The only reason I have ever shopped at Shoe Carnival is their buy one, get one half price deal. Well they no longer do this, but their prices are still pretty high.

I loved my visit there I went there to get a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas and I left out with four pairs of boots two for her and two for me they had some really really awesome deals. I even threw in a nice Adidas hat and still only paid $120.00 Unbelievable and my daughter and me both were very happy. Also everyone that worked there was very kind and made sure I got help with whatever I needed.

Prices r way too high. Even the bogo deal still doesnt make it much cheaper. Went to Ross instead n got what we wanted.

My very first time shopping at Shoe Carnival and I must say I was very pleased !! The store is extremely clean and very well stocked !!! Love the announcements over the intercom that brings all the sales and specials taking place !!! All the staff and extremely polite and beyond helpful !! Checking out was also very pleasant and cashiers are just as polite and helpful as the floor staff !! I will most definitely shop there again !!!

Had the New Balance shoes I was looking for, and see a good price.

Very kind and helpful staff. Helped me with my online order and exchanging a pair of Nike Slides for a different size. The gentleman that helped said that seemed to be an ongoing issue with the slides and was great getting me what I needed. I will definitely be back.

You announce 25% off Addidas and Puma. At the cash register, there’s no discount. Never will come here again.

Hit and miss. Sometimes they have really cute and affordable stuff others I think they’re a little over priced. Especially when you have competitor stores nearby. But during the holidays they have pretty good sales $20 boots etc.

Usually has buy one, get one half off deal. When buying for multiple kids, thats awesome! They dont have the absolute latest sneakers, so this store doesnt work for a shoe aficionado, but they do have multiple name brands with a wide variety of styles and sizes for men, women, and children. The sock selection is pretty decent, too. 4 instead of five stars because the prices are a little higher than youd expect (50 to 100 unless its clearance).

We like the typical B1G1F deals, but the last few times we have left with nothing. Havent been able to find a good hiking style of shoe/boot for me or my kids.

Excellent place to find athletic shoes. New Balance sneakers, just happened to be buy one get one 1/2 off. If you have a size 14 foot or larger thats the only place in town to go, and the price is already half of what they are on Amazon. Great to support a local Merchant!

Always great! Customer service is always able to meet my needs. If my size is out of stock, they called other stores and mailed them directly to my home. Returns are easy also.

I was not impressed with the shoe selection. The only reason I gave a 3 star was the customer service was ok.

My husband wears a size 13w & they are hard to find so we always get several pairs when we run across them. Today he had a lot of options but he settled on 2. Love This Store

Very knowledgable and nice associates. Have been having a sale and store was sort of moved up. They helped me find the shoes I wanted and made sure they fit.

I dont usually shop here but they had a sale going and I took my niece and her children there to get shoes for the summer. Found some good bargains. The kids seem happy with their shoes. My niece seems happy that I paid for everything. Hahaha.

I love their service. Their prices are good, but their service is top notch. Weve been buying from them since they opened. In that time, Ive only had problems with two pairs of shoes...and both of them were returned with no problem. (actually replaced). I dont think Ive purchased shoes from anywhere else since we started going there.

I love Love love this place. They always have this deal where you buy one pair of shoes and get the other pair half off. Me and my man sometimes go here and get us a fresh pair of kicks for the low. He buys his and gets mine half off So we can get us both a pair of Nikes for $100 or sometimes even less.
