October 5, 2021 I was at this store for a Covid shot and normal grocery shopping. The shot went as planned, very prompt. As I shopped through the store I observed numerous employees stocking shelves and filling online orders. They didnt seem to be in any hurry and had time to stop and visit with each other. When I was ready to check out there were no regular checkout lanes open. I am elderly and had numerous fruits and vegetables that had to be weighed. There was a women standing at one of the check out lanes visiting with a gentleman. I stood there waiting for their conversation to stop to ask for a normal checkout. The worker finally looked at me and told me that lane was closed and I needed to go to a different self check lane. I asked if she could get someone to check me out and she told me she had no one to do that. I asked her if she just wanted to restock everything in my basket. She said she couldnt help me as they didnt have enough help as no one wanted to work. She then went to the customer service area where they were no customers waiting. I did go ahead with self-help. The customer behind me got very agitated as it was taking me so long and I was totally frustrated. I will never shop at that store again. I was nearly in tears by the time I was done as I was then going to be late for an appointment. There is a store of equal distance from me that is not a Walmart. I will now be going to that location.

Very very wonderful experience at this neighborhood Walmart Market went in for my appointment to get my third booster shot and the pharmacy technician his name is Dallas but awesome one of the best in the city I recommend this Neighborhood Market and the pharmacy to anyone we will return.

I loved this Walmart Market......me and the kids went here, found everything we needed. Also the ladies working tonights shift are awesome. I told them about a guy walking out and these two managers who are women. Snapped into action and went after him but unfortunately he ran and got away. But I would love to give them praise on going above their job and trying to get back there merchandise. Kudos ladies on an great store and awesome work ethic. I will be back......

Much better than shopping their superstores. For some unknown reason they seem to be not restocking their own brand of products. Good luck trying to find a cashier.

Saturday afternoon, Holiday weekend, Payday weekend September 4th. How many checkers were there??? ZERO!!!!! Only self checkout available. I spent $275 and no one came out but they sure were about 5 or 6 wandering around laughing,etc. Bad business, usually our go to store for groceries but not anymore. Will go to Homeland or WINCO. So upset.

No lights on in parking lot.. Entrance is dirty, with trash can overflowing. Shelves not fronted or stocked. Out of everything I went for. Workers in yellow vest are just standing around talking. When I addressed the store being dirty and not stocked, no one cared. They said they dont have a store manager. Wal-Mart do better.. No sanitation for baskets. There were more workers than customers.. No excuses for filth 🤮

This trip they were a little slow getting our order out. But, the staff was very friendly and that brings up the score. The fries were hot & wonderful. The other food items were good as usual. I love the special price on iced coffees. That keeps me coming back.

Very busy, not many employees to help customers. Boxes of things all over isles. Never seen place so disorganized. Ill go back, but, hope its better next time.

I like to use the grocery pick-up option, its fast, easy & helps me not to impulse buy!

Doesnt keep in stock one of my prescriptions. Was charged 2 different co-pays, because of them not having all in stock.Plus, the pharmacist there asked why I was taking these meds for. My PA Doctor tells me, that it was against the law to ask me those kinds of questions. That would be breaking the hippa policy. And that is against the law!.WILL NOT BE BACK!

Nice, helpful people. I found some great markdown deals. I was looking for Metamucil sugar-free and there was none on the shelf, but there was on the very top shelf. I was barely able to reach two of those, so I’m happy.

Well supplied. While traveling, we made a quick run for some supplies. We got in & out quickly.

Not a great location, messy, workers with bad attitudes, never have certain items in stock. Parking lot stinks like a sewer. Avoid at all costs, worth driving a little further to do big shopping but its ok for quick in n out as long as they have what youre looking for

Well, apparently Walmart thinks I work for them. There were ZERO checkers. They required everyone to check their own groceries. There were 6 employees standing around the checkouts and self checkouts but ZERO non self checkouts open. I really think they owe me money for doing their jobs for them. I guess next they will want me to go pick up their delivery truck from the distributor.

Love this little Walmart they lack a few items but have 99 precent the food that all the superstores have with out all the BS just a grocery store

In and out. Not very friendly environment as far as staffing goes if you dont speak they wont even try to speak to you. So much for the 10 Rule of Old school Wal-Mart I was trained at and worked for.

Curbside pickup is fairly quick and reliable.

I never really have any problems at a Walmart its one of my favorite all-time retail stores that I would always stick with.

This is the busiest Neighbourhood Market, but in recent weeks, it has declined in shelf stock that is available. Im not sure if the management has changed or staff is turning over, but prior to the past two months, it was very convenient to get to and always had most everything a household would need.

This walmart never has anything in stock employees just dont care and I hate that everything is just self check out

I hope I get the job at this store because they are all wonderful people there so kind Debbie Lynn Banks appreciate the opportunity to get hired there

Shelves are empty. Cannot pay with cash. No cashiers.

Walmart used to be where you could find some really good bargains. Sometimes you found items that worked so much better than other products. Recently they have been discontinuing products that work better than what they replace them with. If a item doesnt sell fast they will quit selling it. When I worked for a national cookie company they had a fudge mint cookie. When Walmart brought in their generic version they quit selling the national cookie version. I had several customers tell me that they would just start shopping at a locally owned grocery store where they could find the national brand.

I started going grocery shopping at neighborhood walmart to avoid the terribly long check out lines at the big walmart! Well, the neighborhood market barely has cashiers half the time anymore. I had a shopping cart FULL of groceries and it was myself and two of my kids. Having to watch them, ring myself up, bag all my grocery, and load the conveyor belt was a terrible experience and it took over 30 minutes JUST TO CHECK OUT!

It has everything you can need for your home needs. Theyre deli department has almost everything to snack on, I recommend a quick stop for a quick snack.

I shop here ALOT, they have friendly people, the pharmacy could be more understanding though .

I like going here to get my groceries. It is far easier to get in and out of than the Walmart. It is super close to my house making it my go tp store.

Would give 0 stars if I could. It took them 10+ minutes to ID me for an alcoholic beverage. Management needs to do a better job of scheduling people. I ended up just walking out

Organized, clean, good variety, enough stuck, covid-19 precautions, PLUS THEY PTOVIDE masks, antibactirialbgel and gloves, wich is not common in Wal-Marts.

This grocery store has the best fresh bread, they have great stuff for picnicks and well stocked in every isle. Probley my favorite place to buy groceries. Easy in and out

Store is usually crowded with shoppers competing with Walmart employees who are pushing large shopping trolleys around the store fulfilling multiple on-line orders and shipping pallets from the storeroom stacked throughout the store isles due to Walmart employees having to restock the stores shelves during public shopping hours. Social distancing impossible to maintain under these conditions.

Overall impression not impressed. Shelves are near empty. However the staff is very friendly especially the pharmacy employees.

They dont always have the items or brands that I shop for. Dont expect to receive a Walmart delivery order in inclement weather because the drivers rarely show up but their pickup service is wonderful

When we got home after picking up our order we found several items missing - they were all refrigerated items and one frozen item which was a turkey. Obviously, we contacted them immediately. The Wal-Mart app was used to reach them since that is how the order was placed. It did take a few clicks to get to the right location for the issue of missing items - which was not one of the preset issues that could be selected when starting a chat. It was better set up to deal with returns not missing goods. Once the chat began an impressively intuitive auto generated response system was used to identify what was needed and contact the most appropriate person. With just a few questions a live representative was on the phone within seconds. The representative was understanding and helpful. She was able to contact the store to verify the items were still there and could be picked up. Of course, they apologized for the error and said a gift card would be issued at the time the goods were received. We promptly returned to the store and waited for them to load the groceries. They were very busy, so it took them a while to get everything done. Once the bags were in the car my husband noticed the turkey was still missing. This was a key issue because this specific store (which about 8 miles from our house when there are several other Wal-Marts much closer) was used because they were the only one that still had a turkey. The pick up line was called back and there was a wait while the turkey was located and the brought out. It seemed like the entire process on the return trip took about 30 minutes but the first pick up was completed in under 10. Eventually all of the order was located and provided. Wal-Mart did generously provided a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. That was certainly appreciated and seemed like a fair compensation.It just seemed like this location was a little disorganized and hasnt quite got their PickUp and Delivery processed streamlined yet. It is a relative new service and Im this store is still working out the kinks. I felt a bit sorry for them because the attendants loading the products did seem to be trying their best and they were working hard loading groceries and other products to serve several customers at the same. Doing all of this in cold weather.Im a very patient, laid back person so the events that took place truly did not upset me at all. I understand people can make mistakes, its all in how the mistakes are handled that matter. Which everyone we dealt with was apologetic and tried to be as helpful as the could so they were treated with respect and kindness from me and my husband. It never seems to help a difficult situation by being rude and belligerent to someone trying to resolve the issue at hand. There was obvious relief from almost all the employees we encountered when they realized they were not going to be yelled at or belittled for the mistake. It seems like the staff was more accommodating since they were treated respecfully. Maybe this experience will hopefully aid the manager and staff to be able to identify communication breakdowns and what processes needed to be reevaluated to better serve future customers.

Low stock. The store was very disheveled when I went. Very little produce, lunchmeats, yogurt/cheese. The aisles that were stocked was the same item that filled up the entire shelf. Not much variety. We have gone to other stores and saw fully stocked shelves and variety. Not sure why this place is lagging behind.

Without a doubt the most incompetent pharmacy there is. You only got one star because I cant leave it black. Totally ZERO STARS

One stop shopping, need l say more. Well......yes, because Walmart have such a variety of affordable items for redecorating every room in your home/apartment. Walmart sell quality products, employees are always so pleasant and available to assist you with locating items that you normally dont buy. I love the attention employees give to customers with smiling faces. Walmart one stop shopping for clothes, furniture, groceries, curtains, etc. Pharmacy where you can fill prescriptions, a pharmacist who will recommend over the counter products for colds, allergies, etc., get flu shots, shingles shots and so much more at the pharmacy. Most of the time l will see family and friends in Walmart, but what l like most is meeting new people who end up being friends. Will see you at Walmart.

It was clean and not a lot of people there when I went But they should keep there Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart money transfer later then 8 when they close but I guess we cant have everything sometimes. Lol friendly people.

My experience has not been a good one at all. Being limited physically I depend on others to pick up my needed groceries. Each time Ive had multiple items not available for example bananas, milk, chicken salad, baby bell cheeses, paper plates, tea and soda drinks. These are items I purchased to take me through the week and I cannot get them. To add insult to injury, the person that I had going to pick up the only two items availablee up waiting 30 minutes and couldnt wait any longer and had to leave. I got nothing I ordered. Most, if not all other delivery services do not accept SNAP benefits. This has happened to much and I am forced to pick a location further away at a different Walmart. Its so frustrating.

Grocery pickup was very smooth and fairly quick with pleasant people. Pharmacy was slow though; a 20 minute wait with nobody in front of me. Nice enough people just slow.

Really bad. NOT ONE register open with a live person. The scan and go are really hard when you use a walker or cane. Shame on them for not assisting to the handicapped

Customer service is always great every time I visit this store. The latest visit time was right before closing for the business day. The Cashier was and is very respectful, courteous, patient, and very interpersonal. Her contribution of customer service skills did increase the overall experience with shopping at this location. She increased it from a 6.8 to a solid 8 out of a scale of 10.I sincerely hope the other stores and locations would use this Walmart as an good example for striving more.

I never feel comfortable when going to this store. Lots of stock, very cluttered and most times cant find what Im there for. While it probably is clean it doesnt look like it is. This store is never my first choice for grocery shopping.

There is a very rude and unprofessional worker at this store she does money transfers of large amounts and does not ask how the customer would like their change. I told her I need to pick a money order, then she said you need to pick up money? I said yes. She proceeded to very rudely tell me it not called a money order. At first I was shocked but then me being me i was like that doesnt matter anymore because I knew she understood what I meant. After that we went through the process, she handed me a 100 dollar bill and didnt even ask how I would like the cash, which Im sure is normal. And to top it all off I was at the counter waiting for her for 5 minutes until, what appeared to be, an off the clock associate called her up on the speaker. speaker. Im a hard working woman that gives back to this community, but with so much injustice happening in the world today I refuse to let anyone disrespect me and I will stand up for myself if I feel disrespected. This girl was rude and disrespectful from the start. Im just waiting on my call back.
