Was very busy, got some friendly help in locating a couple of items. A bit of a wait but was worth it. Dont bother me at all when the employees are doing all they can to get you out the door with a smile. Good Stuff.

The environment was great they have a wide selection to choose from but what killed it for me was one associate in particular. Her name was Katy I got it from her name tag and I really did not appreciate how she talked to me, but then she was just fine with the other customers. She also seemed to be very snappy with her coworkers I’m guessing some of them we’re trainees because they were asking her questions and all she did was grunted and with an attitude told them what to do. And the surprising part is that her name tag said key holder!! How are you going to put someone which such little patients in a position like that, that being said everyone else was great

It always has a nice selection of costumes and other party goods. My only problem is that I have a latex allergy and there is always latex particles in the air that cause a reaction.

They have no idea when their dressing rooms will br open, and with a zero return policy on costumes, theres no way im buying from them. Im not going to get a costume without being able to try it on, if i cant return it!

Can usually find what Im looking for, just make sure to give yourself enough time for your order or order in advance. They can get quite busy, especially on Saturdays.

It has a good bit of stuff in it. Its been there since I was a kid. Its good enough for party needs. But it isnt a very big building so they dont have much. But they are still doing good after the 23 years of being in that same spot

Well I was sent here on an errand and Im so glad I got to visit this awesome store The Party Store. Sits right in front of the American flag. Its an All-American store and I recommend anybody to not only visit but shop there. Excellent customer service and excellent prices. I bought 50 something dollars worth of stuff then I got a mermaid garland kit and it didn’t have all the piece they so they were refund me the money but I just didn’t have time it was a hour before my daughter birthday! But they were super sweet! Hopefully they have all the stuff in there items next time

I had a great experience at The Party Store. I went there to find an adult costume to wear to work. They had such a great variety to choose from. It was great to have one atop shopping for my costume needs. I will DEFINITELY shop there again and will recommend it to others.

Very very good for a local party store. They have a lot of really great things for parties and special events. I think I will have them create some balloon bouquets for my wedding coming up.

Their selection of birthday decorations is good. After picking out about 10 different items I was next in line to checkout. The lady in front of me decided she wanted to look for some more items. Instead of cashier ringing me up, the two girls at the register decided to have me wait. That was fine, but I asked if they could go ahead and add helium to a balloon while waiting so I could leave as soon as I paid. They said no, I have to wait until I paid since they have lost a lot of money from customers asking them to inflate balloons, but changing their mind. Really?? When you treat customers that way, don’t expect them to return. If I had the time to go elsewhere, I would have left everything on the counter.

Good selection of party goods in various colors and themes. Decent prices. We were here early in the season for Halloween, but I was a little disappointed with the adult costume selection. Ill have to check back, but I ended up driving to Macon to get parts of my costume.

Me and my daughter walked in, about 4 people at the front behind the cash register and none of them spoke or welcome us to the store. Just looked at us and continue doing whatever it was they were doing. The store had some good items, however when we cashed out, still no one greeted us, just rung up our items and barely mumble thank you. Customer Service goes a long way. If you want someone to tell others about your business then it would be helpful if you were a little more friendlier to all races including us black people. We want to spend money at a place that make us feel welcome.

We always go there to get white plastic rolls for are tables, Every 5th Sunday our church has a pot luck lunch anyone is invited as long as you are a member and thats FRIENDSHIP BAPTIST CHURCH ITS AN AWESOME PLACE TO BE. BUT back to the party store, evedently we arent the only ones doing the very same thing. But we call them ahead of time and they always take good care of us. Thanks Guys your awesome. I shop here because its the only store like it exactly for the area. Service is always curt and unfriendly. Seems like the staff are suspicious of buyers. Not sure why. Been like that for years. But they often have a product Im looking for and dont have time to order it online. Most of it could be bought online much cheaper, though, so your paying for convenience.

Horrible customer service! My black family and I walked in, the cashiers looked us in the face and didnt speak! A lady from the back walked out and didnt ask if she could up us or anything. Its not that hard to speak and make customers feel welcomed! I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone, especially my people! Bought a costume yesterday. The package was opened, and I was told no returns. Upon looking at the costume there was a 4 split in the coat and it was dirty. The lady was extremely rude and would not let me look at costumes for myself. She also refused to take a check. I was overcharged for the costume and not given a discount for the damage. I ended up having to take the costume to be repaired and cleaned which meant additional expenditures for a cheaply made costume. This is for a parade for the city of Vienna celebration so it had to look good.I will never shop this store again and I do not recommend anyone else doing business with these non professionals.

Came here not too long ago to look at gender reveal items.. they didn’t have much and when I asked the cashier she said “if it’s not on aisle 8 then we don’t have it.” So I rechecked the aisle to make sure i didn’t miss it. After that I asked her if she had gender reveal balloons and she said yes but they were I believe $16.... one ballon with colored confetti was $16.... prices are extremely expensive. Made the drive to party city in Macon and paid $6 for a ballon w helium and confetti. Customer service is important. Also think they should invest in more gender reveal options

While we were paying for our items, the cashier had a coughing fit and coughed all over her hands and continued to touch our items without using the hand sanitizer that was RIGHT NEXT to her. She continues to do so with the customer behind us as be are leaving. Also, the store really needs to be organized. We found that the items that we wanted were in two different locations. Why is that? The prices are not that competitive either.

Only giving a one star rating because I have to in order to leave a review. The girls that work there have absolutely no sense of customer service. There is no greeting when you walk in..No help when youre there. Like a comment said before If you hate your job, get a new one. I have no clue who manages this place but everyone that Ive seen in there is rude. This has happened on multiple occasions and they act like youre stupid.. No way to run a business. You want to support locals but you cant because of actions like this..
