My overall experience was amazing. There was an error on installation date but they immediately corrected it with a discount. The installation guys were so professional and 💯 did a great job. If your looking for countertops at affordable prices I would highly recommend them.

I had such had a great experience with the counter top installers that came to our home that I had to leave a review. I didnt interface much with the owners or other staff since we are working with a general contractor, but the installers were great! After the installation had begun, we discovered an issue with the sink that was going to be installed with our counter tops and without grumbling they made sure that someone from the shop delivered a replacement immediately so that there was no delay in the installation. They kept me informed throughout the installation and were just great guys to work with! I would bet that they are a representation of a great company! And the counter tops look beautiful!

If I hadnt asked him first, I would have ended up replacing the entire counter. He patiently explained why I couldnt do it my way and did it correctly (and very reasonably.) Thanks KD-4!

I had a wonderful experience with Ross & Son! They were very affordable, courteous, and professional. Mindy and Michelle were a pleasure to work with and the owner actually took up time to give me personal attention and a tour of the facilities. My only word of caution is definitely make sure you have a plumber disconnect the water before they arrive. But I am in love with my beautiful new countertops. My husband noticed a few rough spots that needed to be smoothed out. But once we brought it to their attention, they immediately sent people out to address it. Tony and Zachariah did exemplary work on my installation. I would definitely do business with them again.

The people have gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied I highly recommend them very courteous, helpful and you cant beat their prices . The Staff is AMAZING . I had ordered quartz counter top went to look at the slab when it had come in as it turned out the company they order the quartz from had sent the wrong stuff, Ross & Son went above and beyond to IMMEDIATELY correct the problem . The installation wasnt quite so good the large piece of back splash behind the sink was put in wrong the veining is mismatched, I have white countertops with a grayish vein totally noticeable . If it werent for that I would give them a 100 star rating. I still recommend them just be mindful of the installation check behind them .

Just wanted to state how happy we are with our new Brockeye Quartz counter tops! We ordered through Lowes and Ross & Sons did the installation. Everything turned out perfect (even the new sink)! We are so proud of our new counter tops, cant wait til the holidays to show them off.
