One of Warner Robins building supply employees came out to measure my door for replacement. He promptly sent a quote to follow up which was much appreciated. Unfortunately this individual has fallen off the face of the Earth and wont reply to calls or text messages so I can give him the job. Why would a company pay somebody to come out and measure for a job and send a quote but not be there to close the deal. I guess its what weve come to now most people want to get paid without actually working. I guess at least I tried not to give the big box stores my money and support local businesses. I hope other have better luck than me.

Will never attempt to use this place again. I called ahead and tried to pay for something to grab right at closing. The manager said just pull up to gate and we will take care of you. I pulled in at 11:59 and they promptly sent me away and would not help. Just terrible people, they knew I was coming and needed something but they clearly don’t care about selling or helping.

Great people, great business practices, very competitive prices. I shop Warner Robins Supply all the time and they are truly home town people who care. Work in progress.

Our home was built with the supplys from Warner Robins Building Supplys. Its been st least 30 years since I actually been in the store, Boy! Has it changed. Items that I thought they would have they dont. But the store is customer friendly, thats top shelf for me!

Great service and they have a more eclectic selection than than the big box home improvement stores. Loading and pick up are fast and efficient and theyve been around for quite a while so you know who youre dealing with. Theyve helped me remodel two houses and didnt break the bank.

Great service, nice clean store, local people, just did not carry BNC connectors, used for repair on CCTV systems (there are three parts, the cable, male ends for each end to hook up into monitor and dvr, and a t connector which allows you to hook up a waiting area monitor and then run a cable to the dvr (for recording events or shoplifting) I alone buy 50-100 of them monthly...

Drove an hour and a half to pick up some LVL. The had it in stock when Noone locally did.

Not much in the way of help and/or customer service.. Went looking for some PVC joints, none in stock and no suggestion on where to get any... I gave it 4 stars only because of the selection of other mechindise..

Warner Robins Supply came to my rescue when the belt that opens and closes my garage door snapped two evenings ago. I called the next morning when they opened. Cathy (Sales and Installation) had Jeff (Service) call me and he was there within an hour of the store opening up. He had to go back and get the belt, but told me to go on to work. By noon, Jeff had my door operating 100 times better than it did before it broke. It is so smooth and quiet. I did not miss a minute of work having to wait. They invoiced me and I paid them over the phone the same day. The best customer service I have received in a very long time. I highly recommend them and I wouldn’t waste a single minute calling around. They were less than half the price of the quotes I had received and even less than their own initial quote to me. They literally saved me $250. Save yourself time and money and let them take excellent care of you.

The guys at the contractors desk have good customer service skills. Fast and Friendly. Prices on lumber are lower then most places and its definitely better quality materials. Will be doing more business there for sure . Disappointed that me and my partner wasnt able to get a couple of shirts though. The person who had the key to the office wasnt there at least thats what they said at the front desk. Quick loading in the back they had us in and out.

Went because they had what I needed and paid a premium price...no complaints there, the market sets the price, right?John at the desk was very helpful and found the right type and size of lumber I needed.However, they would not even give me some scraps I asked about for stacking the lumber.....really?

Great company with employees that have been there for decades!One suggestion: have a search engine set up showing job openings (careers).

Good local, knowledgeable lumber yard. Where the contractors go

Not the most ambitious group to offer help. On two occasions coming in I was avoided by people that work there. Once I was able to get someone’s attention it was like I was bugging them with my question.A lot of different brands and styles than the big stores which is nice, but you’re on your own.

I was largely ignored. Workers twice offered help to others who came in after me.

While I do like the retail side of the house, I have mixed feelings about their Home Works section. About a month ago I went in to discuss some remodeling projects that I wanted done. The person that I spoke to was very friendly and professional. They came out to survey the house just a few days later. They were very knowledgeable. They had some really good suggestions and even pointed out things that the home inspector and other contractors had missed. All in all, I was really impressed with them. Honestly, had their quotes come in a little higher than the others I spoke to, I would have hired WRBS anyway for peace of mind. Unfortunately, thats where the problems began.Not long after the site visit, the person handling my project took some personal time off for family. I really dont have a problem with that. However, I have since gone into the store and called on many occasions to check on the status of the quotes. Every time, that person has not been there and hasnt followed up with me, or theyve been there and told me I have it in front of me, it will be done in a couple of days. The last time I called, I spoke to a manager who assured me I would be contacted that day. A month after my initial visit, I still have not received a call or quote.At this point, I had no alternative but to go with my second choice. That company now has a $35K contract because HomeWorks either cant be honest with their customers about how long the quotes will take or they just dont care.

Were quite helpful when I was looking for a roofing contractor for my home. Very friendly, but didnt seem to have as much inventory last time my wife and I were there. Still, great place, and a good alternative if you need more help than Lowes or Home Depot can provide.

Great people to deal with. Stop by here before you visit Lowes or Home Depot if your looking for knowledgeable employees willing to go out of their way to help you out. Their prices are very competitive.

Hometown Hardware Store! Employees are all knowledgable friendly and helpful. Sometimes more expensive than the big box stores, but better quality. I have found that the lumber prices here are usually better than the competeion.

We had a very bad experience with getting our kitchen cabinets and wont go,through them again or,tell anyone about them...The lady measured wrong or said she didnt need to,measure,our double stove and it did not,fit the cabinet and there was nothing they would do,and she ordered what she wanted to,order and she was very rude and very snooty to my husband and I like if we,wanted to,change something she would be mad who,cares we change something we are the ones Paying.... But we spent so much money and had to cut the cabinet and I was not happy and will not be happy because we had to do that ... Very poor service I was pregnant at the time so,it was a very upsetting thing no one even did,anything for,us....

Call WR Supply on Friday, after discovered a broken garage door spring for 7 x 18 metal door. attempt to get it repaired ASAP. they quote an low price and stated that they cant get to repairing it until following Monday. after contacting few other garage door companies they could not get to the door until Monday as well. called WR Supply back and scheduled an appointment for Monday. the Tech called on Friday after scheduling and wanted to come out and inspecting the door on Friday. the Tech stated that he could not repair the door then and will have to order special springs for my door - WR Supply office called back and stated that the special spring would cost more money and cannot get to the door until Tuesday. on Tuesday called WR Supply and see when they can come out and start the repair work. they call back and stated that they could not get to the repair until Wed noon due to the special parts order. i canceled the repair appointment with WR Supply and called All Pro Garage door company and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. they came out and had my garage door repaired within 30 min. and price matched WR Supply quoted prices. Should have contacted All Pro on Friday..
