But do you want cheap craftsmanship, service, and products? I sure didnt. Midstate delivered a high quality pool and spa that my wife and I are thrilled with. Throughout the entire build every single person we spoke with at their office or on the construction site was honest and respectful. Everyone was eager to answer our questions and never hesitated to give their professional opinions (ie, pool design, equipment, colors, finish material, etc.). Barrett Flemming worked with us throughout the entire build. He always returned my texts and was always ahead of the game to ensure personnel and material were ready throughout the build. The finishes like travertine coping, sandstone spa, pebbled bottom, 5 led lights and high-end electronics were all standard with Midstate Pools. Their ability to satisfy my wifes particular style without fail was quite impressive. My attention was firmly situated in the equipment department. Barrett recommended (and we went with) a Jandy pro series 2.7 hp variable speed pump, ozone purification system and the Jandy pro series pool/spa heater, and the Aqua Link system. I love this setup. It is so easy to use and maintain. Oh the best part is I can control everything (lights, spa heat, pool heat, spill overs, returns, pump speed, EVERYTHING from my phone app. Or use the control board outside. So if you are on the fence about who to use. I recommend calling Midstate and make an appointment with Barrett. He will wont pressure you or answers questions and let me tell yah, my wife had questions.

Mid State did better than we expected! Super impressed with our final product and it was built exactly the way the drawings looked in the beginning. Barrett always took our calls and made the process easy from beginning to end. This was our 2nd pool Mid State built and if you are looking for an honest company, a well built pool and somebody you can communicate with, then Mid State and Barrett is who I would chose hands down over any competitor.

Mid State Pools did an awesome job designing and building our pool and spa. Barrett’s attention to detail and flexibility delivered a stunning piece of art the whole family enjoys. Even after the project has been complete, he still checks in to see how things are going. His team are professional and timely. I highly recommend Barrett and his team to make your backyard dreams a reality. They definitely exceeded our expectations!

People are super friendly and have great pool supplies. Testing of pool water is free if you spend over $10. Good selection on green egg and patio furniture. Not the place to come if you are looking for inexpensive patio furniture.

The ladies at the front are the best. They are patient, welcoming and knowledgeable. I was in the store on Saturday and they had a line out the door. They all worked diligently trying to get customers in and out. Made me a believer in good customer service again.

My in ground saltwater pool liner needed a new liner and I didn’t hesitate to call Mid State. They helped order a new one, came and measured for a perfect fit and had it installed in basically a day (had to return after the water was at a required level to trim and finish the instal but that took about an hour and a half. Looks great. Nice group of guys came out and I can never say enough about the staff at the store.Over the past 7 years I have called them or visited them for everything from a water sample to new liner. I refuse to go anyplace else. One visit, during a particularly bad algae bloom that we simply could not get under control, they recommend a specific type of pool vacuum that I did not have. I had already spent quite a bit and just couldn’t seem to get it under control. Instead of buying the vacuum they loaned me one. After that removed the algae from the bottom the issue remained and they advised to bring in the salt cell. I had just replaced it (bought it elsewhere) but they had their doubts that it was working properly. They were closing soon but said they would wait for me to bring in to have it tested. I did and sure enough it was faulty. I bought a new one and have not had any issues with the pool since. They take very good care of me and my pool.

Just wanted to take the time to recognize Mid State Pools for providing excellent service and a beautiful pool for our family to enjoy. The professionalism and communication Jake showed us during the process was 5 stars all the way. Even though the weather was challenging at times, he consistently provided updates and assured us the job was still his priority. Jake and his employees worked very hard to make our West family happy. Two thumbs up!

The staff was great. They were so helpful and made this so easy for me. I bought a house with a pool and i know NOTHING about maintenance. They came out and helped get my pool ready for summer and explained what i will need to do when i do it myself. They showed up with a smile and left with me smiling!

4/30/21 My husband and I had the most pleasant shopping experience at Mid State Pools. You built our pool in 2009 we come to you for our maintenance and service. On this day Mr. SHELTON HORTON took realy great care of us and we wanted to say thank you, you acknowledge us coming in, was very patient and very knowledgeable took time to explain also wrote down our instructions. My family is now on its second pool installed by Mid State Pools. There is no greater reference for a business than a return customer. I can testify that Mid State and all of the staff stand behind their work and also are there to help you throughout every phase of installation and maintenance of your pool. Barrett and Mike are professional and always take care of our needs immediately. Had a pump go out and informed Mid State we needed the pool for a party this weekend. Mike came out same day and repaired the problem! Best pool company in the middle Georgia area. Its not even close!

Mid State Pool and Spa has forever earned my business! Jake Cumbie helped us through every step of the way. He was super patient and understanding of us and our needs. There was zero pressure, amazing customer service, and followed up quite often. The crew that installed my slab and hot tub were absolutely professional, courteous and super quick! Anytime I need anything, I call or text Jake and will hear back the same day. Absolutely recommend!

The people are very helpful. They do a water analysis for the pool quickly with a printout showing the products that you need. They have the products in stock. Every now and then the prices seem high, but when I go to price shop for comparison their prices are actually competitive and better than Amazon. This is our go to place.

I want to put in a pool while my house is under construction but I can’t get a sales rep to call me back after emailing and talking to the store. Disappointed at their lack of response.

John is always helpful, we have been coming here for 3 years since we moved here from Florida. John is our go to person for everything we need for our pool.

When asked if they would order something, they didnt even try to look it up. I understand products are limited but we wouldnt have mind waiting. However they apparently only wanted our business if they had it in stock.

Bought new pool last year. Liner was defective with numerous pin holes. Only used pool a couple of months by putting 6 inches of water daily. Manager wouldnt return calls and 1 year later no new liner and Im calling continuously for new liner. Excuse after excuse after being told it would be replaced first of April. Still no liner. Waste of thousands of dollars.

I wish I could give a zero or less than that. Michele is the most irresponsible, unstable, dishonest person I have ever dealt with. I received the worst treatment from her. She is short with her speech and rude. I have all these issues with my pool and she literally laughed in my face. Dealing with Michele has been the worst experience of my life. I will be looking for a different company to open my pool if Michele is still there come summertime.

Had an appointment, but no one showed up to look at and give a bid on putting in a pool!

Choosing a pool company was extremely difficult. Our neighborhood uses a wide range of companies so we received varying opinions. We knew Mid State was a local company many friends used but we still researched a few other companies before choosing to go with them. Barrett from Mid State was professional and easy to work with. His open, honest and patient approach to decision making left us with no surprises during the process. We chose to go with a gunite pool with pebble tech. This pool was on the higher end of the options, however, we are extremely satisfied thus far. We are going to live in our home for many years to come and know that our decision was well worth it! Our pool was completed in just over 6 weeks (thanks to not having too much rain of course) and all the employees were quick and professional. I will leave one word of advice if you are considering pricing as a main part of your decision....saving a little money should not ultimately drive your decision if you can help it. You get what you pay for in many circumstances. Look for quality and satisfied/happy customers!

We wanted to buy a hot tub so we went in to Midstate Pools and Spa to get a small 2-3 person spa. Michelle started helping us at the beginning of June and she is STILL helping us more than halfway through July!! From the get go, Michelle has been great to work with. She got us a really great price on the tub we wanted. She has communicated with us throughout the process. She sat with us the night we purchased it and went over everything we needed to know about delivery, maintenance, cleaning. She called us when our tub arrived and let us know what day and time it would be delivered. After we got it filled and were too scared to get in it because we worried we hadnt put the chemicals in correctly, she sat with us again and we went through the entire owners manual. Every single thing we had a question about, she answered with great expertise. Finally, she came over just yesterday (seven weeks after our purchase!) to install part of the hot tub for us. Cant say enough good things about Michelle. Dont go to Macon for a hot tub. Stay home in Warner Robins and let Michelle take care of it for you!

Update: was contacted by Amy the manager and they are trying to resolve my issue. She sincerely seems like she wants to resolve this. Makes me feel much better about our situation. Will update when we get this fully resolved! Thanks Amy!!Bought pool and was told 3-4 weeks for installation. After 4 and a half weeks and no communication from them we called and were told that they sold out of the one we bought but that they were going to upgrade free of charge that way we could get a pool sooner. Was told it would be a extra 2 weeks. At 2 weeks and still no communication from them we called and explained what was going on and wanted to know what was happening, we were told that they have no record of saying we got a upgrade and that if we wanted it then we would have to pay 1200 more and it would still be another 2 weeks. Tired of the lies and no communication from them at all, so we canceled.

Before, during and after the project was complete, the communication was great. From the sales person (Barrett), to the ladies up at the front desk, to the guys on the crews, they were professional, worked hard, and were eager to please.Thank you for helping our family make lots of memories in our own backyard.

Jake from Mid State gave us a fair price and delivered on every promise. In fact, our pool was finished ahead of schedule! He was always available to answer questions, and believe me as a first time pool owner, I had many. The communication was great! I researched many different companies and how they construct their in ground liner pools and Mid State was by far the best quality. I have, and will continue to recommend Mid State to anyone looking to install a pool.

We had an in ground pool put in and it was finished up a couple months ago. Jake, our sales person, did a great job of guiding us through the whole process. We had multiple estimates and felt that we were going to get exactly what we are looking from Mid State Pools. We have had so much fun with our new pool we feel like its already paid for itself in the short time we have had it. Thank you Mid State Pools for a great experience.

Well it was a little rocky at first due to the pandemic but Jake answered all my calls and was very professional and kind and the team at the office helped me tremendously I know nothing about taking care of a pool and they gave me step by step instructions on what I needed to do they are a awesome group but if you need a pool or need to upgrade your pool I would definitely give Jake a call he is the best.

Nice store and staff. But for service...go elsewhere. I called to set up a pool opening. Basically taking off the pool cover and turning the equipment on to make sure things were good to go. They said sure, someone would call me within 3 days to schedule. So 15 DAYS later I get a call to schedule. And thats after stopping by in person after 6 days with no communication and calling the store after 10 days with no contact. And all they ended up doing was removing the cover when they finally came. None of my equipment was started or checked during the visit. So when I get the bill, I called and asked if any amount could be deducted since they were extremely late, and only a portion of the opening was accomplished. The answer was Sorry no. So I paid up. Thanks Mid State Pools & Spa for at least letting me know who not to call for service. Hey, its worth something.

Michelle, Amy and Bonnie are always very helpful when I have an issue or question about my pool. They are very knowledgeable and it is nice to have someone to reach out to when I need them!

They consistently provide expertise and excellent customer service! I like to work all there but I do have a preference to working with Michelle. She has much knowledge and shares it with you. Prices are fair and reasonable. 5 Stars is definitely earned and deserved!

Very polite and attentive staff. Always helpful, even though the goods they sale are often priced higher than many other brands, the products are of a higher quality. You not only get what you pay for, you also get the brick and mortar business relationship that seems to be a dying form for the modern day barter.

Over-priced in everything. Wide variety of everything to service in ground and above ground. Including shockingly high priced chemicals and patio furnishings. The staff is very welcoming ad quick to answer questions..tests water free ONCE. Example: I had water sampled, they gave me the conclusions, and recommendations. Two days later, little change in the pool, went back to test water again, oh sir there is a charge for tests more than once a month. So, you sold me your rec, yet, if I return after 48 hours of applying, the retest costs? I dont know why. Costs the company $0 to test, unless they count the wage given the staff for 5 minutes of work. . Its a beautiful store, the staff knowledgable and helpful. There are alternatives in the area, same stuff, lower priced.

Ive used just about every pool store in town and Mid Start is by far the best. All the staff that I have dealt with has been very friendly, courteous and professional.Michelle is great she have always given me sound advise. any time Ive need something she been there; quick to respond and always returns my calls (this is the reason Mid State has my business), something I did not get from other pool stores.

Hands-down the most friendly and knowledgeable pool and spa folks anywhere in middle Georgia. They built my pool 10+ years ago and last year I purchased a Bullfrog Spa from Michelle. She and Bonnie are always helpful when I stop-by to have water samples checked or call with any questions. Mark did weekly pool maintence after I had surgery and did a fantastic job. Emerson and all of the Mid State staff are genuinely a pleasure to do business with.

Mid State Pools & Spas recently completed our in-ground swimming pool project. This was our first pool and we had a lot of questions. The Mid State team is very knowledgeable, and they provided us options in a way that was not overwhelming. Their experience and guidance were a big benefit to us in our build. From the guys who dig the pool to those who get the water just right, every team was professional, friendly, and great at their craft. We anticipated this to be a stressful project, but it was not. It was fun to watch the progression. Seeing each step of the project helps you appreciate how much work and care goes into your pool. Absolutely love Mid State Pools. I am in charge of a very large pool at a local hotel. It went beyond green over the winter. I had new pool installed that looks awful. I was mislead about reimbursements that were not followed through and they will not answer my concerns. So if you deal with this company, DO NOT PAY UNTIL THEY HAVE COMPLETED THE WORK, BECAUSE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL NO LONGER MATTER. Poor customer service.

The ladies that do my water analysis are always friendly and ask questions regarding my water condition. They offer suggestions and help with my chemical needs. On occasion, Michele will have her guitar and will serenade you while you wait. I always enjoy my stop at Mid State

We have been very pleased with the wonderful staff at Mid State. We had them install our pool two years ago and its been a great addition to our home. The staff is friendly, professional and will always go the extra mile to take care of us. They treat us like family. We rarely have any issues with water quality, except after severe storms. The pool always looks great.

I would never recommend this place at all, we bought the most expensive above ground pool that they have, still is under the warranty (6 months old) the pump doesn’t work and they don’t answer my phone calls, emails, messages or nothing, Amy Register is the “General manager” the most unprofessional and rude person that I have ever dealt with. I’m force to call another pool company to come and fix their problem ... PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT. We searched everywhere to find pool noodles for a project. Michelle was so helpful, she didnt have any at her location but went out of her way to pick up some from the main office. We really appreciate her going out of the way for us.

Ready to drop the money on a pool for our home... walked into the store and patiently waited for a sales person. Lets just say we will be taking our business elsewhere. He was not helpful at all, nor wanted to give us the time of day to show us options or schedule an appointment to close the sale. Im sure they are great to work with but first impressions mean a lot to me.

Purchased a pool this summer, excellent service before during and after the sale. Amy, Michelle, Barrett and Emerson always take extra care when I am there. They are like family. And huge thank you to TJ he does amazing concrete work, looks just like real wood!I would recommend Mid State Pools to anyone I know!

We spent a very large amount of money with Barrett and Mid State Pools for my custom pool and hot tub. Let me begin by saying that Mid State cut as many corners as possible starting with the concrete pool decking which is now breaking away from the pool and the coping causing multiple large cracks that have now spread all over the pool decking. The large cracks have also made the filter lids not fit on properly. Second, is the two VERY small drains they installed in the decking that arent large enough to drain properly causing the decking to flood every time it rains. Thirdly, we were having issues with the pool lighting system working with the Jandy system (both of which Mid State installed) we made multiple calls before a technician was finally sent out only for him to tell us the two systems were not compatible. Nothing was ever done to rectify this problem or any other for that matter. The Jandy system Mid State installed has never worked at a 100%. We have had to replace the pool pump, Polaris pump, and multiple cells to keep it working. Barrett and Mid State Pools has given nothing but excuse after excuse and no resolutions to our issues. Once Barrett and Mid State Pools gets your money you can forget them standing behind any of their work. I highly recommend choosing another pool company for your pool installation.

My husband and I love our bullfrog spa.We have fabulous relationship with are sales representative at Mid-State Pools.We recommend you ask for Michelle and buy and spa today for all your aches and pains and relaxation.

Well they respond by telling me to call I’ve called left messages still no return call. Mid state pools do a lot of talking just no action. Stand on yalls word. I know y’all won’t.Bought pool and hot tub from them four years ago. The hot tub was sold because mid state nor bullfrog would honor the warranty. Only had hot tub less that a year no one would come and fix. My yard around pool floods now because of the unprofessional Job that was done. They also ripped my liner when they installed it but felled to tell me my kids found the patch on the liner ( new liner) and they acted as if they nothing about it. The pool itself is uneven but they said the liner was stretched. How does a brand new Liner stretch like that. They will not has not honored the warranty on pool. Dump dirt over my fence into a drainage ditch be hide my house. Still there. The pump does not work properly but they will do nothing. Made a complaint to BBB but as you know if mid state is paying their dues the BBB sides with them. When I look in my back yard at the mess I paid 50000 for I get sick to my stomach. Mid state should be ashamed at how they do people. I guess I didn’t spend enough money for them to care how the did me. So if you don’t have 100,000 to drop on pool don’t use mid stateWell mid state pool has a great talk game to make them look good, but doesn’t back it up. Wrote this review and when they replied I was ask to call them. Well six calls later and over a month has pasted still no return call. That’s nothing new it’s been that way since they got their money.

I have to admit that the service concerning water analysis and recommendations from the staff are outstanding. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. However, ***WARNING*** management’s performance is less than desirable. I purchased a home with a pool and spa that was recently installed by Mid State Pools & Spas. Soon after, there was a leak in the spa. It took some time for someone to come out and look at it after contacting them, which was a little frustrating, and they finally came out and took care of the problem. I was told at that time by the owner that they had issues with their contractor that supplied the concrete and the concrete used on my spa was faulty. Sure enough, about a year later, I had another leak in the spa. I tried numerous times to contact the owner again and was unsuccessful; leaving my contact information a few times without any contact back. Finally, I got with the owner who told me that they would come out and take a look but I never got a call from them after the in person conversation. Suddenly, I noticed that the spa was drained with parts of the spa laying around my backyard. Without any calls received to explain to me the outcome, I contacted the company and was told that it would cost approximately $5,000 to repair. When I finally got back with the owner about the estimate, he said that he would go out and take a look. Again, i didn’t receive a call and had to “hunt” him down again to get some answers took a few weeks. When I finally caught up to him, he told me it would cost approximately $3,500 to repair because they would have to jackhammer the bad concrete out and pour new concrete and plaster the spa again. After finding out that my insurance company (American Home Shield) would not cover the repair, I contacted another pool company and they told me that Mid State Pools has a reputation of installing pools and spas and leaving customers hanging when problems arise; my case seems to fit the reputation explained.I will not tell you not to do business with this company but...***WARNING****You may have issues getting wrongs corrected to your satisfaction.I will continue to post the above to continue to warn possible future customer and share my unfortunate experience.

Once I was able to make contact with Michele my repair request was handled in a very timely manner. The men sent to do the work did an excellent job and followed up just as they promised.

Midstate pools does quality work. We had our pool installed in 2010. Have had little to no maintenance since that time. They even helped us to locate another local business who would install a screened room around the pool. We love the pool and get many compliments from our visitors. Getting water tested at Mid State is a breeze. Ive been in there multiple times to have my water tested. My weight was less than 10 minutes each time. You cant get better customer service than that!

What we can say about Michelle! First of all, Emerson needs to give her a big raise, she is very knowledgeable, accessible, efficient, professional, friendly, consistent, and most of all dependable. She knows everything about our Bullfrog Series A Hotub. Thank you Michelle.

Spent 1,850 dollars here to get a new salt system. The technician comes(on time) but never introduces himself or explains what he is going to do -- I know what he is there for so I let him in the back. In total he said max 8 words(not sentences, words) to me and those words were ONLY in response to me speaking to him. No big deal though, except he didnt tell me when he was leaving. So he installed everything but I never saw him test it. I have no idea if it works; I also dont know how to work it. He just left the manuals in the control box. I was also supposed to receive salt. None was left. Leaving my pool vulnerable to another algae bloom. So okay, they have a introverted technician. I call to the store(durning business hours) and leave a message(more times then not when I call the phone it was never answered). I call back the next day to speak with Amy who has just listened to my voicemail but has not called me back. She was very short with me on the phone(interrupted me mid sentence multiple times) and did not apologize once. She tells me she will have the salt delivered(it was) and she will have them collect water for them to analyze and tell me how much salt to put in(they did). Okay so they are making up for the bad start. Another negative is I am still waiting on a technician to come out and show me how to use this system I just paid Mid State $1,850 to have install. They told me they would send someone out today but it is 3:40 and they close at 5pm. I have not received a call about what time they will be(if they do come) at my home. Regardless of if they do call about coming today, making me wait almost a full work day in suspense thinking, Did they forget to call me is not professional. They should of scheduled a time two days ago when they told me they would send someone. The system seems installed correctly which is the most important part but the customer service was very poor.

Went to Midstate on a Saturday (the only day my husband and I have off since they are closed on Sunday) to ask a few questions about purchasing a pool. After waiting patiently for someone for 10 minutes, they asked if they could call us on Tuesday because they were busy. I was floored by the rudeness and disregard for new business. I will never go there again. We went across the street to AAA Pools instead (who was just as busy), and they were wonderful to us!

Mid State installed a beautiful 20x40 vinyl pool for use in 2014 and since then we have used them exclusively for both chemicals and advice. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have some fantastic non-pool products in the store. Check them out!

Mid State has great pool products. Michelles knowledge and customer service is GREAT!! Not just trying to sell stuff. She keeps customers coming back.

I really appreciated the service and how fast the maintenance crew installed my new pump! Every time I go into the store the sales people are so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about what and how to balance my pool to keep it clean and clear!! Best pool store in Mid GA!

I called these guys a few weeks ago because our pool was losing water through the drain and was assured that because of that, they would get someone out ASAP. Nothing happened, and when my husband followed up, there was no record that I had called, and they had not put us on the schedule. I also emailed them and received no response.Here we are in the middle of record-breaking heat, and we’re stuck with a green, slimy, sludgy mess. Mid State Pools & Spas built our pool. I guess they just can’t be bothered to service what they sell.

I took over maintaining my parent’s pool several years ago and found Midstate on Houston Lake to have the warmest atmosphere and their knowledge base was exceptional too! They have been my go to pool people ever since for the past 6 years, two motors and countless chemicals, salt and analyses ago! I recommend them. Ms Bonnie, Michelle, Crista, Kim and Jake and all others do a great job!

Michelle is awesome! I walk into the store and she recognizes me and my family and always knows what we need before we do. Always on top of things!

We have been dealing with Michelle for 4 years now at Midstate Pools and she is one of a kind. We knew nothing about our in ground pool and she has been right there to teach us every step of the way. She has went out of her way even to come every day for 3 days after she got off work to replace all the pipes that go into the pump and filter. She did an amazing job. And she explained so much more that we didn’t even know. We will always go to Midstate Pools for any pool needs. And we will always deal with Michelle. She truly is the best out there.

Not impressed. Called to get an estimate on a new liner for our inground pool. Appointment was made for 2 days after my initial call so I was happy about that. But when they showed up in a very nice car and couldnt give me a price in writing said they would text us the cost...Text? A price? Didnt confirm the phone number either. I could lose my phone..damage my phone..or accidentally delete the text..never heard of such a thing. And they gave us a book to choose liners from..but I dont know what it costs so why even look at the book? We are not using them to replace the liner. Weve decided to go with someone else for this rea son.

Been using Mid- State for over 20 years. They are the best. Always helpful.

Associate not helpful with my pool problem. His only advice was oh you have one of those Walmart pools you might as well just drain it and start over like water and algae or dead algae know the difference in pools. AAA recommended and sold me a product that gave me back crystal clear water.

They did a great job at balancing our project with all of the others that they had going on at the time. As changes were made during the whole process, they made sure that we were well informed.

It seams customer sevice has degraded to an all time low. Not just Mid State Pools and Spas but many other companies. Customers service has been a topic in many conversations lately. So, I have decided to add my review to the growing list of unhappy customers. I called Mid State Pools and Spas for an estimate to change pool filter sand and program an easy touch. Took a few weeks of calls and visits to get the work scheduled. I did so in advance to make sure my pool was ready for the summer. I was getting a bit worried but I finally got a call the work was scheduled. Great! Finally. No show...no call...nothing. I called to findout about the no show. The answer was the technician was busy but the work will be done tomorrow. Great, I get it. Wrong answer. The next day No show...no call...nothing! I again called to discuss the No Show. Put on hold.............hung up. I called back and canceled. No apology, no dont go we want your business, just ok good bye. If you do not want the work say so. I will not patronize this pool place. I would recommend you dont either.

Friendly and knowledgable staff...and of course they should be regarding swimming pool topics. Prices seem high but then I always think that.

My experience with Midstate was not great. On the plus side though, their people are very nice and very polite. On the downside, where to begin? The reason I am leaving this review is because I just found out that the work they had done with my pool has caused damages a year later. The motor was changed, but it was not properly installed. They did not put an O-ring on the plate causing the motor to not only run dry very often, but melt part of the plate and pump. I had already switched companies because they were very overpriced. Now Im having to change the motor after only 1 year.and not just the motor but part of the pump plate as well because they installed it poorly. Needless to say, I would not recommend Midstate, and I would go as far as to recommend that you look very hard and long at using another pool company.

Look no further than this place for your pool supplies or just answers to your pool. I was a newbie to the pool world, every one here took the time to help me and answer ALL my questions. They also do water testing for you!

We had our gunite pool re-surfaced and the tile redone. Michelle Smith worked with us and made several GREAT suggestions...to use the gray surface, and replace our tile waterfall with stacked stone like Midstate has in their showroom. What great suggestions! It looks 100% better! Everyone comments on it! It makes the water look more blue. Michelle is wonderful to work with, and checked on our pool and the workers consistently. We had one minor problem with a subcontractor, but Midstate made sure that the Subcontractor made it right. Overall, we are very please with the outcome of our updated Pool! Thank you Michelle!
