entrance and check in on your phone. There might be someone up there directing you on where to go too. I was seen right away and Kilo helped replace one of my tires since it couldn’t be patched. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!! The service here is great and I will definitely be returning if I have problems in the future!

This was my first time at discount tire. I was very disappointed. I needed four new tires. I knew because COVID19 things would be a bit different; however, I did not expect to be at the store for over two hours. I was give a time my tires would be put on with the option to wait or leave and come back 5 to 10 minutes early. Since it was only 30 minutes I choose to wait. 15 minutes after my appointment time I was still waiting. It took almost 5 minutes to find someone who could help me only to give me the excuse they were backed up. They immediately got my car in after this. The guy who sold me my tires, Chad, found me while I was waiting for my tires to be put on. He asked if he could help me with anything. But really what could he do by this point? It is only because of him I gave two stars. Otherwise, one star would have been given.Also, regarding the price. Overall the price is good but I could have gotten the tires cheaper at the dealership. I almost asked for a refund and went to the dealership but at the dealership the lower price would not have covered the ongoing rotate and balance.I am now stuck with these tires. I can continue using discount tire for the rotate and balance or go somewhere else and pay to have it done. I hope by the time I return for a rotate and balance they have their act together. If not, I will amend my review accordingly.

I arrived with an appointment for a new set of Continental tires. I was asked to pull up at my exact appointment time and they put on my new tires within about 30 minutes. The technician apologized halfway through because he was training new employees, however they worked very efficiently. Price wise, well, they were tires.

Brandon assisted us today and was awesome. The tire warranty that I purchased was way better than I expected. I ruined a tire and there was not a discount tire around for over a 100 miles. I called discount and they told me to buy a replacement to get me back on the road and they would reimburse me up to 300.00 and replace the mismatched tire when I was able to make it to one of their stores. Great service from Brandon and the others I spoke to in the Warner Robbins store.

Went to Discount Tires this morning after running over a piece of a pallet by Walmart. Punctured the Drivers Side Front tire. The technician fixed the tire at no charge. As a retired vehicle mechanic, what caught my attention was the use of torque wrenches when tightening down the wheel. Many a rotor has been warped with an impact gun. Discount tires earned a new customer for my tire needs.

I was in the market for a few new tires. I called in and spoke with someone who quoted me a pretty decent price (about $60,) so I decided to head over. Once I got there, they inspected my tires and suggested I replace the two front. We returned inside and then I was given a different price from the phone quote ($98.) I was then told that the price given over the phone was just for the tire. There was over $30 worth of additional charges not mentioned on the phone. So, I left and took my business elsewhere.Im not mad with the level of service I received. The employees were friendly and helpful. I just dont like bait and switch tactics. If youre going to quote over the phone, at least mention the additional charges... dont make me waste gas and time to drive there with a certain expectation.

He pulled up my history and replaced the tire with the size of the other tires. I had been in several times and nobody else mentioned that to me. Excellent customer service. Hes the best!

Picked up a large screw in a rear tire and went looking the next day to get it plugged.Stopped in at another vendor just west on Watson and was told there was a 2 hour wait. Most astonishingly there was no attempt to upsell and no charge to patch the tire.Highly recommend.4 Months later and I have had additional complimentary patches installed on two vehicles. Finally found my self in need of two tires for the Lincoln. Prices were within a few dollars of Sams Club and other Big Box centers. Great service as usual.Still Highly recommend.

The only place I get tires! The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. But they are not regular mechanics so if your vehicle has a problem then they will not fix it but will recommend a course of action for you. I have never experienced a problem with this location or any Discount Tire store. The new tire prices are competitive and they usually have good used options if you are in a bind and need a tire quickly or cheaply. The tire insurance is a great add-on. It has saved my wallet several times.

Nothing but love for these guys! Chad always takes care of me and my family. If every manager run there business like him this world would be a better place. Will ALWAYS do business here. Great prices, great service, and all done in a reasonable time.

Tires under warranty in and out in no time

Just had my tires balanced 5 days earlier. Got to work & had a nail in my front tire and it had lost 20 pounds. At their request I called so many times to say I was coming but could not get an answer. The man that came out to see what I needed seemed agitated that I was there. I was told it would be an hour & 45 mins before they could get to me. I had to sit in my truck in 100 degree weather waiting for my turn with no air conditioner.After 2 hours I got to pull in to have it fixed. The guy that fixed it was super nice and fixed me up.

This establishment head extremely friendly and professional staff. Kyle Greeted me at the door. The job was completed in 20 minutes even though I did not have an appointment. This visit was for tire rotation a no charge service. Despite this I was treated very well. Highly recommend this establishment for your tire needs.

The manager of this store, Micheal Sacayan, was so caring and helpful. I came in needing one tire to replace a donut on my car, knowing I really needed four new tires but I couldnt afford four new tires right away. Mike and I agreed I needed all new tires but I should first take care of the donut on my car considering Id already put way too many miles on it. I was able to drive off the lot with four new tires because Mike was so concerned with my safety that he made it possible for me given my tight budget. This stores customer service was absolutely outstanding.

This is the best place to buy tires! Been planning to buy new tires for my wifes truck, but she had one go down before I could. She was picking up our kids from school so I was in desperate need. I got the bad tire off and took it to Discount Tire to get a new one. I knew they were supposed to have one of the tires I was planning to buy and didnt figure the tire could be repaired safely. Thankfully, they had the tire so I went ahead and purchased 4, having to order the remaining 3. They were pretty busy and I did not have an appointment. I was told it was going to be about a 2 hour wait, but when the manager, Paul, overheard that my wife was sitting in a parking lot, he said he would take care of it personally. I was grateful, but shocked when he actually went and got the tire and wheel out of my truck and mounted the new tire himself.I have come to expect great service from Discount Tire, but they exceeded my expectations today! And that is why I will not buy tires any other place. Thank you for going above and beyond to make this situation less stressful!

I went to three tires shops and they all had a hour wait. So, I went here to find out why my tire kept going flat!. Within 20 minutes they fixed my problem. I had a nail in my tire, They brought me a receipt for $0 and told me to have a great day. It didnt cost me a penny and it surprised me because I didnt even get my tires from there. They dont charge for a simple tire repair and I think that is awesome. I will definitely be going here for all my tire needs.
