I made an appointment for my 10k service. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Although, I believe that service should be quicker for appointments. The service guys always put my maintenance book back in my glove box, but I’d rather it be left on my seat where I leave it for them to complete. Especially since I always have to go back inside to get it filled out. The waiting area is nice and clean. Free coffee and popcorn while you wait if you want it. I do not like that I have to come on a Tuesday ONLY to use the warranty I purchased to have someone look at my rims. I work and that is not convenient for me at all. Overall, nice service department that needs a little tweaking to be a 5.

Bill Dodd was a great salesman. Brandon in the finance department needs some training or shouldn’t be dealing with people. When I said no to all the extras his attitude completely changed. Not the way to have repeat customers.
Every part of my car buying experience was top notch. First, on a day when I wasnt buying, salesperson Corey Weber took the time to explain all the different levels of the car I was looking at. There was no pressure to buy and explained that process since there were few cars on the lot. When I was ready to buy, every person I interacted with kept me in the loop. I was given about a 30-45 minute long session where Eric Holmes showed me how to use the tech in my new car, while Corey finished paperwork. Given my current car was a 2003, that was a lot. The patience showed was the best!!! I am super excited about my 2022 and would recommend Lowe, Corey and Eric any day!!! Thank you Lowe Toyota!!!
Im from out of town about a 2 hour drive and was heading back home when my car started making this loud ticking noise.The Water pump amongst other things just went out.Although my car is A 1992 camary its good on gas and runs pretty good.Lowe was recommended to me because where I took it was going to take 2-3 days to fix.Lo and behold as soon as I turned into the parking lot the car cut off. I told the attendant what happened.They pushed it in to look at it I waited about 2 hours,they told me they could have it fixed by 2 the next day.Although I had to stay an extra day it was ready by 2.They were very professional and had my car ready in a timely manner.I was just glad they could help.We wont talk about the cost(lol) but I guess it was worth it.Shout out to Terrance and the others.🙏🏽

The actual building is spacious and great. I had a very nice space to wait for my vehicle. What I did not like was the woman who checked me in at the service department. I advised her of the services that I wanted but she tried to get salesman tone with me. It may be that she thought I was a fall for anything woman. She began to say well if you dont get this recommended service thats gonna be your problem... Apparently the maintenance in my service manual is not enough. I had a difficult time here. After that process, everything else went smoothly.
Mr Weber was a delight to speak with. Took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and was thorough with his explanations.Never once did he come across as a pushy business money hungry person.Very satisfied with Mr Weber. He is def an asset to Toyota!!!

Service department is awesome! I took my vehicle in thinking that I was looking at spending hundreds of dollars on a repair. However, my service advisor was very honest and my bill was very reasonable. They had my vehicle checked out, and ready to drive in a very short time, even after an oil change and rotating my tires! During my out of town travel, leaving from my step fathers funeral; Lowes Toyota in Warner Robins, was there when I needed them.Ms. Gina, the service manager, was kind and listened patiently, as I described my cars problem. She got me the service help I needed, in a very timely manner. Mr. Robbie, the mechanic, serviced my car with the parts and expert talent to get the car back running smoothly; even ordering the needed part overnight, so he could prioritize fixing the car. The other mechanics diagnosed the problem, cooperatively. The mechanic team worked together, without hesitation.The waiting area was peaceful and comfortable, including very clean bathrooms, snacks, cords for our phone chargers, and just a beautiful setting for my very tired and overwhelmed eyes. My Sienna had some damage from tires on I75 I was afraid to drive it before having it checked out. I left a message on the voicemail and the service manager called me as soon as they opened when I brought the car in they got right on it and had me out in no time. I was in awe of how beautiful, the showroom was and how they had so many cool accessories. Chance treated me like family. It was a bad situation hitting something on the road but once I arrived to them everything was great.
Had a great experience. Quintin was very helpful and made sure we walked away with exactly what we wanted. The financing was hassle free, and the pre-owned vehicle is in pristine, like-new condition. We would definitely consider doing business here again when it’s time to replace our other vehicle
I came late after my scheduled appointment. Lowes Toyota took me right on in for my scheduled 5k service. Everyone was courteous from the guy who greeted me as I pulled up into the service area, to the manager who checked my service paperwork to the assigned lady who checked me out.It was kinda odd not seeing many cars in the display area ( only saw one) due to the microchip shortage. But the Slackware area was amazing!. I had a comfortable wait. Pleasantly surprised that a bag of chips only cost $0.50 rather than $1.00 and I got a complimentary oatmeal 🍪.All in all a warm relaxing welcoming experience. I actually look forward to my next 10k service there!
Steve the sales person was authentic and transparent about the purchase I was requesting. He expedited the process of buying the car and did not try to sale me something I didn’t want. I purchased my car from Lowe in 2014 and have used them for all service needs. I usually have a 5 star experience. This last trip my engine needed a closer inspection and was kept over the weekend, resulting in me having to rent a car. The rental car dealer at Lowe Toyota was also a 5 star experience. My less than stellar customer service came on Monday. I received no call from Lowe giving me an update on my car. I called and left a message and received no return call. Because I was renting a car and didnt want to continue to pay for a rental if my car was done, I went by Lowe after work. My car was done, but I was never notified. With a few minutes before 5pm, I had to quickly turn in my rental car so I would not be charged for another day. This was all stress that could have been avoided with a simple update from Lowe earlier in the day.
My buying experience with Lowe was superb. From the beginning until the end, I felt that my satisfaction was top priority. Mrs. Jessie was my salesperson, along with James Snow and they were phenomenal. My Daddy was guiding me through the process via phone and he had a lot of questions. Mrs. Jessie was extremely patient and knowledgeable. James was so polite and courteous. Both of these gifts represent the Lowe brand very well. Im beyond satisfied with the level of customer service I received. Way to go!!
Was told the noise that was coming from the vehicle is normal, theres no way this is normal for a 3-year-old car... Well be taking it back to have it rechecked by different tech... But most of the time usually pretty good .

I have a great experience from the start. I met Le Blackmon when I went to the lot to take a look at the highlander. On the day that I was ready to make a decision Le was off work but he called James Snow and asked him to help me. Mr. Snow was awesome. He listened to me about what I wanted and he said that he would do what he could to get me what I wanted. He came through with the car and the numbers. They make a great team.
I called late the evening ( after 4 pm) before I brought my car in early the next morning. I really appreciate that my service advisor Chance Goings had followed through with ordering the needed part the evening before, even though it was so late in the workday when I called, and he had the part waiting at the service department. I also appreciate that, during my initial call, he clearly discussed likely costs and, when the actual assessment revealed that labor time would be slightly higher than originally anticipated, he called to explain that and to get my approval before proceeding. I appreciate, too, that he explored the possibility of coupons that might lower the expense.

I must say, I was surprised how easy it was to trade my lease in and drive out in another camry lease. Ms. Linda Slaughter provided me with excellent service. She was very professional and upfront with me through the whole sales process. I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy a Toyota.
I was disappointed with the level of service I received. I called and made an appointment for a certain day so that my husband would be home to watch the children, and then was called back and said that they only have someone there to repair windshields on Tuesday. So I switched my appointment, even though I would have to take my two very young children with me. I said that would be fine as long as a shuttle would be able to take us home. I was told that would be no problem. When I arrived to check in, I was told that they didnt think anyone was there to repair my windshield and that they didnt know when a shuttle would be available. I was left stressed with a three year old and a 4 month old in the waiting area. My sister ended up picking us up. Definitely will not be going back after my service contract is up.
After traveling over 50 miles to get there just before the repair shop opened, I was first to be checked in, my vehicle then sat in the staging area for over an hour before it was taken into the shop for repair. I guess it lends no proof to first in, first served. Not the level of service I would expect from Lowe Toyota.
Purchased a new vehicle at Lowe Toyota. The customers experience was great. The receptionist was friendly and inviting. Mrs. Jesse, who was our sales representative, has a friendly personality and easy to talk to making our discussions informal but yet in a professional way. She answered my question and concerns thoroughly and was always on queue on what features I needed in a vehicle. Best of all, I got the price I wanted including my wifes (very hard to do...lol). I was pleased with my experience at Lowe Toyota in Warner Robins. I live in Macon. However, I spefically choose Lowe. I took my Camry there recently because of the fuel pump recall issued by Toyota. Chase was my Service Advisor. He took care of everything. Linda Slaughter, my Salesperson who sold me the Camry, made certain I had access to a rental car to take car of my personal business while I waited. It was a pleasant experience. Even the restrooms were clean and tidy. Lowe Toyota is a great establishment.
We broke down coming home from vacation and knew no one in the area, but we were treated like friends. They were very efficient and were able to fix the problem and get us back on the road. Everyone in the service department were extremely informative and helpful.

Due to our Lexus air conditioning working only at times it took at least three trips to diagnose the problem. Lowes did not charge us which was very unusual nowadays. They quickly replaced the fan motor after the part was sent and we could not be more pleased with the service department overall and our go to mechanic Doug.
Lowe Toyota service department is very good and, in my case, did the required service quickly. While service was being done, they provided a very nice, clean waiting area where I was able to talk to a friend that was also there. When the service was completed the service coordinator came and found me, directing me to the checkout window. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and cordial making my experience very pleasant. You all did not call me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. Yet asked me twice to share my experience. What comment could I share? Last experience was great, this experience was not so good.
There is absolutely no communication with this dealership. I have even contacted Toyota Corporate headquarters about my experience with Lowe Toyota and they could not even get them to respond to my complaint. We bought a used vehicle from them which was an okay experience but the service has been terrible. I have tried numerous times contacting them but there is never a response.

He met us at the door, listened to what we wanted, and worked with us to find the right car. Then showed his extensive knowledge of the vehicle before, during and after the test drive, showing us the features and familiarizing us with the car. Not the ordinary car dealership. While you wait for your car to be serviced you can buy a snack, coffee, a cold drink and they even have greeting cards! Plenty of seating in the waiting area. Their staff is awesome.

My favorite place in the whole world. Its not the cheapest place to get your car fixed, but after dealing with shadetree mechanics and several Toyota service departments that I have caught lying to me, I totally trust Lowe Toyota for sales and service. I recently had a bolt puncture my A/C condenser core. One dealer told me 3 weeks to get a new core and i should consider trading(my car is a 2020). I called Lowe to double check, they had the part in stock and had the car fixed at the time promised. Enough said.

I had an engine code pop up and my transmission started having shifting issues. Made an appointment and dropped truck off. Service mgr called me with update and to inform they had to order parts. Parts were received and installed the next morning. Truck was ready for pickup early that afternoon. Best part was everything was covered under warranty. Very happy with how I was treated.
