My family and I have purchased several different pieces of equipment from Central Power. Tom and his staff are very professional and friendly. They stand behind their products if there is a problem with it. I personally have never had a problem with anything he has sold me. They are also very knowledgeable about the equipment they sell. That is what I am looking for when purchasing anything. I want someone that knows exactly how to operate it and repair if needed. I am treated like family each Time I go in there. It would be very nice and courteous if you guys make a full disclosure about your brutal return policy. If someone buys an item from you and its not the right thing, the right way to handle the situation is to either get customer what they need or provide a full refund.35% fee for returning a mower belt? You guys are crazy and you will never see another dime from me. Good luck ripping more people off!

They took the mystery out of chainsaw chain size dilemma. I was have trouble finding a replacement chain for my saw. Not only did they find a chain, but made sure it fit. Very impressive.

I have bought trimmers, edger, and now power washer from central. They are very knowledgeable and have the tools that last forever. Get the right tool for the job and go to Central Power to get it

This place is the perfect example of a disgrace. I run a tree business and it was very important for me to get a THOUSAND DOLLAR chainsaw that we desperately needed for a job that is supposed to happen TOMORROW. I send my employee up there to make the purchase after confirming all the information with whoever was on duty. They said everything would be fine and to come on up and get it. My guy makes the 2 HOUR trip up there from southern OK to get it. After he gets there, they gave him a hard time and said he couldnt make the purchase with my card AFTER assuring me that he could. I made it a point on the phone and asked them if it was okay, the worker assured me it was. Then they go back on that and dont allow it???? So my worker then, goes to an atm to get the money and they said they would wait for him since they closed soon. They said they would WAIT! But guess what, they didnt!!!! They left and now Im out of a job and dont have the chainsaw I needed. Im so disappointed in this company. I was about to spend A THOUSAND DOLLARS and that still wasnt good enough to get my business. Now, I will never go here again. I had to pay my guy to drive up there for no reason at all. What a disgrace!!! Very poor customer service. I would never run my business this way. NEVER!

Anytime we have equipment down, they understand how important it is that it’s fixed quickly and properly so we can continue to do our jobs. The prices are great and the equipment is top of the line. Very happy with the customer service and will do business with them for many years to come.

Tom and Heather were absolutely fantastic to work with. I was very torn on 2 different types of mowers one of them being Gravely and the other being a Wright mower. Both are fantastic brands. I visited Central Power Equipment to test drive 1 of their mowers and asked some questions. I also visited another lawn mower shop in Oklahoma City and test drove their equipment. I ultimately chose to go with Wright strictly on the service I was provided. I understand why theyve been in business as long as they have. You will not be disappointed with this company or their service.

Dont bother. Tried twice to get a call back through their web portal. No response. Called them and they and they pretty much said they didnt want my business. Tried to send me to a different dealer.

The power was out and they were using generators to power their computers. They were friendly and ordered the part I needed. Theyre awesome.

Gave me the runaround on my honda commercial walk behind mower. Would not honor the warranty. Parts prices overinflated, service department slow. I WILL not give this place another dime, and will recommend to everyone I can think of to steer clear of this shop.

I live down the street from Central Power. I’ve always taken my Toro mower and Stihl equipment here for regular maintenance and repairs. You couldn’t ask to meet nicer folks. Today was the day to replace my old Toro and they talked me into a Honda. I can’t wait to use it. They showed me all the different options, explained everything to me, and weren’t high pressure. They even registered the warranty for me! That’s excellent service. Couldn’t be happier.

I agree with the first comment. I paid $250 for an oil change for my Dixie Chopper and they failed to catch 2 critical items that needed replacing. Their in shop parts prices are more than 100% above those on their website and other online distributors.i was not happy and they offered no excuses for their poor performance. They are just lucky to be in the right neighborhood for this business.

Let me start off by saying I love my Dixie Chopper. Its a fantastic product and I couldnt be happier with the performance. That said, Central Power Equipments service department has absolutely ruined the brand for me. In addition to charging me $85 for what shouldve essentially been warranty work they refused to hear my complaints and treated me less than respectfully. I had apprehensions after reading their other google reviews but given that they are the ONLY Dixie Chopper dealer in the area my hands were somewhat tied.In retrospect I shouldve paid more attention to those reviews as they mirrored the exact same treatment I received from this less than reputable dealership.Service and support are two integral qualities in a business and these guys are failing in both areas. I do not recommend them to anyone and subsequently can no longer recommend the Dixie Chopper brand as they are the only dealer in the area. BUYER BEWARE.

Unfortunately we too had a very bad experience with Central Power Equipment. Took a Toro Zero Turn in with 19 hours because there was an issue with the transmission and it starting. After 2 weeks I was told it was ready, came with a $282 bill. The lady at the front counter told me it was a bad fuel solenoid that was probably bad from the factory, so not sure why that wasnt warrantied. The bulk came from them replacing the carb, which she indicated that they broke but when questioned further tried blaming another shop. She even told me if I wasnt happy with the cost to call Toro for reimbursement. Needless to say, they never even touched the transmission. Called back within an hour of picking it up and the owner answered the phone. Very hostile, claiming his son does all the work and he guaranteed that it was in good running order in all aspects when it left.
