My experience with this company is the lowest I could expect from anyone. My order came in and no one called until I did to find out it was ready for pickup. When i went there the piece that came in had a noticeable crack on it for which they were silent. The funniest thing is that at the main entrance theres a sign saying MASKS REQUIRED but when you enter no one wears masks. I mentioned that fact and got dirty looks from the person I met with and whats more is that the owner came storming to protect his place of business with no respect towards me because I simply asked why would they not wear masks. This means protecting his ego and risking the public. Such people should have no business opening a business. However, be prepared to take chances of testing positive for Covid-19 after you go there, which means your life is threatened and if you recover youve already missed going to work and other things important to you for at least two weeks. But these people dont understand it. I would not recommend anyone to give business to a place like this.I hope this helps you avoid a health risk.

I moved to Florida and started googling places that could make a custom mantel! I had been in Michigan prior to my move so I’m assuming my location services were still set to that location. I found T. M wood products and thought it might be fate. I called and spoke with the secretary and explained my unique situation. She then put me in touch with one of the owners ..Mark!He explained that he could in fact help me even though I was now living in Florida!I can’t explain the amount of joy I have with my mantle all by trusting that this was meant to be!These people are true to their craftsmanship!I’m happy I have so many friends in Michigan who I can now refer them to!Thank you again T. Wasted my time..... Walked in and spoke with Lindsey (who was very helpful). I needed door and window casing for my entire upstairs. She guided me in the right direction, provided samples, and advised me that I could place the order by phone after I consulted with my contractor as they should either have the items in stock or can acquire them in a couple of days. After getting ahold of my contractor and getting the green light, I called TM back to place the order. I was advised I would get a quote via email, which I did. I replied to the email saying I wanted to proceed and inquired about payment, which never got a response. I called several days later during business hours, nobody answered and my voicemail was never returned despite me leaving the quote number and my phone number.*Update to reply to idiotic response from owner***If you dont use/check voicemail, you may want to have the presence of mind to disable it. How long have you guys been in business, lol?

Very knowledgeable staff with excellent service. They were on time with delivery of my products. Prices were comparable, but quality exceeds expectations! Would highly reccomend.
