Fixed my computer in the time frame given for the predicted price. Very satisfied.

My computer wouldnt turn on, so I thought it was irreparable. The guy was kind and touched it without charge!

Unlike some bigger chain stores that want to charge 50 bucks just to touch it. Here its free plus they treated me like a neighbor. No pressure whatsoever. Plus they knew exactly what needed to be done and had it fixed after a couple of days and reasonably priced. Definitely will be coming back if i have more pc issues. THANKS!

Never got a call from them regarding an estimate on the repair. I called the next week, the person couldnt find my computer at first and then said hed call me back that afternoon - but didnt. Repaired my computer before telling me an estimate. Offered to give me a discount but ran my card and didnt. My main issue was - lack of communication from the company and letting me know what was going on. VERY POOR customer service. When I picked up the computer, the owner wanted to show me all the paperwork for OTHER people whom they have called with an estimate. ... Sorry, but the other people arent my concern. You dropped the ball on me.

I have used them more than once for computers problems and they do a great job and dont charge a fortune. Definitely recommend them!

They are not in the office as posted on the site. I bought a tower... would not even turn on...took it to Best buy and they couldnt even find the attachment for it to work but cant ask the guys l bought it from because they are not open... very displeased... I hope to be refunded when they do open. I am not saying that they are not knowledgeable people just that I have not received the quality product l expected.
