Kelli is very rude and acts like its an inconvenience to speak with you. I have trouble understanding how a business owner thinks its acceptable to speak to customers in a passive aggressive tone.

Kelli is super friendly & always very helpful. I love shopping & consigning my items at her store. I go back frequently because shes always putting out new things! My teenage daughter got a beautiful Christmas dress that was a designer brand (new with tags) for a fraction of the cost of a new dress plus some really cute shoes! All reasonably priced. I highly recommend this consignment store.

Thia lady is so friendly and sweet its unreal. Super easy to talk to and her store is so clean and organized.

This shop has a new owner since 1-1/2 to 2 years ago. It is no longer owned by the older lady who ran it for years and has all the good reviews here. The current owner either has no experience or is not very nice or honest. Unlike every consignment arrangement I have made, she does not make an initial evaluation while you are there to refuse items she doesnt want. She will NOT allow you to pick up the clothes she supposedly later rejects. I brought in nice, newer coats and business attire and she accepted them all. When I called a couple of months later, looking forward to hearing what had sold and how to get my share, since Id heard nothing, she told me none of my items were worth selling and she had donated them all to charity. AND she flatly refused to tell me where she supposedly donates her rejects to. I had shopped there several times under her ownership before I brought my nice closet culls in to her to sell. I had visited with her often about her new business. The last thing I expected was to be cheated. I do not believe she rejected all my clothes (Im familiar with her mostly so-so merchandise- you have to go through a lot of no way stuff to find anything nicer). I do not believe she donated them to a charity that she refused to identify. Even if she had, it is beyond legitimate OR decent conduct to refuse to let me pick them up to take elsewhere. Bad beyond belief.

Ive been shopping at this place for many years and have NEVER had a bad experience,Even after it changed ownership the prices are fair and the ladies have always been polite and helpful!! It pains me to see a great shoppe getting bad reviews when those ladies provide a service that is a dying art. Their selection is always expanding and great quality for men,women,and children!! Great job Kelli place looks awesome!!!

My wife took in approximately 40 garments for consignment, at least one of which she had never worn. They rejected the whole lot because they thought they were too wrinkled or had flaws. She had pressed many of them before we put them in the back seat of our car to transport, so if there were any wrinkles, they were minor (many items were permanent press) There were a couple of items with small flaws wed missed, so we totally understood those rejections, however most of the clothes were in as good or better shape than what we saw on display. We wont be back.

The store looked absolutely beautiful & delightful after visiting 4 other stores in the metro!!! It is clean, neat & well organized. Good selection & prices. Friendly help & service.

These people are thieves. They steal your clothes while going through them and then claim not to have them when you call looking for them. They offered to help me carry things in then dropped a ton of them all over the ground. Now Im missing items they supposedly dont have. Theres no structure or organization in their management. Its a chaotic mess at best.

This shop is awesome! They have great things to choose from and very friendly employees. I will definitely shop here again.

First off the people that complain about this place dont read the paperwork that you have to sign to drop off clothes, its simple, if you just drop them off at the store and then leave, she will sort through them and if she cant sell them she will donate them, now if you stay while she goes through them, (because you make an appointment with her) then she will gladly give you all the clothes that she cant use back, its pretty simple, but I understand that there are people out there that dont understand simple things, and one more thing, every Wednesday at 12 a grandmother and her son come up there to collect clothes for donation, thanks for reading and try the store out for your self, its ran by the best mom in the world😉
