I called before taking my vehicle to them and mentioned what all I needed done . Tires, brakes & rotors, top off brake fluid, and my service light came on . Tells me the sooner I drop it off the better . Dropped it off at 8am . Go by at 3pm and they just took it back as I walked in . Also hearing them mention they’ve had the tires for awhile now before I even told them what I was there to pick up . No notes were annotated about anything I spoke about earlier that morning apparently . Tell me to give them two hours, 4:40ish I receive a call asking did I still want the brakes and rotors done . Of course, cause that is why I initially called . He mentions how expensive the total would be, which I never expressed would be an issue . He proceeds to tell me they wouldn’t have that done till 12pm the next day . Whenever I would I get a full synthetic oil change from them as well they’ll say the next wouldn’t be for 10,000 miles but I find my check engine light coming on well before then for servicing . Honestly not trying to bash the company because I used them several times before but after today I think it’ll be the last . My experience today was enough for me not to use them again .If I needed to schedule an appointment for another day just tell me . Save my time .

Just had an oil change in August.. it’s now October but in September my car was running like it no fluids. Checked my oil.. SUPER LOW… transmission fluid.. NON EXISTENT! I called and explained what was going on and the guy goes to say they don’t touch transmissions at tire plus but I’ve been going to tire plus in Macon for YEARSSS and my transmission fluid was always topped! Not to mention it says they provide transmission maintenance on the site! So disgusted with this place at this point. I’m just wondering if there is any place that offers great customer service anymore.Btw I accidentally did a review here instead of discount tire (they are awful too)some months ago so I did delete it but this is an actual review for this maintenance shop! Maybe it’s best to hurry and move from Warner Robins because it’s beginning to seem like a bigger issue than just horrible customer service

Took my truck to get aligned. Got told my truck was to wide to fit the lift but just had my other truck (which is 2” wider) and had no issues aligning. Also changed my radio station for the 15 seconds to say it doesn’t fit? Have multiple buddies with equal or bigger trucks that use y’all with no issues. I was told alignment guy leaves at 4 so sounds to me like he didn’t want to be leaving late on a Saturday. Will definitely be taking my continued business somewhere else. Shouldn’t have closed the Watson store

Passenger wheel hub need to replace so you know the drivers need replaced but they charged me $400 for one and then were going to charge me $400 for the other I did it for myself for 167 and an hour of my time instead of 4 hours of being there I will not go back I had a bad experience my car left worse than it ever did

Terrible experience. Ill keep it simple, they went from $80 estimate to $260 then to $780. My estimate kept going up everytime I called for the status of my vehicle. I just took my vehicle to Unique Auto Service and had my vehicle back in no time and charge me only $125 to fix.

I bought 4 tires in December. paid right at $800.00. on Sept 3 I ran over something and it flattened a back tire. they will not replace it because they say I did not purchase road hazard. I would NEVER pay that much for tires and not add road hazard. in fact I have never purchased tires without road hazard, so either it was left out of the contract, or they just wont replace it. My husband went by with the tire and they told him that they dont replace tires that are not in stock. So I dont know what the real reason is, but I cant recommend these people at all.

These guys are the best. I had several lights out months ago. Got em fixed. Well they went out again and I went back to have them replaced and they took care of it plus one more that wasnt on the to do list at no additional charge. It sucked that I had to go back after the initial repair but they took care of me and my car and got everything good to go at no cost to me. I will continue to use this shop for my minor repairs and electric issues as long as Im living in town. I am really please with how nice everyone was and how I was not hassled for money over the additional repair.

So, i got my brakes and rotors done today and will be getting new tires this week placed on by them later this week bc the service was wonderful as far as the work done, now as far as the customer service...thats a whole other word...PHENOMENAL!!! Miss Vicky and Mr Brant are the most amazing folks ive ever dealt with at a shop like this! Theyre just outstanding. Went out of their way to not only get what was needed but found the best priced and was done in such a timely manner. Theyre just wonderful. Highly recommend!!

I went in to get my brakes changed and to put Freon in the air conditioner and they unplugged my air conditioner and then told us that they can’t figure out why it’s not blowing and said that it was broken before I got there when I was using the air conditioner on the way there. Quoted me $600 to do the brakes when it’s about a $300 job including labor. I will not be going back to this tires plus and I am not happy with how I was treated with their poor management. The employees don’t even know what they’re doing considering when I got home I fixed the air conditioner by putting the wires they took apart back together.

Have been going here a while, Brant is awesome but was gone when i went in a few days ago. I sat there over an hour for a tire rotation and alignment and after about an hour they pulled my car around and refused to do the alignment. They also deleted me email address (obviously) because i never got a survey that Ive got 100% of the time previously. Still awaiting the area managers phone call (its been more than 48 hours).

This location was a first for me as for some reason the other locations Ive visited have closed. I sure hope its not me.......... The staff were very nice and very professional. The counter employee even met me at the door and helped me with the door as Im in a wheelchair. Definitely will be a returning customer.

Majority of the time, I have great service and interactions with all. Not today! Guy at service desk was only concerned whether or not I had a mask on, which I did not because of anxiety issues. He did not care nor ask what I needed. No greeting at all but Maam you need a mask on. Right at that moment, I had a 5 yo who told me they needed a bathroom. I have become used to people treating me badly because I cannot tolerate a piece of fabric over my nose for more than a few minutes. I wear a personal air purifier because of this, which I was wearing and it was on. I tried to explain that I do not tolerate masks due to anxiety and did not want to risk/experience a panic attack. Again, he did not care. He told me that I needed to explore different options. I gave my keys to my husband and walked out with my kid.I have been a loyal customer for YEARS! I trust the techs with my vehicles with no hesitation. I am trying not to sound like a Karen. I just wanted to drop my car off for an oil change. I understand wanting to take precautions.

They closed the one located on N Houston Road which had very good customer service. The one located on Russell Parkway is in a inconvenience location and the staff isnt friendly at all. I stood at the counter and they walked past me as I was invisible. I asked about the Manager that I was accustomed to from N Houston location by the name of Justin and was told sternly, He isnt here! So I politely ask does he work at this location?. Again with such an attitude, I was told he wont be here today, so what do you need?. I asked what was the wait time to get a tire plugged because I had picked up a nail. I was flat out told, we cant give times of when service will be completed because we are booked constantly. So I could leave my car and they would call me when it was ready. It isnt like I had another car, so I asked could I just sit and wait? I was again sternly told, you can wait all you like, but we cant tell you how long you will be waiting. I was flabbergasted because not only were the staff at the other location more profession, considerate and empathic; they knew how to computate the length of a job. So I closed out my card to this establishment and went to Firestone. A decision I havent regretted.

Came to get some tires put on my car and a oil change. I made the appointment online, the website said I would be contacted if that slot of time wasnt gonna be able to happen. So a few mins later i got the call asking if i could change the time to 1pm. Not a problem, thanks for calling me quickly. Got there, store was clean, Covid precautions were being acted on. Long story short, i got fairly priced, good customer service, good auto service. I would suggest this location to others.

I went here to check why my AC wasnt working on my vehicle. They did a $10 AC diagnostic and found what they felt was wrong, although their price for the repair came in about double when I price checked with other shops. I didnt feel pressured to buy the repair that I felt was overpriced, and they were very cordial when I asked to just pick up the vehicle and pay the checkup fee. I would return again but I would be very certain to price compare them against their competitors.

I sent my car over around 11am to have my alignment fixed on my car. My car waited in the parking lot all day until the shop closed. I went by 3 times to see the status on my car and the guy said my car was up next to go in the shop. WHICH WAS A LIE!!! My car remained in the parking lot until they said it has to stay overnight and it’ll be in the shop first thing in the morning. I’m overall not impressed.

Due to a hole in my tire I had to get it replaced. The clerk charged me $186 to replace the tire which is fine because i understand that tires are expensive. My only problem is a few months later, I took my service to Discount Tires on Watson and discovered that my tire was never changed out by Tire Plus and that it was plugged and switched to the front passenger side. All tires on my 17 Maxima still had the same manufacture date and the same tread damage. I don’t know if they took advantage of the situation because i am a women and didn’t know any better or because they knew that i trusted them and that they could easily could get over. I will never give Tire Plus my business again. You guys got me this time.

Well one of the best things Thai I liked about it was the fact that they pretty much have the cheapest prices on tires,that is steel belted ones that I could find and on top of that I also received an 80 dollar rebate so that didnt hurt my wallet too bad, and their work is guaranteed example like a good month after I purchased them my tire pressure system light went of I took it back up there they rechecked all the tires &air pressure made a few adjustments and I was good to go. I like having that feeling that if something were to go wrong that they dont have any problems or questions they just take care of it. Thanks Guys yall will have my business for a long time. If I have a problem with my car this is where I go. Once a sweet gum ball off a tree was jammed in my sun roof and I didnt know what was wrong and I was afraid of having an expensive repair but they just removed it at no charge!

These guys were pretty good. I had put new suspension on the car and needed tires mounted and an alignment. They showed me before and after specs which is great. Didnt want to touch the camber citing safety concerns, which I understand. The car drives straight but the steering wheel is just a little off center. I have one year warranty so Ill bring it back in when I can.

Ive been a patron of Tires Plus in Perry for more than several years and I have to say Tires Plus on Russell Pkwy gives them a run for their money! The service was awesome and very informative. The staff actually went into details and gave me visuals on how to better understand my car. Im looking forward to doing business there in the near future.

I went to Tires Plus back in December of 2015. Just a little over 7 weeks ago. I went to purchase new tires for my truck. When I went to pick my truck up and pay I was informed that my lower ball joints were completely worn and needed to be replaced. I was given a quote of around 700 dollars to do the work. I was also told that because the joints were worn so badly they couldnt perform the alignment on my truck. I took my truck to a local mechanic to have him check everything out. Absolutely NOTHING was wrong with my lower ball joints. They are in great condition. Its rare I leave reviews like this but this one needed to be left. Its very possible the mechanic that worked on my truck that day made an honest mistake and didnt know what he was talking about. No one is perfect and people make mistakes. I understand that. I am thankful I didnt spend the 700 dollars to get this fixed and waited to get a second opinion. I encourage whoever it is that runs this shop to make sure his employees are trained properly. I also encourage him to make sure his employees are not trying to take advantage of customers. Nothing good comes from dishonesty.

This store made it a point to help my wife and I out while traveling. We had just put 4 brand new tires on her car and noticed a bulge on the side wall about the size of a baseball the next evening. They made sure she was able to get home safely then get the tire swapped out. THANK YOU!

I needed new tires and and an alignment bad on my Saturn. Drove in, looked at tires and was quoted a cheaper price for the tires I had been looking at on the Internet from other stores here locally. Talked to them and they said about an hour or so to change tires out and alignment. Gave them my keys and later that day, I was driving home with new tires and an alignment. Their service was better than the last place I took my car to for an alignment. Atleast now I am driving straight and not pulling towards the ditch........

On Saturday feb 24th my truck was overheating. I took it to chevy on watson and they did a quick look and told me my water pump is leaking. They were about to close and didnt want to start it. Then I went to another place they couldnt squeeze me in on Sunday. Then i came arcoss tire plus. Noticed they were open on Sunday. I called and spoke with someone he said if I can bring it first thing in the morning then they can squeeze me in. Well, I was the first one there. After having my truck for 1.5 hours they called and told me the problem. Then around 1pm they called and said they were done. I was relieved. I was almost 2 hours from home and needed to get on the road as early as possible and tire plus helped me to get that down. Thanks for the hard work.

Both tomes I received an email confirmation, but then later I get called by the store and told they couldnt honor that time but I could bring it in the next day. I work alot and have limited time off when I can get this done. You would think they could squeeze a loyal coustemer in for just an oil change. Espically one who has given them all their auto business on multiple vehicles over the last few years.

I brought my car in because I thought it was leaking oil but they told me it was power stearing fluid and that I needed my pump replaced. That cost me over $400 than the next day my belt makes a squeing noise when i start my car up and I notice its still leaking so I take it back and I am told its a hose that conects to the power stearing fluid reservoir and want another $400 to fix that. I said forget it ill just let it leak. either they damaged my hose or thats what was leaking in the first place.

The guy..dont know if he was a manager..insisted on talking to another customer about something that didnt involve his car instead of asking what services I was there for! Every time I go there, they dont do something that is needed. Last time they forgot to fill up my engine coolant. The time before that they didnt replace the radiator hoses like they said they would when they replaced the radiator.
