They have a great selection of hair! They were really pleasant.

Purchased 6 packs of braiding hair but only used 4...receipt states I can exchange. Cashier told me due to covid they cant take hair back which had a sign at register but can barely see. I totally understand due to COVID but change the info on receipt if your not going to accept the exchange. With that I will not shop there again bc they dont honor their word.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The store had a lot to choose from with some good deals too. Check them out. You might find something you like. Oh, and they had some great specials on some of their items. Not my taste, but good prices all the same. I just might pay them another visit next time I need hair care products and Im in the area. Id recommend this place to a friend.

Walked right in and got what I needed for a reasonable price and even 2 other items that were great prices. The lady was very helpful and friendly I shall return. 😀

This store has grown tremendously!!! I believe they may be under new management. Everything is now fresh, clean, not expired or rank (that stinky old oil smell), they marked the aisles so you can find things easier, and the staff is much more pleasant. Im really glad that they made this store over. I always came before the remod, but now I dont have to worry so much about a product being. I am a very happy consumer. 😊😊😊

I have a beauty supply within walking distance kinda but I vowed NEVER to go back there after the customer service was so horrible. When I walked into Total Beauty i was greeted. They didnt have the hair diffuser I was looking for. They went over and beyond to look up the diffuser I needed to order it for there store. I will forever be loyal to this store lol.

Usually has what other stores dont. I bought a good quality wig here, crochet hair, and braiding hair of ALL colors. Theyve been around since I eas a little girl and Im glad they havent stopped business
