Not really sure whats going on there.... last time I went was about 6 months ago. Got home and the 2 dozen donuts were not what I even asked for. My daughter convinced me to try again. Ordered 2 dozen again. Asked her to pull up bc I wasnt going to leave without checking this time. Sure enough..... wrong! Such a shame bc it really keeps me from going there. Had to go around and park and go in and ask why I didnt get what I ordered. The drive thru girl wasnt the one who helped me but she saw me come back in and she knows that the order wasnt right bc she couldnt even look at me. The other girl was very accommodating and my order was fixed. Smh

Love the hot fresh glazed donuts. Only reason the rating is not higher is because of the corporate decision to not accept the fundraiser coupons purchased from the store. To be clear, Im talking about the green coupons for 1 dozen donuts. Coupons have no expiration date on them. Management informed me that they are using red coupons now and dont accept the green ones.I do want to say that the local store did end up accepting the coupons I had but I had to use them all right then. I guess I was the donut hero that day. I took 5 dozen in to work with me. Im grateful the manager helped me out. This rating reflects more on the corporation than the local store.If you still have any of the green coupons you may want to start calling corporate to either get new coupons or come to some other arrangement before you are stuck with any coupons you have.

When I have to work a early shift at my job... Krispy Kreme workers at the Watson store are kind, ask if I want whipped cream, get your order out in a good time.

The staff are wonderful! But I did notice that the original glazed donuts aren’t the same. The icing is too thick. I wish it went back to the original version.

2stars because of service and health.NOBODY WORE MASK. Working with peoples food, I would think people have those!I also witnessed a carefree young lady spraying the floor with a hose and seen the ricochet of water from floor to a rack uncooked donuts!! TF!!?The cashier just stared at me blankly while asking him questions and the Overall lack of service is a HUGE turn off to this location for me.

My children love the donuts and I loved them as a kid. Their favorite visit was dress like a pirate for a free donut!

They were out of 2 types of doughnuts but the girl at the window was super nice so I didnt mind. Working in food business is stressful enough but because they were quick and apologized, I didnt mind at all.

They were severely understaffed but the staff was working very hard and were still very polite.

They dont actually make the doughnuts at this location, but theyre still fresh. They do reheat or re-glaze the glasses doughnuts and they are good. I noticed that if you try to order a 3-count box at the location its about $5, versus ordering online for about $3.50.

I went through the drive-thru. The person that took our order helped us at the window was very nice. I think I confused him with my order, but he said he didnt get our order right when he boxed it, so he gave us three extra donuts. He didnt have to do that, because it was my fault my order wasnt perfectly clear. We definitely will go back.

Donuts were tasty and the young man that seems to be running things is top flight.

Donuts were good and cute. Grabbed some of the Easter decorated donuts for my son for his birthday since it fell on Easter this year. They were so cute and everyone loved them. The young lady that helped me was helpful and nice. So far every time I have been to this store, my experience has been good.

Unfortunately these donuts were disgusting; You could taste the oil in them. They definitely were not fresh. Customer service was also horrible. I do not recommend.

This crisp cream ( I love crispy cream) no body was wearing a mask or gloves during pandemic which everyone know about.To add insult to injury they forgot my order of 2 boxes of the number one plain glazed. The blonde girl at the window gave me attitude about forgetting my order, and on top of that I had to cancel my order, due to a total lack of safety measures. When I point that out, the rude blonde asked where my mask was. I was in my own car not breathing on other people food.

No lobby access. Thats a long slow drive through line. You REALLY have to want a doughnut! 🤣

Red sign on but donuts were not ready--donuts where being glazed....was the first person there and then shortly after three other guests arrived. I ordered 1/2 dz glazed and folks behind me order 2 and 3 dz. Clerk made me wait until everyones donuts were glazed and then she fixed their orders 🤨 my visit should have taken less than 5 minutes but because I had to wait on her to fix all orders, she wasted my time!

Love the Hot and Fresh donuts. I had a certificate from a school fundraiser about a year and a half old. Was beyond thrilled to find out they never expire. The guy working the window was so very friendly as well.

Krispy Kreme is the gold standard for doughnuts in the Southeast, but as such you might expect to have to wait in line for a little while going through the drive through. It is rare for there to be any less than 5 cars in line whenever the Hot Now light is turned on.

The service was very slow and the person didnt seem to know how to make the drinks very well. Multiple customers left and were at odds with eachother due to the service.

Bought a $13 valentines day box and my sugar cookie doughnuts had no filling, the supposed to be caramel filled chocolate ones where Boston creme filled, one of our cake batter doughnuts was sugar cookie filled, the only thing they got right was strawberry.

Donuts are awesome! Prices are way to high....paid $6.36 for 6 donuts, out of my price range, so probably wont be back...

My kids love the brand so they get 3 star, but its chocolate Friday and this location is listed as participants online, but I called an was told they dont participate, then I was hit production excuses. No chocolate Friday here, at least according to the employee who answered my question 1300hr est Feb 2 2020. My kids have to settle for munchkins at Dunkins, since they dont taste as good but they have better more consistent promotions. Maybe they let me become a member too?.

Whats the point of being a rewards member? I told the lady I was a rewards member, and had the app pulled up so she could scan it, but her response to me being a member was, Okay...?The app was not scanned and my rewards were not given to me. The young men who were working were fabulous, but the woman working with them was extremely rude. Not sure if I will ever be back.

Hot or cold those glazed doughnuts are good hands down. Especially when hot I forget how many I should eat. But we must enjoy life to the fullest. Normally I eat 6 and my friend eat the other 6. We sure have a good time cleaning out the icing that drops in the seats of the car.

Drove several miles for the Friday chocolate deal. Deal on the front door, told they are franchise and they decided not to participate today. What....bought a dozen hot, no discount given because the deal on my app was for the chocolate only. How convenient not to participate in the deal :(. Paid with a $100 bill, cashier said I had to fill out a form if you pay with anything more than $25. Said, no, not doing that. Manager came running and said nevermind, and explained to her thats for credit card purchases over a certain amount, not cash. Stay on 75 and head to Macon location, Shame over ripping off our troops.

Yep, Krispy Kreme. A stop here is for those days I feel like living on the edge. Delicious ... Deadly. Thats about as close as I get to the edge these days. Ruling out the hazards encountered driving on Watson Blvd. Warner Robbins drivers seem to be a curious mix of extremely rude people; to those trying really hard not to be.I like that town though. Reminds me of Texas City in the early 70s. Spreading every direction. I hope they fare better.

Terrible service, went through early Sunday morning about 30mins after they had opened with zero customers in line or in the store. Took about five minutes to get my order, my coffee was cold and half the oerder was incorrect after stating it twice and the speaker and again when I pulled up.

Excellent donuts. Warm! Service was good and quick. Servers were very helpful and got the donuts as asked for. Krisip Kreme is very good for donuts.

Went to try the Reeses donuts. They did not inform or have posted that there was a significant price difference between the everyday offerings and these special donuts. We tried them anyway, and they (the reeses donuts) were soggy and disgusting. So we paid extra for worse quality. Havent been back since. Dunkin donuts lets you know up front if something costs extra, and their donuts are always fresh and delicious.

This one is a store front not the one that actually makes the donuts but theyre still delicious. Ive been here multiple times before this review and will be here multiple times after this review. Only downside is that during promotional advertising the staff is short hand and cant handle the overwhelming crowds.

I normally am satisfied when I come here to get FRESH HOT DOUGHNUTS. I wanted two dozen 1 original and 1 chocolate glaze. I get to my car and the original is hot the chocolate glaze are cold. I go back in and ask if they have hot ones and she said no. I ask can they make me some because these are cold and I wanted them hot thats what I came in here for. She said no they cant. You just cant beat Krispy Kreme. It was busy tonight with 3 cars ahead of us at the drive thru. It was obvious the car or two ahead of us was having difficulty ordering. I was prepared for a drive thru fiasco like so many other drive thru orders (think McDonalds). Our order was taken, the guy didnt repeat it back... he had our order ready within 30 seconds AND it was exactly correct. You just cant beat Krispy Kreme for the best tasting donuts and fast/accurate service.

Worst experience ever. I have been to this location twice. They never have anything I want. I ordered online, due to circumstances. It said product was available. I get to store and it is not available AND they cannot refund my money for what I had to substitute order for.

The hot sign was on and there was a long line outside. I went inside and was surprised to find there wasnt a line. The rainy weather kept everyone else in their cars. I dont buy glaze so I didnt care about the hot sign. I got my 6 assorted donuts and they were all fresh. My family enjoyed every bite. I will definitely return if we want some donuts.

The Watson location would not honor my gift cards. The staff was extremely rude even when my order was placed on the phone and more rude in person. I will make sure everyone knows how rude they are and the fact that they do not honor gift cards.

Good donuts, however customer service could be better. Weve inquired about the cake batter donuts, and have been met with rude gazes and confused enployees. Not sure if the quality is worth the experience.

Stopped by to pick up their 2 dollar chocolate dozen promotion. Helped by a gentleman who was very patient while I picked out a variety of dozen doughnuts and even shook my hand after selecting while saying, Great selection! I just moved from a large city area and this took me aback as it felt like I was going into a family doughnut shop rather than a chain shop.
