Dependable service. I take all my power equipment for service or repairs. Right now theyre backed up for riding mower service or repairs. Still a reputable business though.
Great people, tge owner stands behind his work. Fair prices. Good people all around. Very trustworthy with your property.
My mom and I have been using Specialty Services for a long time and have always been satisfied with the service we have received. If they find other issues with your product, they make sure to call you to let you know whats going on before they fix anything. There is no other place like Specialty in Warner Robins and I appreciate what they do for their customers.
Great customer service. I was able to recycle old gas here. One of the few spots in town!
Great service n very well knowledgeable
Best place to fix your lawnmower! My Crafsman was shining and new and problem fixed! Give this guy a raise!!!
Very helpful. Had parts needed to fix lawnmower
They got my mower back in tip top shape in just a few days. Their prices are fair, and they explained exactly what they did. Ill be back after mowing season for another tune up.
Employee recorded making racial slurs... Very unprofessional and ignorant...
Great locally owned business that has been around for many years. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and will help you as much as they can. If they dont have what you need they will tell you where to get it. I went in today and got a blade sharpened and got 5 gaskets and was out in less than 10 minutes
I brought a Dewalt 745 planner to Speciality Services Unlimited in spring of 2020. I was informed it would take a short time to get it fixed. After several months I called about it’s status. I was told they were waiting on parts to come in. The next time I called someone said they had to order the parts. I kept getting a run around. They never called me once to inform me on the repair status of the planner. I called several more times before I was told when the planner may be fixed. They called on November 20 and said it was ready for pickup. The only thing the planner needed was a belt. I think it is ridiculous that it took so long to fix the planner. I would not recommend bringing a Dewalt tool for repair to this company if you need it back in a timely manner.
The owner is very knowledgeable about all types of machines. She knows her parts and what is required to repair them. I have always received great service and I am sure that I have only paid for what was done.
Great place for your equipment repair or parts. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
The shroud on my riding lawnmower had a dent it it and the blade was hitting it and I also told them the belt kept coming off. They pick It up a month later drop it off the belt is still coming off and the blade is still hitting the shroud..UpdateContacted Jay Taylor using the information he left in the comments around two months ago he agreed to fix it by ordering a new deck plate that I will pay for. He says he placed it on order I called once a week for the past two months and every time it’s the same answer it’s on back order... So I give up.. And please if your reading this just save yourself a headache and avoid this place.
Good customer service, excellent work performed, reasonable prices.
Always do a great job with any equipment I have serviced there. Keep up the good work
Authorized dealer who repairs landscapers machines. Never had a problem with them. Good small engine repair shop. Have to get the good deals out of season otherwise it could be pricey.
Good service easy parts
Good shop. They recently went through a mechanic so it slowed turn times down a bit, but overall was satisfied both times I had to bring in my leaf blower. No reason to not suggest them for service on a small engine.
Ill go there again ...
Best service in town
I like it. Takes a while to get your stuff back
Had my part in stock
Very friendly and helpful staff. They help me with installing a new spring for my lawn mower. Will definitely recommend this place.
Excellent repair shop. Owner is very caring of work done and his customers. He has repaired and saved me plenty of times with repairs on a few pressure washers and my mower. Definitely would recommend as they are the best around.
The are the only Briggs and Stratton warranty shop around. They have a lot of work and are a great service to people with very used equipment. My generator problem was new to them and it took a good while but it is fixed.
It’d be decent of them to return my mower without attempting to charge for services that weren’t authorized.Response to Owner - Beyond the disclosure of personal customer information within public domain being an unethical practice (potentially illegal), you are mistaken about the facts related to repair work outside of either warranty being authorized. My mower has been sitting in your shop since August; by the time someone from your company called me at the end of October [post directive to return the mower], another service company had already been scheduled by Asurion - one with whom all charges were being covered under my warranty plan. Additionally, per advisement from Cub Cadet, you aren’t even an approved vendor to provide warranty service for their mowers - thus Asurion’s blunder led to my claim being completely mishandled from the beginning.Fact - Your company has no work order that was initiated by me.Fact - Your company has zero paperwork with my signature.Fact - Your company never provided me with an estimation of anticipated repairs specific to mower.Fact - Your company received no approval to complete work outside of warranty coverage.Fact - Your company communicated my mower’s ransom amount for the first time through Google.Updated 1-8-18Thank you for returning my mower several weeks after its ransom had been paid. Even with freshly pumped top tier gasoline, the “repaired” unit lasted little over an hour until complete shutdown. Evidence of my abusive use has been attached; indeed, there are many pine trees around which I turn circles.
Horrible customer service. If I could give it a zero I would.I dropped off a mower with my dad and the owner was nice, but one of her employees was making rude comments that were completley unwarranted.I have no idea if he was having a bad day, but his attitude was atrocious.
Outstanding Service! I had a new transmission and belt put on my mower two months ago. The self propel quit working again. Took it back in and a spring had come lose. They fixed it the same day - NO CHARGE! Honest folks. Will use them from now on.
Awesome, I bought a pos returned Troybilt from Lowes almost two years ago. They have been doing warranty work on it the whole time. I think I determined the reason it eats deck belts and they agree.
They did the job but were super slow for the Ryobi warranty work I needed done (three weeks to replace a nut and told me three different times it would be done today. I recommend getting a completion timing commitment from them if they will give you one (but you might not be able to trust it). To be honest, if you have a choice, Id take my work somewhere else.
I call to purchase a part and ti first guy that answer the phone was Not Professional at all...
When we took our mower in for a Spring Service, we were told it would take two weeks. I thought that was a long time and would be hard to be without our mower for so long when the grass had just hit the growing season, but Id read some reviews that explained it was their busy season so I tried to be understanding. Well, 2 weeks passed and the mower was nowhere close to being looked at. 3 weeks passed and we had 9 mowers ahead of us. Coming on 4 weeks and we had 5 mowers ahead of us. By week 5 we now had 6 mowers ahead of us! When I asked how there could be 6 ahead of us when the week before there were 5, I was told they had to do some rechecks. This did not give me any confidence in their service capabilities. Basically, EVERY time I called I was told that they were sorry and it should be ready in a day or two. Wed had enough and my husband picked up the mower. In 5 weeks time not only did our lawn mower not get serviced, we were continually mislead, the mower looks dirtier than when we took it in and we had to buy another mower so we didnt have a 3ft jungle to mow! I can understand if it is the busy season and there are limited options in Warner Robins to choose from. But what I cannot accept is a lack of honesty. If they cant get a mower done in two weeks, then they should be truthful about that rather than grossly underestimating the service time. But Im afraid if they were honest, no one would bring their mowers, because WHO wants to wait 6-8 weeks for a mower maintenance service? I will NOT do business with this company again. They were nice people for sure, but it takes more than being nice to do good business.
Ive taken several items in for repair over many years. Each item was repaired and worked perfectly. All work was also done in just a few days. Thanks to Lana, Jay, Chris, and the rest of the crew at speciality services, yall are doing a great job!
Ill never go back. Push mower been their 14 days. They keep telling me be about another two days but, 60 are ahead of you. People also smoking in the building. No stars
Very helpful folks..Jay and his staff have always gone out of their way to help me when I mess up my lawn equipment!!!!
We are a family owned business that repairs outdoor power equiptment. Unfortunately during the early spring and summer we get backed up with repairs. It might take a little longer but we promise to get your equiptment back and running as quickly as possible. There is quick service and then there is great service that might take a little longer! We do our very best. If you are not satisfied, please call Lana our Service Manager or Jay our owner today! Our goal is to make our customers happy!!!
Very nice experience excellent staff reasonable pricing great service
These people are knowledgeable and provide great service. My goto service facility.
After having them work on my lawn mower I wouldn’t let them change the spark plug on anything else I have. Worst service I have ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Unwelcoming atmosphere! Raeshell Royal. The older gentleman lost my ticket and a younger guy helped with my issue. It was about cleaning my carburator.
I dropped off my Ridgid miter saw for warranty repair. I will rate again after I get the work done. Good experience with the drop-off.
Great prices and service
Took a look and fixed my issue, even though they were about to close. Thanks so much!!
They do really good work here
Best small engine repair and parts store in middle Georgia.
Ive been using them to fix the pain in my backside (Husqvarna) and theyve always done an excellent job. The poor machine cant help that it was designed by men! If Ive replaced something myself, I tell them.
Just get you a new lawn mower...only been here once but 300$ to fix my buddies riding mower yeap buy a new one. But as for other experinces idk this was just the one time i went
Didnt have the part that I needed (uncommon engine), but Lana said that she could order it. Still deciding?!
For the most part I’m sure they do good work but who ever put in my camshaft about a year and a half ago didn’t put the seal in correctly and unfortunately I didn’t find out about it until well a year and a half later and reason being is because After getting it back and using it one time and then not being able to get it to start again the following season and burning up the starting solenoid then falling on hard times and not being able to get it fixed found that the reason my mower had no oil in it was because it leaked out because of the seal on the bottom of the camshaft.
Dropped off eq for boss, not sure if he was happy,or not happy
Fast friendly service
I took a Ridge drill to these people and after 7 weeks had to pick it up unrepaired. They had 20 ahead of me at 2 weeks and at 7 weeks still had 17. They dont work on tools unless they dont have anything else to do. They failed to tell me this.
Always have what I need
Family owned business, who go out of their way to help customers.
Terrible service. Took my Brute mower in that was under warranty in for repairs, was told it would take about a week. 5 weeks later they called and said all that was wrong was some grass that was clogging one of the belts so it wasnt covered under warranty and charged me $60. Rude and unprofessional at the front desk. Will not go back under any circumstances.
Untrustworthy unprofessional. Would never recommend.
Took lawn mower in for service. Picked up approximately one week later worse than when I took it in. This was the last time I will use this business.
They are very helpful people
Very knowledgeable, but services are horrible..
Friendly service and qwick
Cashier seemed to busy to help me. Smells of cigarettes as soon as you walk in.
Nice and helpful people
Fast and friendly
Need to do better
