This is the BEST Starbucks Ive ever been to. the drinks are 20x better than any other Starbucks I dont know what they do different but every time its so good and the same as last time.edit: also the workers are so nice!! always so nice never had a problem here

The drive thru is a mess trash everywhere the screen is all messed up I didnt even see the menu well. The Starbucks needs some love. My drink was good and the employee was nice though.

Consistently good coffee here!! Can’t say the same for the surrounding Starbucks. If we ever do run into an issue, the customer service here is impeccable and they will make it right.

Its always a treat to go to this Starbucks. I often want to try something new and they are always helpful and informative. They are always pleasant!

Girls day out ALWAYS starts here!! The batista made my daughter some crazy mango something she found on the internet!! The batista went above her job to get it just right!! (Very appreciated)! Design of the line for drive through window is very poorly done. Line goes out to the main road on Rockwell as it’s a small parking lot. However customer service is fantastic!

Have always made our drinks just like we like them thus far. Absolutely only complaint, not even a complaint really more like a grumble, there have been chunks of ice in a couple of my fraps that werent blended down, but that happens. Pretty good place! We spent $100 in the last few days, so we need to slow down. Lol.

I’ve never written a bad review before. Starbucks opens at 5:30am, I got there at 6am no one took my order so I pulled to the window where two employees were inside talking. I saw them, they saw me and yet no one acknowledged me. It is now 6:20am and I now I am pulling off to go get coffee at Scooters.

I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. My drink is always made correctly, quickly, and the staff is always kind/pleasant. I literally drive to this location, which is out of my way, rather than go to my nearest location, because the one closest to me is horrible.

Very spacious. Quick service, friendly staff. One of the nicer Starbucks Ive been to. Ive never had a wait here. Look out for the parking lot, as its one way only and you have to exit to the street and come back around if you dont find a spot the first time.

We have now come here two days this week to order a white chocolate mocha and I am not exaggerating when I say it tastes like nothing. There is no flavor of the espresso or the white chocolate mocha syrup. I go to any other Starbucks in my area and it tastes normal. What is up with this location? If I am going to pending 5+ dollars on coffee it needs to hit the nail on the head every time. Does the staff not know how to make it? Is management telling the staff to skimp on the ingredients to save money? Why is this happening? The only reason I did not give it one star is because when I asked for it to be fixed they do it without question—but guess what, even after it’s fixed it tastes like milk water.

Great location for a quiet space, which also serves well as my second office space! It is off NW Expressway and therefore, I enjoy sitting by the window and daydream (while watching the traffic) over a cup of joe.My favorite spot is in a corner, away from the main space where I can plugged in at a bar table or along the window to get work done. On the other end of the cafe is a cozy corner with four arm chairs and side tables. Wall outlets are within reach too.This location is definitely larger and quieter than most in the city, and continues to be my favorite remote work desk.

Im happy they are offering more plant based menu items.

I like Starbucks and I was eaiting for January and new signature drink :Pistachio Latte, and is really taste like late, the attention is always good, my 3 starts is about the drink do not taste like Pistachio at all only at the end and really dont waste your money order another one.

Usually I love this Starbucks over other ones. The last few times I have ordered my drink with light ice and it has been top to bottom ice and hardly any drink. 3 sips maybe and gone basically.

10 stars! This is my favorite Starbucks in the city! The staff is awesome, always friendly, and they know how to make the drinks correctly! The patio is nice too. I really enjoy coming here to work. Great space and vibe. The employees seem like they really like working here too. My regular spot for coffee for sure!

So, I went to this starbucks on Sunday, November 15th a little after 8:00am. Drove there for nothing. Closed. Went to the same Starbucks today, Tuesday, November 17th. Other people were driving through the line, as I did, only to discover they are now closed on Tuesdays. This Starbucks is always changing their hours and days. They are consistently out of whatever food Im ordering. Even early in the morning. They constantly blame all these problems on Covid. I wont drive there again. Ill go to other locations or other places that are more responsible and professional.

They keep neglecting to put blueberries in the bag when I order blueberry oatmeal and they don’t even warn me when I pick it up! Fifty cents doesn’t mean much to me, but it’s the principle. If I wanted oatmeal without blueberries, I’d order it that way. Guess it’s my fault for being willing to pay for premade oatmeal?

Starbucks was good we got to have our coffee outside so that was good.

Horrible! I treated myself and friend and bought 2 coffees through the drive thru. My card was charged 3 times in a row for the same amount. It has been a headache with my bank, they need to train their cashiers a little better.

Get the Starbucks app. You get rewards for the money you already spend there. Its also a time saver, if you need it to be. I love walking in to grab my coffee thats ready and driving off past the long line in the drive through.

Great atmosphere, great food, and loved that I could sit down and work, remotely, tucked away in a corner of the shop. I ordered a tall Caramel Macchiato, with a double shot of espresso. It was prepared just the way I ordered it, and had the extra sweetness I was looking for. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was pretty good... considering it was probably a warm up job. Either way, I had a good experience, and would recommend this location.

Every time I come to this Starbucks they are ALWAYS out of something. Today it was lemonade. I never have this issue with any other Starbucks. Poor management.

It was really good overall. They gave me the wrong size of Frappuccino but they immediately fixed it. Also they make a very good double smoked bacon egg and cheese sandwich!!! Will definitely be back!!!

I used to love this Starbucks and felt like it was one of the best around. In the past 6 months, I feel like its gone downhill and Ive gone from going a few times a week to maybe once in a month or two. The customer service is not as good - they arent as friendly. They are a lot slower - just today I waited for someone to take my order for 10 minutes when the cars in front of me were already pulled ahead and there was space between us. When the girl got on to take me order she said, did you want to order anything? which caught me off guard. When my drink was handed to me, the lid wasnt all the way on, it didnt have a sleeve or a stopper on it. When I asked for the sleeve and stopper, the girl ignored me. When she handed it to me, I said thank you and she turned around and walked away without saying a word to me before I pulled off. My water bottle was hot - which it has been the past few times Ive gone there and it didnt used to be like that - and it had splatters of food or drink all over it. It was gross. Im sharing this today because I was really disappointed and I hope that they read this and step up their game. I have always loved Starbucks and I want to continue being a customer, but there are a lot of other places that seem to care a lot more about their service that I would prefer to go to right now.

Always have a great experience the store on Northwest Expressway and MacArthur rocks Dallas and the crew there are the best

Pretty standard as far as Starbucks go. A major upside is that even though I usually go during normal lunch hours (between 11 and 1) theres usually no wait at all in the drive through. If there is a wait, its rarely more than one or two cars, and the employees are fast and efficient.

This is the only Starbucks Ill come to in the city

Had an interview to attend. It was a good meeting place. Able to talk and share even though its not private. Coffee is always good... always a bit pricey but always good.

This location seems a little faster and easier to navigate for me to satisfy my daily coffee urges. Handy because I also use the UPS Store next door.Coffee is GOOD!

Every starbucks is a little different - staff here were pleasant and on their game. The inside is more spacious than many other locations. This location also has the ultra cool free grounds for your garden. When in the city will probably go back to this one.

All the staff here is amazing! They always greet us personally and treat us like family. They know what we like and are patient with us when were taking our time or even just ordering water. This place has become our morning ritual and the staff makes it a great part of our day!

This location consistently does not have my mobile order ready (with extra time allotted) and the staff has a general laziness and lack of energy and urgency. The only reason I liked coming here was the quick off and back on NW Expressway. It is not that a busy of a location and shouldnt have these issues other than staffing.

This is not a complaint about the service, staff, or products, but the building in general.I went in to this location (which I feel is actually superior to others in the area), however, I could not stay.1) It was freaking hot. The windows + sun made just being in the building unbearable. I dont know if they had the AC on, but it sure didnt feel like it. Also, I like hot coffee, not cold. I wasnt going to stay there (and potentially buy more items) as I couldnt comfortably stay due to the heat.Granted, it was an unseasonably warm day (after looking it up: New Record! 86 degrees!), however, the month should not dictate the interior temperature, especially in Oklahoma.2) There was no where comfortable to sit. They had a total of four comfy chairs. Three of these chairs were occupied, one by a fairly loud gentleman.Had it not been uncomfortably warm, I could have sat in the unoccupied chair next to this talkative man, but I feel the option should exist to at least sit on the opposite side of the room.TL;DRDont go here on a sunny day if you want hot coffee: You will boil.Dont go here if you want to relax: Its probably not an option.

The barista suggested a few items for me to try. after finally making a decision, the man told me that the total was nothing and that it was on him. Ill definitely be coming back here. Well... I ordered a COLD brew coffee with sweet cream. I got hot brewed coffee over ice . The ice melted immediately. I call and the girl that answers the phone says, well maam, cold brew is brewed with hot water and we just didnt get ice in fast enough for long enough to cool it. Ill make sure they get more ice in. Well thats not cold brew .. seeing as anyone with basic knowledge of coffee would know its brewed over time with cold water. Its why its called cold brew. Not iced coffee. If you even look up Starbucks cold brew coffee.. they claim its brewed for 20 hours with cold water. Maybe someone should educate them all on coffee.

Came in for a weekly meeting with a large number of people. I stepped up to the counter to order, three people behind the counter. I waited a couple of minutes, no one came up to take my order. A girl (out of uniform) came from an office and began talking to one of the crew. I excused myself and asked if there was someone taking orders, all three looked at me, one of the girls just said yes. She indicated a young man was taking orders, he couldnt have cared any less. He sighed and made his way up to the register, What did you want? Nothing now! Lost sale and I will probably suggest that the group of 15 to 20 people meet somewhere else next week.

Between four employees and no line in the store, it took this group of four staff members ten minutes to make my two drinks (after initial getting the order wrong). They were nice enough, but incredibly inefficient. One male staff member spent about five minutes at the register talking to his friend who brought him in a soda.

People are very nice there and it was fast two things you need in the morning lol.

I went on 11/23/19 around 3:15pm and ordered a grande Toasted White Chocolate Frappuccino. As I drove down the street and took a sip I immediately spit it out, it tasted like water and peppermint, it was truly disgusting, I didn’t have time to go back because I was on my way to meet some people but then I realized that the guy in the drive-thru didn’t give me a receipt and I don’t remember being asked if I wanted one or not, so I just wasted $5.70 for a disgusting drink that is still sitting in my car untouched. First and last time I go to this location.

This one is in a great location with knowledgeable and kind employees. They make the drinks in a timely manner and to your liking. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a Starbucks!
