Klaben Auto Body and Collision Center does excellent work! The first thing you notice is that the representatives are affable and professional. I worked with Artie, as cordial and courteous a manager as you could imagine. He kept me updated as to the repair progress, and is continually looking after the best interests of the client. I would recommend this business without hesitation! This location is on Route 59, on the east side of Kent.

I currently have 3 cars (all bought from Klaben). The sales and service experiences have been awesome. Took my Edge in for the works and clear coat follow up on some body work. This visit was focused on finalizing the purchase of My Lincoln. I was pleased with the assist I received from John Repula (sales) and Nick Papantonakis )Finance the way everything was covered to my satisfaction.Two small issues exist that could have turned out better.1. The interior floormats provided, still in original packaging, are not the correct ones for this vehicle. (nothing fits)

Louis, the person who sold me my vehicle showed a genuine interest in my mechanical needs, and set up an appointment for me. Mario is who I dealt with at their repair center and he was amazing. Overall 10/10 experience and wont go anywhere else.

I orginally went to Klaben- Kent (only Kent) for my oil change and car maintenence (I wont go anywhere else). When telling my regular Klaben guy, Joe, that my car seemed to be skipping when changing gears, he immediately took me seriously. I rode with a really nice guy mechanic and it wasnt reacting too much at that point. When my oil change was done, they ran a computer check and it failed... something was up. My car is still under warranty. Klaben- Kent got us a rental and kept us updated along the way while they ran my whole transmission and changed many parts over the next 2 weeks. I got my car back and everything seems great, my car was wiped clean, and I was on my way! Thanks to everyone at Klaben - Kent service!!!

Had to return twice to have update on Navigation system. First time, recall completed, failed to perform requested maintenance. Was told the new update for navigation system would be in 2-3 days, service would call set up appt. 10 days later we called to inquire, it was in. Set appt for update and routine maintenance. Once at appt was told approximately 1.5 hr wait, but 3 hrs later finally received vehicle back.

The servicewas great and the people were very courteous.

Mario, Sean, and Tyler always take great care of me and my vehicles, Im never worried when I go in becuase Im always kept up to date on the status and the repairs are always at a fair price. What I like the most is they treat me like family!!!

Had to have a car battery replaced and they replaced it for me.

I was in a car accident on August 23, 2021. My car was not returned until 10/27/21. The service department gave me the run around each time I called. Nothing was really done until I had my legal council call.

Great service they did a recall repair on my car and gave me a nice loaner at no cost for the weekend while they fixed the recall, they were all very friendly and professional.

Had to have a lot of transmission work, klaben made sure that I had a rental for the time that they had my car and Kim was phenomenal to work with.

I went in when my car alerted me that one of my tires psi was quite low. Much lower than might be blamed on temperature, etc. The service team was fast and efficient. They laid out the problem and the solutions clearly. These people take good care of me and my car.

Recall service done on my 2020 Aviator. They did an excellent job to schedule and make sure I had my loaner car and scheduled to pick up loaner and bring my truck back. Kalban does great job.

Didnt think the Tire Rotation was Done because i clean detail my vehicle myself in my home garage an the rims was in same location on the vehicle when i took it in General maintenance when i left it was still in the same location on my vehicle

When I arrived at Klaben Ford service Bay I was met and checked in . The windshield fluid was filled and the lights were checked at that time. The waiting area was covid-19 compliant and I felt safe. All the service advisos were friendly even though they were short-staffed. When I picked up the car it was cleaner than when I dropped it off for service. Great job!

The problem was fixed and being brand new tires that kept losing air, it was fixed at no charge. Thank you.But they washed my car which I did not want done being I just had it oil sprayed. They always ask if I want that service, they didnt ask so being the middle of January who would think they would wash cars. I didnt even think about it or I would have said so myself.
