Great jeweler. Went in to get my ring inspected like I do every 6 months and the staff were great. Very helpful. They also didnt pressure me to buy more even though I glanced at a few things.

Horrible customer service! I simply came in to pick up jewelry for repair yet I had to wait an extensive Period of time while all representatives clearly only care about those customers they can sell to. Also I noticed horrible attitudes from the workers and they treated me as though I was invisible. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but WILL not be returning. Treat your customers better! I definitely will be reporting this store to corporate.

Their staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The products are of the highest quality as well as the maintenance they provide. I love all the jewelry Ive gotten there. I love the neil lane collection and my husband loves to spoil me at Kays. I only wish I could give credit, by name, to the staff members who have helped find exactly the right pieces for me. I went in on New Years Eve to exchange a Christmas gift and was greeted right away. I was assisted by Calvin and was very pleased. After exchanging my gift I left and decided I wanted another set of earrings he had shown me. I returned to the store and Calvin was very gracious and attentive to my alternate choice. His service was excellent and professional.

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door by all of the consultants, we were taken care of directly afterwards, the consultant was courteous and attentive and had a great personality. A ring my husband bought 10 years ago was saved & the repair will be completed within 2 weeks. It has great sentimental value to me & Im so appreciative of all the consultants working together to get it repaired. Great teamwork and great customer service.

Love love love!!!! The ladies here are always the most helpful and just the sweetest! They go above and beyond to always get me exactly what I want. And their repair part is amazing too! Just most recent experience was where stones had fallen out of a piece I had ordered from Jared (which is their sister company)and to keep me from driving hours to the nearest Jared store they took care of everything for me at no cost to me! Just amazing place and amazing ladies that run the show there. Most definitely recommend them for any of your jewelry purchases!

Poor customer service. My fiance returned a band because he saw a different one he liked more from a different Kay Jewelers. Service was terrible as soon as he mentioned a return. I hate that he had to go through that and really wish these associates would do their job and serve their customers properly no matter the transaction. Will not come back.

My most favorite jewelry store. My husband and I purchase all our jewelry from Kay. We have the best customer service from Ms. Stacey who listens and goes above and beyond EVERY TIME! I will start by saying I am disabled and Julie the assistant manager could tell immediately that I was in pain and needed to sit down..She was wonderful in helping my husband choose a Christmas gift within our budget nut the other employees need sensitivity training as the woman in front of the ever us display stated since the lowest priced item in that particular display was over our budget she could not help us but Julie came over and assisted us and then while I was waiting for my husband to complete his purchase another employee basically came over to ask me to move.I wish I could have stood while he completed the transaction but in all honesty I was in pain and just could not.So while we did make a purchase in the future we will be looking else where.

Cant say enough about the team at this Kay location, specifically Kasey. I had to hop on a call to work through a tough scenario (I live in CA) with Kasey and she was personable and understanding right from the start. As we got deeper into the conversation you could tell that she genuinely cares for her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. Kay Jewelers is so lucky to have her because its always more beneficial to create & keep life long customers then to spend money trying to garner new ones. I hope Kasey gets plenty of company wide accolades because she certainly deserves it!I would highly recommend visiting this location if you are in the Warner Robins area. You will be fully taken care of as a person and not just a number.

Went to make a payment and for 25 min I walked around for assistance not one employee acknowledged me or had the courtesy to help me.Went another day waited my turn then Ms. Brown had the audacity to ask me to wait since I was just making a payment and went over to attend a nice looking firefighter who by the way was already being assisted. I proceeded to wait paciently then decided to go pay another company. Came back to the Kay store and this time she didnt even look at me.

Very upset with their customer service. I took a ring in the day after Christmas, because it was half a size too small, they didnt tell my husband that the ring ran small because of how the stone was set when he purchased it (even though it says it runs small online).When I took it in to get sized they told me it would be a week, but no longer than two weeks. I called back two weeks later and they told me it would be ready on the 16th now, which is 3 weeks after the date I took it in. It is not even at their store as of today, I will never again shop through Kays. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a piece of jewelry and wish I would have known all of this when I took it in, I would have just done a simple return and gotten my money back.

Walked in and the lady looked me dead in the face and didnt greet me or ask if I needed help. Guess she didnt think I had any money. Was about to walk out until Pamala asked if I needed help from across the room. While finalizing my purchase I was speaking to the manager and I stated that I was happy with Pamela but when I walked in the lady didnt greet or ask me for help. She stated that Maybe she was in a daze. After going home with my purchases.....I dont want the I items from this store. If the manager will make the excuse for pour service then my cash money that I spent isnt worth her service either. Will be returning my items.......This does not reflect on Pamala who helped me but this kind of service is why I never stepped foot back in the place when they first opened the store in Warner Robins. Was refused service then 5 years ago. Decided to try again but guess it hasnt really changed.

I thought I would give Kay a try in Warner Robin, in their new location, one because I had made a purchase of an open heart(which of course is a Kay exclusive), and two because the manager, and I have a history. I bought a curb bracelet for myself 10k ($1600.00). I went back to buy a 26 necklace, 14k. I was shown everything but what I wanted. On top of that, could not get any assistance to speak of from the Mgr. after the sale. I found a better braclet, more width 5.5 more grams for less at another dealer,with better terms,AND found a 26 in. yellow gold 14k necklace. The person doing the refund wanted to know why. I changed my mind was put on the return receipt, but the big question is Why. Kay missed a golden opportunity, which is unlikely to never happen again. My final sentiments are that they are sales, not customer driven, so they can make up for this and any future purchases by me, and now they have more time to take care of their more important customers.

Went in with my friend to look for her finance a wedding band and no one spoke to us. Stood there for about 5-10 minutes and no one acknowledge us at all. I guess they where more worried about getting off 45 minutes before closing. Another customer came in and they called her by her name and started talking about her jewelry being ready and they still hadnt said a word to us. O well we will take our business somewhere else

I have been in this particular store several times and have never had an issue with waiting or a lack of customer service. The longest I have ever waited (understandably) was Mothers Day of last year. I was going in to pick up a ring I had cleaned and only had to wait a max of 15 minutes

I havent had any problems with customer service here so far. However, my husbands wedding band had to be resized 3 times so far in a matter of a month because they cant get it right. We got him a tungsten carbide ring and the jeweler sized him and said he was a size 9.5. We got the ring 3 weeks later and it was way too big that it was falling off his finger. They resized him again and told him he was a 9. We got the ring back resized 2 weeks later and its still too big! He said it was like they didnt even resize it. They sized him AGAIN and said an 8 should fit. So were back to waiting and hope the third times the charm. Ive never gone to a jeweler that couldnt get a sizing right.

I highly recommend not doing business with kay jewelers. We custom ordered my wife to be a wedding ring on aug 4th 2013. We were told it would be ready in 6 weeks. It arrived 7 weeks late, not on the 7th week, im saying 7 weeks pass the 6 week time frame that was given to us. When the ring finally arrived it wasnt even complete. They didnt finish the engraving and what they did engrave looked like crap. Have the pictures to prove. Instead of saying we are sorry, let us make this right. They said can you learn to love it, it will look better over time and many more. We told them we wanted the district manager to see it since she did the paperwork and was personally handling it, they shipped it out the next day before the district manager could see it. When we got the ring back, 5 weeks later, They said it was perfect. We got the ring and they didnt correct any of the mistakes in the engraving and the engraving they finished looked worse. So after their 80 excuses we made them start all over. They gave us a $250 gift card. They sent the new order in with drawings and pictures of what it was suppose to look like. Christmas eve it arrived. We went to look at it and it looked nothing like it was suppose to. As if they said these people dont know what they want, lets just make some crap up and charge them for it. Keep in mind, through out this whole ordeal we had to cancel wedding plans and reservations. We told them we didnt want the ring and that we were sick of this constant failure. They gave us a 2nd $250 gift card. So the district manager went on vacation and was goin to call us to set up a meeting after the new year. Well it is the 18th of jan 2014 and we havent heard back from the district manager. We have called and left messages for the store manager, and yet we still havent got a call back. Ive had to call their corporate office to demand answers. Even then I have to call several times to get them to return my call. I highly suggest not to even go into a kays location. They will screw up and make it out to be your fault. They dont care about customers or customer satisfaction. They have no respect or compassion for the people who spend money in their stores. They will waste months of your time, ruin big plans with their lies, and wont have the common courtesy to call you back. I tried to collect on my 2 gift cards and now they wont do that. So thats the new fight with these people. That place is a joke. I will change my review when they get their act together and make this right. I will be editing my review soon with an update and names of these people to avoid.
