We were looking to replacing only our bay window that was shattered (see pics), but decided to do our entire 1st floor (13 windows) because why not??? He discussed every options available from Champion and other competitors. After we reviewed what they had, our order was placed on 5 Aug, 2021 with an expected 60-90 day wait time.Fast forward to 27 Sep, 2021, Alex and Lane arrived at the appointed time and completed the installation as planned. Id recommend asking for them if possible because they did not step on my rugs at all. Thats a big plus!Definitely not the cheapest company, but their product and services are top notch.*Pics only show a few, not all 13.Good luck!

I had a appointment with Jay Tarvin to get an estimate for Champion to build a Screen Room. I had already gotten estimates from other companies but after meeting with Jay and going through his presentation I was very impressed with the quality of the materials, warranty, and value gained by building a room that will last much longer than what the other companies offered. Jay was very professional, on time, and answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable by answering all our questions and concerns. My husband and I met with consultant, Tandi Shirah, this evening about replacing windows in our home. Tandi was exactly on time and most personable. She had beyond amazing customer interaction. She made us feel like we were talking to a long time friend, not a company representative. This made the whole meeting very enjoyable. Her knowledge of the product was top notch. I honestly didnt know anything about windows above the basics. She taught us both a lot about windows. She answered all of our questions and was so very patient. She made us feel like she really cared about us, not just making a sale. We especially appreciated her integrity. I loved her demonstrations, which helped me understand more about what we need to make our home more energy efficient. She listened to our needs and made very helpful suggestions. She made what could have otherwise been a very overwhelming presentation very accessible to us. It was a very positive, pleasant, and even enjoyable experience having Tandi in our home and helping us understand the product. If she is a reflection of Champion Windows, I know for a fact they are an amazing company with amazing employees and an amazing product. I hope that we will be able to purchase windows from her very soon!

Jay is very easy to talk to and you can tell he really cares about getting people a good deal. Hes not going to shoot you the cheapest price in town, but he is going to explain how much things cost and go over all your options from cheapest to most expensive. I liked the very transparent pricing and he will quote your job 5 different ways if you ask him too (ask me how I know).

Jay was very friendly and didn’t just give us a sales pitch. We want to close in our back patio.He sat down with my wife and I and explained the differences between inexpensive glass Windows versus the better quality and why they are necessary along with the warranty differences between other companies.He wasn’t too pushy and knew the product.We liked the product but the prices are steep. We knew going in it would be costly but not as costly as he quoted.

WOW, Id like to first start by saying how impressed I was with the representative (Jay). He was on time, extremely professional and made THE BEST presentation. He thoroughly explained my options and convinced me to go with Champion. I was almost going to go with a different company and a cheaper product but I just couldnt after the way Jay presented the product and the facts. Jessica Turner were very knowledgeable of the product. I really liked what the windows are made of and will help tremendously on the energy bill. She definitely knows how to get you at a affordable price that will fit your budget.

To be frank, I sometimes come across as abrasive when requesting estimates as I just need the bottom line. I want to know the quality aspect, what benefits are involved and more importantly, warranty. Jay came out to provide an estimate for siding install. Although it was after our appt time, I was called well in advance to prepare...dont recall the last time that happened. Jay sensed what I was looking for and our overall goal. He gave me what I like to call the meat and taters...no fluff, no bs, just the substance and what would work best for us. After hearing everything I needed to hear about siding, I asked about windows and it went in the same direction. First class delivery, first class substance...no time consuming gimmicks. I hope the install goes just as smooth!

Stellar experience with Champion so far. Kenneth came out today to give us a quote on replacing our back door. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product and process. The sales rep who came to my house, Kenneth was great! He assessed the room I wanted old inefficient windows replaced in, and came up with a great, economical solution for me.The windows were installed very professionally, and they are beautiful! The difference in temperature is absolutely amazing! I am able to work all day in the room again and it stays as cool as the rest of the house.

Salesman Kenneth Long was prompt and adjusted to our needs. He even let us measure the heat efficiency of our existing windows with his heat gun for comparison! Price was more reasonable than another estimate we had earlier, so we can feel comfortable about our purchase. Looking forward to the install…. Will update at that point. Update: Champion came back and did not want to honor our price, asked for more money. Frankly, more reasonable than Anderson is still up there in price, like a used car. Will buy wood Windows from a local glass shop.

Jessica and Ron were absolutely incredible to work with. Both of them were so patient and so knowledgeable and, above all, super friendly! Even my usually shy three year old loved them. The salesman showed up late, that should have been my first red flag. The salesman talked poorly of his competition, second red flag. I ignored these flags and signed a contract with Champion. The salesman failed to order our dining room window and have been trying to get this resolved for 5 months. I have a contract but now Champion states they dont have to honor this contract price and it is subject to change. Champion wants almost $2,000 more for my dining room window than originally quoted. Salesman Kerry (Jay) Tarven cannot be trusted. I spoke to one manager, John, who is no longer there and the new manager is very rude and not responsive.

We were able to cancel our services with Champion, however, they are wanting to charge us 5% of the total investment due to us canceling after 3 days from signing the contract. For the sake of the timeline:Contract signed 4/9/21I had to follow-up about no one coming out on 4/30/21Obtained an appointment for 5/14/21, which was a no call, no show. Canceled contact same day.The contract also a timeline fromchampion and what to expect. None of that took place. They did NOTHING and want $773 for me to do all the leg work that was done other than the sales rep coming out. I have called and emailed corporate to return my call to discuss. No returned calls to date. I have also called Green Sky, their creditor and filed a complaint on 4/22/21 and was told someone would be in contact within 24-48 hours. Nothing. This company is sorry as hell.

Although we did not end up using Champion for our current project, we have used them in the past (sunroom) with fantastic results. They have a great quality product. We worked with Chance, who was very professional and upfront/candid with us. We felt comfortable asking him questions. He did not give off the used car salseman vibe that we have seen from salesmen in the past. We chose to not use them this time (window replacement), as their price was on the higher end/over our budget.

It took well over a week to book an appointment. I received multiple texts and emails confirming said appointment. I had to burn vacation time to take off work to meet with a representative and arrived home (after an hour commute) 10 minutes early. I was called 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and told the representative had something come up and wouldnt make an appointment that was confirmed multiple times. If you cant get the small things right why on earth would someone entrust this company with thousands of their hard earned money? Ive never written a review of any kind and hope I never have to again but hopefully someone reading this will be spared from dealing with such unprofessionalism
