I had the best experience at this location. Lucas, done such a awesome job. Earlier today I had poor customer service experience from a business prior to stopping at this auto-zone.The business that I had a bad experience at before stopping at this auto zone, the representative lied to me four times just with simple questions that I asked. I left this business in the same situation with no help. I felt so let down because I am customer service representative for the company I work for and customer service and honesty is everything.Lucas gave me hope that their are still good people around who do care about people and their situation. I didn’t have a receipt but it didn’t stop Lucas from assisting me. He got me back on the road and in a better mood.Perfect customer service experience. In the midst of a business work hour, he work really good under pressure. He stayed positive and in good spirits the whole time while still helping out his fellow co-workers. Great sense of humor! Thank you!

Always very helpful and stocked with almost everything you need. Was there today, because my check engine light came on. They checked it and I need a new thermostat. Very thankful for all their assistance.

I had to search for most if the parts myself, but thats because my issues were such a rare case and GM doesnt make the parts anymore. Thanks to all the employees who helped me out and gave tips when they could.Cleaned throttle body(was dirty and my car was stuck in limp mode), replaced purge valve solenoid electrical connector(original was brittle and snapped). Replaced purge valve tube(original one was brittle and snapped). All for a 2007 cadillac cts.Anyone with similar issues can message me if needed.
Horribly rude customer service john was using vary vulgar language directed at me and would hang up when asking for the location of corporate or another supervisor!!! john was lucky I was not there in the office or I would have jumped over his desk!!! YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY ATTORNEY
The last ice storm we had really shredded my wiper blades. I took the time today to replace them. Even the rear wiper. I dont know anything about cars, even something as easy as this. Plus my eyes are not serving me well up close. The guys at Autozone found the wipers and put them on for me in just a few minutes and had me back on the road. They have never let me down. I highly recommend them!

There is a big reason why I stay away from auto zone. They employe rude people that cant do simple functions like find a bolt by size. I dont know why I even tried this place.

I pain $230 on a part got home and opened the box to fix my car I realized one piece was missing out of the box and one of the boxes had a used part someone else had. They gave me the right part it it was a real Hassle.
Absolutely the best team i have experienced at any autozone over decades. And i have had dozens of vehicles.Surprisingly they were young men. Very rare in todays environment.Wiper blades/ battery etc.Took effort and time on a 36 year old car.Thank you gentleman!!
They had the part head light and windshield wiper blades I needed. When I had the head light out and saw the connector was not the same, they switched to the correct light bulb for the same price.

Parts, parts, parts.They got parts, but what they dont got is gd know how. Simple question should be able to be answered. Also more important, is there system will sometimes over charge you and doesnt give correct change back on returning items. Watch the math..ijsResponse: Ive given Autozone the better Part of my business, Trust Im never going anywhere. And issues was solved with simple calculator, problem is with system and how refund deal with split items.

Slow customer service but most all AutoZone are. associate helped well after return. the first associate didnt seem to want to even be at work and gave me the incorrect part but the second associate went out of his way to correct things. he helped with what i needed 👍

Lucas T. is the most helpful person anyone could be and everyone should strive to be as kind as him. My tail light was out and I didn’t know what I needed or how to fix it and he went out of his way and figured it all out and then even went and fixed it himself for me. He was a delight to be around and changed the entire tone of my day from negative to positive. Thanks Lucas T! You’re the best!
I came in with my battery that I bought in March. I was told by a manager it was under warranty and that all I had to do was bring it in and they would exchange it or bring the car up here and they would swap it out for me. I get here and am dealing with the assistant manager, Julio and he was HATEFUL. I was attempting to explain what the issue is and what we have already tried and he continually interrupted me not allowing me to finish my statement. He was loud, rude and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Instead of swapping out my battery which IS UNDER WARRANTY, he says we have to try and charge it first and that will take 2 hours. I said I have already spoken with the manager who told me to bring it in and it would be swapped out because it is under warranty. He claims they have to do this in order to warranty it and thats all there is to it. He wont swap my battery and theyre open til 10pm. Im filing a complaint with the BBB as soon as this review is finished, filing a complaint with the owner of this store and will make sure I never shop at this AutoZone again. What a mistake to think my warranty that I paid for when I bought the battery would be honored by what I now know to be a dishonest, disgraceful place with no integrity for its product or their word. They need to fire that assistant manager ASAP! I called the store and spoke with manager, George, and he was complacent at best to the issue.

The gentlemen was very pleasant to talk with & he took out the old Wal-Mart battery out of our Oldsmobile Intrigued & put in a new car battery & then ran a test to find out why our Oldsmobile Intrigued has trouble starting. So thank the gentleman @ this AutoZone on Northwest 39th Expressway for taking the Wal-Mart car battery out of our Oldsmobile Intrigued & putting in your brand new car battery into our 2001Oldsmobile Intrigued last week.

AutoZone Auto Parts is the shop where you can find all the necessary parts for car. I have changed my car battery from AutoZone. They helped me to check my car battery life and replaced it for me. They did not charged for replacing the battery except battery price. The customer service was nice.

Well things didnt go the way I wanted it to cause there was a fat bald black dude who didnt want to help me and my woman in time of need he said no one could help us out but this same auto zone had a white employee who was willing to do the favor. Now what piss me off is Im black and couldnt get help from another brother it took a white guy to help us I wish I got dudes name but he needs a course in youll policies for real man thats why I rate my visit a 2 star. Damn shame man he was lazy and unhelpful thank you to the white guy though

We went around 7pm at night. It seems like no other associates wanted to help check out customers. Weve been waiting in line for about 20 minutes. Someone finally decided to help check customers out. You could tell he did not want to jump on the register and help out. He allowed someone to check out that wasnt even in line and then skipped me to get somebody else. Then the whole time he was checking me out he was very rude

Went there wanting to know all I needed for repair and cost. They were able to help and give cost and knew what they where doing! That is rare find now days.
If you need supplies to fix your car, this is one place that will sell you some. Its okay. I have been to this location on a few occasions, and I have been able to purchase auto parts whenever my heart desires. Sometimes, people will buy something at this store and then use it to fix their car in the parking lot. I have heard that they will let you borrow tools to fix your car. I have not taken advantage of this, but I am happy that this is an option. If you get hungry, there is a McDonalds nearby; it is in the same building as a gas station, so you can also refuel your car there. Repair your car, refuel your car, and refuel your body. All on NW 39th in scenic Warr Acres, Oklahoma.
Sold me something beyond what I asked for and way pricier when I asked if there was a cheaper alternative he said. To his credit they were busy. Instead I got home realizing I paid 4x more than I should hv and called to ask if I could exchange for the cheaper version. They did it with no problem but what a waste of time and gas

Seems like every time I walk into this store the staff feels like they are doing me a huge favor. I dealt with two different employees today that were very rude and short with me and other customers in the store. I would consider myself to be very nice to people and empathic to others well being. I would understand that maybe they may have had a bad day or just arent feeling well, but this is an ongoing problem with them. I will not be returning to this store any more. I am also pledging my concerns to the corporate office. May the next customers will be treated with more respect and dignity.
This is a good store and I like AZ over all the other parts stores. Just a general preference for me.
Prices have gone way up and the way they changed their points rebate several years ago doesnt make it worth the trip to go there. But the 2 of the 3 guys were nice and helpful.

Latest open zone in the city. Usually the place you end up at when youre working on your beater Honda and the iacv goes out super late at night for the 5th time. 4 out of 5 would zone again.
