First and last time I ever go to this location. Salesman did his part, only for the manager to ruin it. My father purchased an item, and I was only there to pick it up for him. I saw a display item I liked for the price, and I didnt even haggle them about lowering the price, I only preferred the display item. The manager told me they had a brand new one in the box, but I told him I prefer the display item. So I went to the salesman, and told him I specifically wanted the display item, he said it wasnt a problem. I return to pick the item up, store manager tries to bring me the box and tells me its easy to setup. I told the manager that I want the display item. He immediately went into attitude mode. My fathers item was neatly wrapped, so I figured they would wrap mine the same. The manager put a strip of wrap on one part. I then asked him to wrap the legs. He then started wrapping it so aggressively he almost fell down trying to wrap it. I then asked if he was going to put wrapping on the top, because after all, it is raining. His coworker asked him if should get a pad to put on top, he ignored him. Instead I answered, and so no, dont worry about wrapping it, I am not taking it. I got my money back. I have never dealt with a manager having such a fit about an item I purchased in my life. I never even had an issue like this dealing with Art Van, or any other furniture store. I will never visit this location in life, and I also told my father to never set foot in this store again. Loves needs customers more than I need furniture. Good luck in the future, but with that experience, they will be just like art van in no time.
I had a wonderful experience with my selection from the beautiful showroom. I found exactly what I was looking for and was offered assistance upon entry. Excellent customer service. I would definitely make additional purchases from Loves Furniture & Mattresses.
I won a $500 gift card from radio station WDVD, 96.3, to Loves Furniture about 3 months ago. I called today and was told that they are in liquidation and will not accept it. Art Van all over again, from some of the reviews I just read!
We went in and purchased a couch and chair mid November and were told it would be delivered mid-December. Our salesperson said he would call us and keep us updated on any delivery changes. The night before our delivery we still heard nothing further, called and a rather rude customer service rep advised us they didn’t have our items and it would not be delivered now until December 29th. We just called today to check on the status as we need the furniture we purchased and were now told maybe mid February as they still don’t have our items. We understand times are difficult right now but there was no communication as promised what so ever. We only found out about any changes by reaching out ourselves. We have cancelled our order as we can’t continue to wait with seemingly no definitive delivery of what we paid for.
Their website sucks no price. No wounder the new artvan going out of business. Sounds like American freight junk.
Went in for a dining room rug came out with a nice kitchen cart. Trae was my sales person very pleasant and patient. THANKS LOVES!!!!!

Scammers Do not get anything from here!!!!! Nothing these people will play you out your money!!!! And will keep delaying your items . I’ve been waiting since December 19 to get my son bedroom set and they rescheduled to December 29 and now the bed won’t be in stock til March they didn’t even call to let me know what was going on I had to call them they this company the workers are just as horrible!!!! do not waste your time.

I have ordered sectional. It supposed to be delivered in October.no call no show on delivery date. I called store they said it’s not in stock need to reschedule your delivery rescheduled on November 10. Called again to store . Item is still not in stock. Reschedule delivery for December 4 ..how ridiculous is that???
