Always love to stop by and get a great deal at this music store. They always have something new here and great guitars.

Courteous & friendly but I wouldnt take an amp there for repair. I was told that Id get a call with the diagnosis. 2 weeks later I called only to be told they havent been able to find anyone willing to work on it. It clearly states on their website that they repair both tube & solid state amplifiers? Im a little preplexed..

My son takes classes here. They are always helpful and work with us when scheduling. His teacher is really good, and patient. The store had many instruments to offer.The staff is really nice and welcoming. We recommend this place for music classes or even just to get instruments.

Of all the shops in Macon and Warner Robins, this place has the best selection of keyboards and guitars! From entry level items to really high end stuff, it’s all here.I searched everywhere within a 3 hour radius to find a high end keyboard, and they were the only place to have what I was looking for.On top of that, the family that runs the place is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I was able to try several different real pianos and digital keyboards to compare and feel good about my purchase.Overall, Music Masters is family-owned-business done RIGHT!

Best Music store in Central Georgia, bar none! Ive worked with the owner of this store and his employees for several purchases buying and selling. He is ALWAYS fair, generous, and has the best prices that can be found anywhere. No Music store within a couple hours drive (Including the one that that will not be named) has better service or more reasonable prices on new or used gear. Im just your average player, no one paid me to make these comments, just telling it like it is from several transactions Ive made here. Go here first of youll regret it later. I cant say it more simpler than that. This is THE small music store in Georgia. Ive shopped stores from 10AC to Florida and a few out west, been in many in several states. I only know of one other store that was as good as this one. It was in Memphis. Theyre unfortunately closed. We need to support Music Masters cause the good guys are hard to find these days.

Today was the my 2nd time doing business with Music Masters and let me tell you....This is without a doubt the best music store in the middle Ga area as far as selection, friendlessness and knowledge. Guitar Center is 5 minutes from my house Music Masters is about 30 minutes from my house and it is worth the drive. You just get a personal touch at Music Masters that you dont get at other music stores in this area. It was pleasure doing business with them and will continue to do business at Music Masters. Sweet and very helpful staff

To make a long long story short this store is awesome for helping me accomplish something amazing for my family. I needed help taking a cassette recording of my grandfather (he passed a few years ago and we haven’t heard his voice since) and transferring it to my computer to let my family hear him again. The staff was very helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid even when I came back thinking the cables were wrong. Eventually got it all together and now my family has a digital copy of my grandfather we can listen to and share his story for years to come. I wish I had a musical review here but the customer service and outcome were just too amazing not to post. Thanks so much Music Masters from the Alexander clan :)

Always find what we need.

Local-owned, family-run business. Support it. The owner is a great teacher and a blazing guitarist in his own right. I took guitar lessons from him. My daughter took piano lessons there. Everyone there is quality. They have some great deals on equipment and are willing to work with their customers. Theyve also done repairs/upgrades/set ups for me before. They know their stuff and prices are good, everything you need, from a kazoo to a Marshall.

Great deals, great service. Its always nice to have a local, hometown music store for that personal touch. Lessons are also available. Wish there was a bigger selection there, though--go buy some stuff there so they can afford more space! :)

Great service and selection. I have dealt with them for a few years and they have never disappointed. I brought my tube amp here to be fixed, and now it runs like a charm. Foster, the owner, is a very fun and knowledgeable guy.

I first met Music Masters owner and crew in 2008. Took two years of lessons. Very knowledgable musician and instructor. Good prices on their instruments and equipment. Clean store with helpful staff. Good selection of guitars. I would rather support a local family rather than an out of town music warehouse online.

Been goin there for years and never want to go elsewhere. Customer service is always awesome. My son is an avid guitar player with all his heart and whenever he leaves the store he feels more knowledgeable and has even more desire to be the best he can be. Foster has so much knowledge he shares that whatever you buy from there you know your getting the best of want you want for the best price. If you go anywhere else your rolling the dice.

Foster is a great musician and a great teacher. Music Masters is the best local music store in Warner Robins, and he has dealer access to Orange Amps. Most of the guitars he sells are economy, for beginners and such, but hell usually have a few gems on display. Highly recommend for purchases or lessons.

My Favorite music store in Middle Georgia! I have had some lessons with Foster at Music Masters and really feel they have been a great value. I enjoy shopping at their store every time. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always eager to help me find what Im looking for.

My experiences here are always great. I take my guitar lessons here and Foster does a great job teaching me what I need to learn.

I had a violin restrung there a few months back. Violins are better maintained by a shop that specializes in violins but I went ahead and took the chance when the folks at Music Masters assured me they could get the job done.Although the job was done faster than I expected, the quality was very sloppy. First, the strings were not even in tune and the bridge was filed down unevenly. There were also some kind of oil or lotion spots/fingerprints all over the body which indicated poor attention to detail.After I took it back, they insisted on redoing the work with a new bridge that i had to provide. Second time around, it didnt look very different from the first job. In the end, I was down $40-something bucks and didnt even consider taking it back a third time.Music Masters might be good with other things, but I wouldnt reccomend sending your violin there for work.

Horrible customer service. My dad and I went into the store. The gentleman who answered our question was more eager to talk with the other non paying people in the store. Maybe a bad day? I know I wont go back.
