Be aware that the fruit must be consumed quickly and will spoil in less than two days. Chocolate covered fruits spoil even more quickly, in as little as 24 hours. The business will not refund or replace the product. Otherwise Edible Arrangements is a good gift option.

My favorite go-to place for fresh fruit and delicious smoothies! Excellent customer service who really go out of their way to help find the perfect gift. Strongly recommend the chocolate covered pineapples - mouthwatering!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! It is my go to for sending gifts. Instead of traditional flowers or balloons, this place one ups it with the variety of options. I havent tried the smoothies yet but they look pretty tasty every time Ive picked up my gift arrangements.

Called into the store to place an order without looking for options and was completely lost. Shanice helped me place my order and she was very patient and helpful, we spent at least 10 minutes looking thru options. Had a wonderful experience with Edible Arrangements in Warner Robins! Ordered a very large arrangement with extras at 1 in the afternoon and they delivered 45 minutes away and we received @5:30!! GREAT SERVICE!!! And on top of all of that it was perfect and beautiful!!!

I ordered for my daughter and granddaughter on 02/13/19.....large arrangement with teddy bear and balloon. It was not delivered on 02/14/19 as requested and no one called. I called on 02/15/19 and was told it would be delivered that day. They offered to refund me the 20.00 delivery fee which I accepted. It was finally delivered on 02/15/19 at 2 pm but without the bear and balloon that I paid extra for. Ive been calling and calling and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

My husband purchased me an arrangement a week before Valentines Day from this location and was supposed to be delivered at my job on Valentines Day. It never showed and he never received a phone call. He tried calling the store and no one answered and he was not able to leave a voicemail. Poor customer service.

I ordered an arrangement for my mom on the 13. It was supposed to be delivered by 7 and she didnt receive it until almost 9. After her calling as well myself and not being able to get thru. It look like a last minute job. It was like they just stuck something together. I honestly expected better for $100. If I could give a lower score I would. Im a manager and i would not stand for this from my people.

Awful. Ordered a blooming hearts arrangement on Monday to be picked up Thursday at 4pm. Arrived at 4:05 PM to a packed shop. My arrangement was not even made. Didnt leave the shop until 4:50 PM with the wrong arrangement. People were there for refunds and calls kept coming for undelivered arrangements. Lady working told the crowd to be patient because its not like we can go home empty handed anyways. Never ordering from them again.

Hours of operation begin at 8 AM. I wasnt able to get anyone on the phone before 9:15. All I needed to know was if my delivery would be before noon or later in the afternoon. The time of delivery depended on the address of delivery. The girl on the phone kept talking over me and relaying to another person what I was asking. Then trying to tell me what the other girl was saying. LAZY! Just get on the phone and answer the question. Once it was all said and done they said they didnt know. How do you stay in business with lazy employees like that?

We always receive fresh and beautiful arrangements from Edible Arrangements and our staff loves sharing the fresh and healthy fruit! I have ordered Edible Arrangements for homebound friends and they have appreciated receiving the fresh fruit and chocolate covered strawberries! So glad that we have this option in Warner Robins.

I tried submitting a survey that was emailed to me, but still no response so I am resorting to this. I ordered 1 arrangement and 1 box of covered strawberries for pick-up on 14 Feb at 530pm. I got there early, to a packed store. I soon realized the employees had no organization system and some people had been waiting for 30 minutes. One lady was very rude and unorganized, and even started helping a customer that walked in, trying to find his order before everyone else that had been standing there. One lady seemed very organzied and was doing her best to help people. I left with my stuff, without the $10 cookie that was to be in my arrangement, and at least 20 people were still there waiting. I only gave 2 stars because the fruit and chocolates were good, but next time I wont be going there for it.

My fiance ordered an arrangement on Sat to be picked up on Sun between 1230-1 prepaid for of course. When we arrived at 1230, not only was it not done, apparently the little girl that took the order got confused and it was possibly on delivery who knows where or what time.So....luckily I sat in the car because Im not as cool and classy as he is...the employee promised to have it made in 15 minutes, so we went across the road to kroger to pick up some things and kill time......well 10 minutes in the girl calls and says that they havent even started AND NOW IT WILL BE 30 MORE MINUTES.....mind you it was prepaid. So we gave them that time, went to our function where he left in 20 minutes to pick up. He ordered an arrangement with the pineapple, grapes,strawberries and chocolate dipped strawberries WHAT HE GOT was a couple of pineapple, a few more chocolate strawberries and the rest some puny strawberries for filler. We WILL NOT be using them again not only were they rude and unaccountable for their mistake, the arrangement didnt taste that great either!!! I didnt want to give any stars but it makes you pick 1 in order to post

I order an item for my Mother and Grandmother for Valentine. The driver called me because I put my name on the package (Station away from home) and I told him to leave it at the door. Package was stolen from porch. Now this is the problems I have 1.) the manager stated that this happens alot and the drivers supposed to take the package with them but with permission the driver can leave it (which I gave him permission) but why ask if this is a reoccurring problem?2.) If it is an ongoing problem why not allow people insurance (just a thought) or even allow a second purchased at a discount rate

Im a truck driver, so i couldnt be home for Valentines day, so i ordered something for my fiance for Valentines day, and was told it would be delivered by 7pm.. well come 7 oclock it still isnt delivered. So i call and they say that it is still at the store but ready for delivery af that they were delivering late that day and if it didnt get delivered that night then it would be first thing in the morning and if that was the case they would call to let me know. Well i never heard back from them and she still hasnt recieved the order. So i try to call again, get put on hold and someone picks the phone up and hangs up. Now all i get when i call is voicemail. Very poor customer service. If i could give 0 stars i would. I will never order from here again
