I am not a person to leave a review but I do like to read them. As many girls we don’t really know about cars, my BMW drivetrain light came on Imports family/staff where precise and clear in making statements and issuing instructions in which to me is very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to get what is needed done. I thank them all. And I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service! I needed a set of front rotors and stopped in to check as some of the prior reviews left me hesitant. The owner, Tom, came out to discuss my car and we went on a drive after I explained the issue. During the drive, he discussed the options I had and provided his advice. As a car guy and mechanic, I was interested in how he explained the why. Tom was spot on with changing the brake pads with the rotor replacement and additionally explained the material composition of the pads he prefers. He ordered the parts the next day, I dropped the car off that afternoon and picked it up by noon the next day...effortless. I was impressed he did not let the car leave until he had driven it and inspected the work.The prices for labor and the time required to do the tasks were in line with what is expected regardless of where you choose to take your vehicle. As I previously noted, I WAS a bit hesitant but after meeting Tom and discussing things with him... I am more than confident I am leaving my car in capable hands. With his teams great customer service, I will definitely will use Imports Only again and recommend!

I took my car in for a diagnoses and inspection, to know what repairs to expect and get a better idea of the shape a recent purchase was in. Absolutely fantastic customer service and quick work, and wonderful communication during the entire process. Tom, if I remember his name correctly, took time to go over the vehicle in detail with me, pointing out his concerns and explaining in detail what work was needed as well as how certain issues were affecting the drivability and general condition of the car. I left with a quote for further work, knowing exactly what to expect for future services and what those services were in detail. Ill definitely be back and Id recommend anyone with the sorts of vehicles they service to check them out. Not to mention the incredibly fair pricing!

They had my CL500 for 16 days, new drive line joints and carrier bearing, new drivers door latch assembly and rubber around drivers door, and now drivers door window leaks air, noisy.. Two fuses were missing(20 amp for rear window and 40 amp for the locking system vacuum motor. Rear passenger window worked when dropped off but not after I put the fuse in. They werent supposed to do any work on the rear windows so what happened? (Took to different shop and they fixed everything for $ 970.89). Obviously burnt up the vacuum pump by not disconnecting the battery while working on leaky air locking system, I replaced the vacuum pump. Car was supposed to be there 8 days but was 16 days. Every time I talked to them I got a different story and when I asked questions I got two to three different storing in one phone call. I strongly do not recommend this repair shop to anyone...I finally took the car to another shop, for $ 1600 everything Imports Only Inc meshed up and forgot to hook back up has been fixed.

Not willing to work with the customer. Its their way or no way. Would not recommend them for anything.

Horrible dont go thereThey dont even know how to use their voice mail even though its set up. We traveled 3 round trips from twice with 2 vehicles before it was fixed. 800+ miles as we live over 100 miles away. Not ready on time 2 weeks longer than expected and they broke something that was working. No thanks go anywhere else.

This place and its personnel ROCK.!!!! I made an appointment to get my Mini Cooper worked on for 8:30 a.m.. Didnt show because I couldnt get off work then. Called and they rescheduled me for 4:00 that same afternoon. They jumped right on it when I got there, fixed my issues within 30 minutes and I was out the door with a very satisfied smile !!! This place will get ALL my business form here on out !!! Wish I could give 10 stars !!!!!

Came in because my car was making some strange noises. They did great work, very professional - no surprises or delays. Highly recommended shop.I also received a quote for tires that was better than any other place in town by a decent margin.These guys are my new go-to mechanics.

For a same day walk-in with a dead alternator, Imports Only did a wonderful job coordinating the right parts for my BMW 328i and getting me out the door in reasonable timeframe. Very happy with their service and honest to get me back on the road and back home to FL. Yes. I was traveling back to FL when this happened and they took care of me with no issues.

My mother took her mini in for repairs and asked for them to change the spark plugs. They said they did and they charged her for them. I said mom I bet they didnt. I pulled one out and it was old as hell. Wish I could post a picture of the new plug. What a bunch con artists.

I had took my daughters VW Jetta in for service and the staff was great, super friendly. They got her seen the same day and the service was fast, quality work with a great price👍🏾

Thank you so much to Imports Only for being so helpful to us and so quick in repairing our car. Our car broke down on our way to Florida . We called Imports Only and they were able to repair our car in two days. I would recommend them to anyone. They were very kind and even came in on a holiday to let us pick up our car on our way home to Ohio!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I live in Denver and bought a car in Warner robbins. I had this shop check it out and they went over the car extensively. They called me and went over everything with me which I am so thankful for. I needed to get my car shipped to Denver and they kept the car for me until the shippers were able to come. I also got Adams personal cell number and he kept me updated throughout this whole process and for that I am so thankful. I can not say enough positive about this place and Adam himself. I am so thankful for them. Them being strangers and not even knowing me they helped me so much.

Got charged a $700 labor fee just for diagnosing my car WITHOUT ever signing anything. I am just leaving the short and sweet version. Agreed on a price, then they tried to renegotiate twice after getting there to finalize it. Also, lawyers were involved. This place is the epitome of bad car shops. Avoid like the plague.Edit: To respond to the response below. Yes I am positive it was this Imports Only on Russel and Corder. I never agreed for you guys to take apart my transmission. I never signed anything. Yet you did it anyways. You then told me it would cost $700 in labor to put it back together. You gave me another option of selling you the car as is (with the transmission disassembled) for some cheap price, which was basically a steal on your part. This is the price I referenced in the original price about you attempting to negotiate down. You forced me into two bad situations. Then you tried to steal me for even more by trying to negotiate the price further. Lawyers were involved on my part in that I contacted them asking for legal advice. Your owner stole from me and he knows it. I will continue to tell everyone I know to avoid you guys. I was not surprised to find my car out on the streets not even a month after this. You forced me into a bad situation which allowed you to get the car for super cheap, reassmbled the transmission, fixed the original issue and sold the car for a major profit.

Picked up car my yesterday after negative interactions with owner and a staff member. Car broke down again this evening after closing. Im hoping that my experience will be favorable on Mon when they reopen.

Avoid this shop at all cost! The first issue I have with this shop is that they are highly over priced in fact they charged me as much as the dealership would have to replace an alternator $1,300.00. I was unfortunate in the fact that my car broken down in Warner Robins (Volvo XC90) and the only choices were the dealership and Imports Only. We chose Imports Only because typically the dealership is way over priced and we had to tow the car, and Macon is where the dealership is located which would have made the tow fee much more expensive.The car was repaired in the frame that they gave us but a week and half later the alternator was dead. At this point I am back in Savannah 250 miles away from Warner Robins which I have few options on getting the car fixed. I contacted Imports Only and let them know the situation and their resolution to the issue is to have a mechanic in Savannah replace the alternator with a new one that they will ship to the shop and I cover the labor and some how they will reimburse me for the charges, which seems suspicious that they would not pay the labor fee directly to the shop . However this sounds great but the catch is there is not a trustworthy shop that will use some elses parts.I let Imports Only know that no one will install their part, and I come up with a fair solution for everyone. My solution is for me to have the alternator replaced at my local Volvo mechanic and ship them back the bad alternator which cost me $730.00 through Imports Only. Imports Only could then return the alternator to their vendor for a refund on the part and the cost of the part would almost cover my repair at the Volvo mechanic in Savannah and I will pick up any balance over the $730.00. I use a specialized Volvo Mechanic in Savannah who is great by the way and he estimates the repair at $776.00 with labor. Which means the alternator price would have almost covered the entire job at a specialized Volvo mechanic, hmm seems like I got ripped off at Imports Only. They refuse to do this which makes me file a dispute through American Express which will take months to be resolved. All I can do now is wait for AMEX to make a decision. The only reason I can see that Imports Only would not do the alternator return is because they are up charging the parts that they use and would have lost some money on the return. So my suggestion to anyone considering using this shop is to read the reviews which are not glowing and just stay away from this place.

Took car in for intermittent hesitation/bogging down problem. They had the car for 3 weeks charged $200.00 in parts and labor and problem wasn t fixed. Technician said it was hesitating less than before. They just lost generations of future work from my family.

Major repair on my Audi, work was done in just a few days. Unfortunately the part (thermostat housing) was an aftermarket part that leaked coolant again after just 6 months. Would have expected OEM parts for the price of the repair. Part hat glue residue on it after removing it..
