Great pharmacy with great people working there very clean organized helpful and they have most everything you need
I pulled up to the drive thru 1 hour ago. There were exactly 4 cars in front of me. Bring lunch or. a snack and make sure your car is full of gas and you have nowhere to be if you plan on using the drive thru at the 96 location
0 STARS!!!!!! Stood at pick up window for 10 minutes with no one in front of me while all 4 employees including the pharmacist looked me dead in the eyes and never acknowledged that I was standing there. While one seemingly pleasant lady did finally turn around and ask me if I was picking up (OBVIOUSLY).”, she proceeding to take care of more drive through orders and no one ever did help. I finally just walked away. GOD AWFUL SERVICE. We be re-routing all my business from hear on out, as this was not my first bad experience just the final straw.
My experience with CBS in last 4 years has been stellar I can find anything I want they are very organized and the pharmacy and pharmacist have been and still are as knowledgeable if not more in some cases then the physician. Many times I have had questions about mineand my husbands medication and they have answered every question. I suggest CVS on 96 to be the best everNAtkinson
ZERO STARS!! If you are on a prescription you must have every day, DO NOT use this CVS! You will wait days to get something filled. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I first went to pick up 3 prescriptions my dr. called in. I went to the drive through where I was ignored for 20 minutes. I finally went inside and waited in line where I was then told to get into yet a different line because my prescriptions were on some type of hold and she didn’t know why. The next lady was rude and said they sent them to Kroger because they don’t take my insurance. Kroger only had one of my meds. That evening I got a call from CVS stating my meds were ready for pickup. I went back the next day and was told AGAIN that they were still on hold (what was the call about then). They said the only way to get the remaining prescriptions was to have another pharmacy call CVS and request them send a transfer. (This was never told to me the day before either). So, over 3 days, both the Kroger pharmacy and myself requested my prescriptions be transferred to Kroger pharmacy. We called multiple times over several days. They continued to say they would do it, but after 3 days they still never sent it. I had to hunt my dr. down to get a whole new prescription because CVS refused to do their job. This could be a very dangerous situation for someone with chronic illness who needs a medication to survive. They could kill someone like this! I’ve never seen so much, laziness, incompetence, and lack of decency for patients. So, I went to Walgreens down the street. They had half the number of employees CVS had, they had a computer down, and were still running circles around CVS. The pharmacist called my dr. himself and got it fixed. My meds were filled 20 minutes later. Take my advice and GO TO WALGREENS!!!!
I went in for my vaccine and the pharmacy service is amazing, they are very carful and gentle. But afterwards we were looking at the jewelry and after staring at us the entire time, one of the ladies accused my son of stealing. Why? Because we are hispanics?
Service is good when you finally get to the drive thru or inside counter, but its always a wait. If you pay online and just need to pick up meds, I wish they had an express line.
Please, please, please get the older blonde/grey haired woman out of the drive thru. It literally takes her 30 minutes per car… every. Single. Time.
Every time I’ve come here, they never know where my prescription is. Then I have to make another trip when they re order it. In the drive through line, even with only 2 cars ahead of me I wait over half an hour. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever went to. Will be switching
This pharmacy has gone dramatically down hill in the last year or so. Sat in the drive thru pharmacy for 35 minutes and they only waited on 2 cars. Had to leave and come back. When I came back, I went inside to avoid the drive thru debacle (one of the lanes turned out to be out of order). I counted six people standing behind the pharmacy counter. Not one person said “hello,” or “someone will be right with you,” and there were no other customers waiting but myself. I stood there five minutes before someone walked over to help me. And this was all after waiting a week for them to fill a prescription! They only filled it because I called two days in a row, knowing they’d received a shipment the first day and reminding them to DO THEIR JOB the next day. We’ll be looking for a new pharmacy.
Long lines, rude employees and they take forever to fill a prescription. Walgreens is so much better!
Ive used the pharmacy here for years, and never had a problem with them, or the front end staff. The place is always clean. I am almost always greeted upon entry. The pharmacy drive-thru is usually very fast and convenient. In my experience the pharmacy staff has been attentive, helpful and friendly in most cases. I dont often buy non-pharmacy goods here, but when I do, they have also been professional and courteous. There have been a few times when they were extremely busy where the service was a little curt. But having worked with the public I completely understand how difficult that can be. Sometimes even the nicest people can have a bad day.
The entire staff is extremely helpful and pleasant.
So first of all, my doctor called in my RX in front of me on Thursday. I called Friday to inquire. (I didnt receive a text to pick up so I was wondering). I was told nothing was called in. I went through the weekend without my medicine. Not good!! Out of nowhere Tuesday I finally get my pick up text. I need answers cvs! And drop off only should be just that! Full service should not allow people to drop off rx and WAIT, when 6 others are behind them! Ask the person to pull around, go inside, come back later, or just hire more people to get things done faster! I hate waiting in line 45 minutes just to pick up a medicine that takes less than 3 minutes to grab, process a payment, and sign receipt. I used to love cvs but now Im switching to another pharmacy because of all this. Cvs here is so slow now
We received the WORST customer service at this CVS. I would not recommend this store. The employee Syonna was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My husband and I visited CVS tonight, 10/31/2020 at about 9:45PM. We were staying at the local Rigbys Best Western Plus and popped in to get some water. The advertised price for the water was 2/$4. However, when we got to the check out counter Syonna informed us that the advertised price of the water was not valid until the next day. When I asked that she honor the price that was listed in the cooler she rolled her eyes and walked away from the register without responding to me. Another employee came to the check out counter with the attempt to resolve the pricing error and Syonna yelled at her over the counter not touch her register. After waiting for Syonna to return back to the check out counter she began checking us out and muttered stuff under her breath implying that we were annoying her. I have been shopping at CVS for years and I have never had this experience. CVS is a great store and I will continue to spend my money there but this type of customer service is not acceptable and customer service training is definitely needed.
Sat in the store for at least 45 minutes trying to print pictures. The computer/printer was malfunctioning which I understand. What Im not okay with is how poor the customer service was I asked for help which resulted in a young lady shutting off the computer without say a word to me and then walking away. I continued to sit there not knowing if she was going to come back only to leave 15 minutes later with no pictures
I never thought Id switch from Walgreens to CVS but thats just what happened after I moved to a place where CVS was right around the corner from me. The staff is so sweet and friendly every time I come in. The pharmacy can get busy at times but other than that Ive had no problems getting my prescriptions filled on time. Back when I was uninsured, they always went the extra mile to find discount cards that often took the price of my meds way down. Never a long wait to check out at the front either.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The store wouldnt take the contracted good rx coupon and refused to figure out why the pricing was wrong. Was forced to pay $400 more for medicine than i would have somewhere else who honors the coupon simply because my son was out of medicine and anywhere else would have had to order it again. We were desperate. Perhaps thats their goal. Disgusting game CVS.
I love the pharmacists at this store. They have always been the absolute best. They are courteous, thoughtful, informative, helpful and respectful. I give them five stars!
👍
Terrible customer service in the pharmacy!
Service is always excellent and the wait times arent too bad even when its busy. The staff and pharmacists are always very friendly and helpful.
This pharmacy is AWFUL. The only reason they have one star is because it made me. The lady told me my order would be ready and they would text me when its done. I never got a text AND then i went to go check the status of my order and they were closed. I have a bad infection and needed those. Dont waste your time. The past few times there have been miserable.
This is the slowest pharmacy in the Warner Robins area! They are very unprofessional & never have your prescription ready when it’s suppose to be. Every experience I have encounter with a pick up was absolutely ridiculous!
Terrible service in front of store is saying it nicely. Pharmacy was amazing.
This CVS Pharmacy is in a very busy location, which explains why the Pharmacy employees are busy. And as i read many complaints that the Pharmacy is slow, well look at the number of people getting their prescriptions filled there. Every time I go in, every Pharmacist is running working as hard as they can go. So quit being selfish and expect to be waited on in 5 minutes,as if you are king or queen. I have no bad remarks to say about CVS on Hwy 96 in W.R. Ga.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful whenever I visit this location.
Wish I could put negative stars to rate this CVS pharmacy. Had issues with two of the pharmacy techs being outright RUDE and YELLING on two different occasions. One occasion happened with me and the other occasion happened with my daughter. Had a pharmacist YELL at my husband one time. We didnt complain when these instances happened (in shock and didnt know how to react), just decided to move our prescriptions to another pharmacy. Last night, went into to this CVS to get my husbands prescription filled after Kroger pharmacy couldnt fill it - they were out and wouldnt get the medicine in until Tuesday (this was Friday night). My husband had just been released from the hospital after having colon re-section surgery and I needed to get his norco (a pain-relief narcotic) filled. Went over to CVS (not really wanting to.....didnt think I had a choice) to get it filled. The pharmacy tech Shalonda (or Sharonda, I really dont remember), informed me that they were also out and even if they did have it in stock, they wouldnt fill it because the date on the prescription was messed up (the doctor had originally wrote 10/3/15 and changed the zero to a one to make it 11/3/15). Now, to get the full effect of this....picture Shalonda/Sharonda putting the prescription down on to the counter and pushing it back over to me with her fingernail (apparently the paper was dirty???) along with a smirk on her face. I went up to the front checkout counter and asked to speak to a manager. Val (I think) was very nice and very apologetic and said she would speak to Shalonda/Sharonda about the way she speaks to customers. CVS has lost my business period. I tend to be an impulse shopper and when Im waiting for a prescription to be filled, Ill pick up a few things while Im there. I was able to go to Walgreens and purchase his medication with no problem and it took all of 10 minutes tops! Ive never had a 10 minute wait at CVS.....its always a 30+ minute wait there.
As long as the current manager is there, you can expect this place to continue to go downhill. Shes too busy walking around with her clipboard to actually get anything done. I really dont know how and why she gets hired anywhere...other than she gets fired within a year or so...My latest experience... I stopped by to get a drink. No one was at the register, except for her. Instead of ringing me up, she called one of her grunt workers (thats how SHE looks at them, not me). Five minutes later, they still hadnt come to the front, and she still hadnt gotten off her lazy can.Ill drive by it from now until shes gone.
Why is the pharmacy staff so rude? I dont understand. I am going to look for another pharmacy. Im tired of personnel being so ugly. They never smile, they act like you dont even exist.
Seems like CVS and Kroger Pharmacy across the street are competing for the worst pharmacy in kathleen/bonaire. Will pick another pharmacy next time even if I have to driver farther.
Good place nice people!
Service is extremely slow at the pharmacy.
Pharmacy helped me get prescriptions lined up for refills at the same time rather than have to come back several times during the month.
Pharmacy service is slow and non apologetic when wait times are long. We have had to wait multiple times for hours to pick up prescriptions for small children.
Service here is about on par with what I expect when visiting a CVS. I have not used their pharmaceutical services but the staff was friendly and helpful.
Great team!!
Pharmacy ridiculously slow
