Go somewhere else. I bought an Acadia. Less than 3 weeks had problems. Every 3 weeks there was a new problem. Brandon will dodge your calls. My best recommendation is to not waste your money there

The owner is being sued for lying about titles. Tells people titles are free and clear, and then sends them salvaged titles. Not only that, but has been dodging the court trying to serve papers whenever people try to sue.Now, Im not your mom, but Id recommend going elsewhere if youre about to spend thousands of dollars. Preferably somewhere with a few shreds of integrity.

Bought a 2009 Dodge Journey that at the time seemed to be in good shape, besides a stuck caliper that he replaced before I brought it home. 3 weeks later, needs new tie rods, new ball joints, new shocks, new egr valve, rear differential is shot, radio is shot. Bought a car I can’t even drive. Make sure before you give him any money you take the car to a reliable mechanic first, looks can be deceiving.

My father recently bought me a car from here and the service was amazing. They have cars for reasonably low prices if you want to cash out, as well as an excellent selection of cars for financing. I got my 2009 chevy equinox from here for only $2000 almost a month ago and so far so good! I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for a used vehicle!!!Update:I have had my car for over 4 months now and the only repair I had on it was to fix the air conditioner for under $200. I drive it multiple times a day to and from work, taking kids to and from school as well as summer jobs, and took a trip to Cedar Point in it. I love my car!!!2nd Update:It has been over a year, Ive gotten a set of new tires and had to replace the wiper transmission, the back hatch hydraulics, brakes, and something else... All very affordable (besides the brand new tires) but nothing major like a transmission or engine. I stand by my initial assessment and really recommend this place for getting a nice used car. If u recognize that u are getting a high mileage vehicle and stay on top of your oil changes and get any routine repairs done quickly, you can have a nice used car. 😀

I would highly recommend considering D&D All American Auto Sales for used car purchases. I owned a car that I couldnt get out of my drive, last winter... because of all the snow we had. It sat in my drive for a month, til the snow melted enough for me to drive it. I have never been so frustrated. I did not want to chance going through that experience again.Being a single woman, I was hesitant about looking for a car...without a man.. Assuming Id be taken advantage of, not really knowing about cars. I had a few cars I was looking at, finally... decided on 1. Jeremy took me for a test drive, and noticed the brakes didnt feel quite right. He told me he would have the guys check the brakes out. The car did need new ones... which they took care of, and threw in an oil change for me. That is going above and beyond. AWESOME customer care.The biggest plus... for my decision, was when Jeremy ran my credit report, there were a couple entries that came up on the same day back in July. I knew nothing about these. Seems someone used my name, and information for purchases. This will prompt further investigation. Scary things going on in this world now a days.They made me feel comfortable with my decision. Between the staff and the variety of cars to all of the great deals, I could never go anywhere else. In 2014 I was dealing with credit issues but still needed to finance a vehicle, I was able to get a 2003 Mazda Tribute. Without missing a payment or ever being late, seventeen months later I now am driving off in a 2012 Ford Fusion And couldnt be happier. A couple of my friends referred me to this place when it was time for me to get a new car so I came to check it out. The customer service here is great Brandon E. worked very hard to find the right car for me!. I finally found the car I liked and bought it. The next day I tried to start it but the battery was dead. I called Brandon E. and he was very apologetic and promised that he would fix it. I brought the car back up there the next morning and he had a new battery for me ready to install!! Bought a car from them a couple of weeks ago and within a week started hearing clunking coming from what I thought was just a cv shaft come to find out its actually the transmission so yeah spent $2k on a car and with in 2 weeks the transmission is going the car wasnt even cleaned up befor I bought it been to many other lots through the years and have never bought a used car that the lot didnt at least detail the damn car to make it look nice . This place is a joke they held my car for two weeks because they said it had to be certified to leave their lot. The first day had to replace a head light it need a oil change and the radiater had to be replaced. The water pump was bad and shooting fluid out of it. Plus within the first week all i heard was the suspension clunking. Had to replace the fuse box in the back seat. This place lies when it comes to the cars they sell and all the cars in that lot are juck and they all come from canada so if you reset the car its not in mph so you have to fix that before you drive it. These people are liers and theifs and all their cars are juck and come from out of the country. I will tell everyone not to go to this place and i will never go back there so if you think of going to this place DONT DO IT!!!! They will steal your money and give you a car that is not worth what ever money they are charging you. Dont go to this place its horrible

I was very pleased with the customer service at this location. Brandon was great and very patient with my boyfriend and me while we test drove several vehicles trying to find the right one. One of my #1 requirements was a safe car since I will be driving with my children. When I picked up the car there was a small problem with the fuel filter leaking. My boyfriend and I rolled our eyes figuring we got screwed with the buy as is....VERY SURPRISED that was not the case. Brandon and the owners took care of the repairs the same day at no cost!!!! They stand by the vehicles they sell, unlike most used dealers. I will be happy to give them as many referrals and purchase from them again in the future. I recently went to D and D All American Finance to look for a reliable used car for my 16 year old daughter to drive herself to and from school and cannot say enough about what a pleasant experience we had working with the sales representatives at D and D. The gentlemen who helped us find the car we eventually ended up purchasing were extremely helpful and NOT PUSHY AT ALL!! I appreciated the fact that I was a woman shopping with my daughter for a car and the sales team bent over backwards to find us a safe and reliable car for her to drive. They went above and beyond fixing the problems with the pulleys and rear brake but also, without me asking, replaced the front rotors and brake pads just to make sure my daughter would be able to drive safely. Extraordinary!!! I highly recommend to anyone doing business with this used car dealership - theyre AWESOME!

Very very disappointed. The 2011 Chevy Traverse over a year ago is a piece of junk. Within a year I needed a new engine, transmissions, starter now my catalytic converters need to be replaced and guess what its not covered. Im paying for a car that I cant drive. They sell younthe cars they drive home and them tell you they are good cars. Never again

Very poor customer service. I inquired about a jeep and explained that I would be there in the morning to purchase. The place is an hour drive from home. I explained if the car was sold that night to call, text or email me. I got there as soon as they opened and the jeep was sold.

Salesman here is kind of pushy and not great on communicating with you once youve left the lot. The two vehicles we looked at were on the very high end of mileage in terms of the vehicle age. Not the place to go if you dont have very good credit. They like to pull the we got you approved, but only this one vehicle card, which translates to the one we want to get off the lot because its been here for too long.

My husband and I have been repeat customers with this company. This year we purchased two vehicles with them and were given an awesome deal. One of the vehicles did end up with an issue but they fixed it immediatly with very little cost to us and my husband was back on the road the very next day. I can tell you are not telling the truth about the young lady you sold the car to just by your replies. Who would say no to you fixing her car instead of paying to fix it or have it sit broke down at shops since she got it? Your replies are comical. Everyone can tell youre not telling the truth. Give this young lady her money back. Nobody would finance a car from you after you sold them an unsafe car and kept telling them I have a car for you only to lie. She has 2 little children and has been taking the bus to work. You can honestly say she turned down you fixing the car. I can tell its not true. Do the right thing and just give her back her money and apologize. I called fox 2 and told them about this.

Overall the buying experience was good and theyre nice guys. The car was a new arrival and it needed a windshield, which they were going to have that replaced and have the car detailed by the time I picked it up in four days. An error on the windshield guys part delayed pickup by a week (stuff happens, oh well). When I finally got the car it was detailed for maybe 10 minutes, not even the windows were cleaned, let alone the stains in the carpet, so that was my first disappointment. All the fluids were low and it was overdue for an oil change. 3 wheels came with rim leaks and also it didnt come with a full tank of gas (only 1/4 tank) like their ads state. Two days after purchase I found myself 400 miles from home with no spare tire or jack, thankfully not an emergency, but that would make anyone nervous driving far from home after that. When I went into the office a few days later, they told me it probably didnt come with that option, even though the hardware to tighten it down was laying in there, and didnt care to offer a solution for my satisfaction and laughed it off with some other guy. So basically be aware of what youre buying and be vocal in the deal. Because if you just expect things done right, without saying anything. Theyll take advantage of that and youll end up giving them 2 stars like I did.

Two men that work at this place of business saved my morning! My car died right in front of their building off of 10 mile Tuesday night. My father and I tried to jump it three times with no luck, having no other option other than to push it into one of their drive ways until the morning. My boyfriend and I woke up at the crack of dawn to go and try to remove my battery, run to auto parts for a new battery, replace it in hopes that it will get my car to the shop. We called D&D to tell them that we will be out of their way soon and we apologize for being in their entrance. Two guys came out, asked what was wrong, they looked at the battery with my boyfriend and got it out. Went inside and came out with a battery and replaced it for free! Saved me a ton of time (Im a hairdresser and had to move my morning appointments around.) Also saved me some money as well!! I definitely will be recommending them and will forever be great-full!

The employees are the most racist people I have worked with they like to call black people NI****s behind closed doors I am white and have been married to my wife whom is black for 14 years and have 2 mixed children with.I was there for 2 weeks as a mechanic no problems until my wife dropped me off lunch and one of the sales guys came back a hour latter asking who it was I told him then the next day they told me it wasnt working out. This place has the worst cars I have ever worked on they buy all there cars from Canada witch are rusted to hell they slap 10 pounds of bondo on anything thats has body rust and the guy that paints the cars is a joke take a look user the cars there are plenty of other car lots that do credit acceptance please these people dont car about you just your money STAY CLEAR JUST LOOK UNDER THE CARS PLEASE YOU WILL SEE.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!! I got a 2004 Pacifica from here and Ive been having problems since day one. I drove the car a week and the engine light came on. I have had this car over a year now and Ive had to dump so much money into it with all the repairs. Unfortunately my fiancee got a Ford escape from them about four or five months ago and we find out there is a hole in her door and every time it rains her driver side door fills up with water. Please do not let Jeremy or anybody else that works there talk you into getting one of their crappy cars. They fix these cars just good enough to drive off the lot. Youve been warned!!!!!!!!

I seen online that you sold an unsafe lemon to a single mom who was 7 months pregnant at the time. Then told her every week you had a car to trade her back for the lemon you sold her and even told her to pick it up on a certain date. Only not to deliver the car as promised. What happened to that car? Thats a horrible thing to do to anyone. Very shady business. Ill share this on social media as well.

Called early to check closing time. Arrived at 3:45, (after soccer) and by time someone helped us it was 3:50, after looking it over for 5 min and asked to test drive- office manager wouldnt let the salesman bc they were closed. Even after asking if we could just take a 5 min test and that I was planning on taking it to my mechanic on Monday but wanted to be sure I even wanted to take the time to come 15 miles over to drive it on Monday...she stated that she had to be somewhere by 4:20. We drove off at 4:05- still talking in the parking lot. Wonder what the owner will say when he may have potentially lost a cash customer.

Well that was 3 months ago now everything is falling apart on my vehicle and they dont return my calls Ive waited on a call about my shocks to be replaced never got back to me about how much it would be and when I called 2 weeks later I was told I couldnt be put through that someone would call me back welp Im still waiting ugh.

Horrible experience speaking for a friend took 2 whole days to fix a strut and control arm !!! Was told they would have car done by 2pm Thursday didn’t have the car repaired until after 4pm Saturday horrrible experience to be a highly known and rated company SICK!!! Here is Monday November 13 went to pick up car and they say there still missing a bolt and car won’t be done until tomorrow November 14 wouldn’t recommend this business staff or auto repair shop to anybody worst place to take your car for repair PERIOD!!

I bought my first car here and the people were so nice. I asked was anything seriously wrong with the car because I had 4 small children, they told me no, the car had no problems. The very next day while I was dropping my kids off at school I smelled gas, so I took the car to a mechanic and he to me that I had holes in my gas line, as well as my Trans was going out. I car D and D back, and told them what happened. They laughed at me and said what do they supposed to do about it, I was the one that bought the car. They also told me that I had rats in my house and they were the ones that messed the car up. I was like wow, because they were so nice at first. I was very hurt that they would speak to me like that, i told them God Bless them and to enjoy the rest of there day. I never seen such rude people in my life.

Im a repeat customer and for good reason the first vehicle I purchased Brandon was my salesman and I got a great affordable and reliable car so I figured Id go back and I am so glad I did because my salesman CHRIS WEBER was the best, I changed my choice in vehicles like 4 times at no time did Chris get frustrated, he was so patient with me he treated me great and with a smile the whole time he made my experience awesome D&D needs alot more employees like Chris Weber & Jeremy. Dont recommend I bough a vehicle from D&D 4 years ago a few months after I bought it the transmission went out! My niece bought a car from them after I did and her vehicle stopped running after a few months. Smh

DO NOT buy from this place. We bought a mini van from here and everything was running fine until a few weeks later. Weve had it for a year and a half now and we have had to sink around $4,000 into it and the engine just blew. So weve paid more to fix this pos then weve paid for it in the first place.

Several family members bought a car from here and are very satisfied with their service. One car did have an engine problem and they replaced the engine right away. No one knows what a car is capable of doing. I know of brand new cars breaking down from GM, chrysler and ford dealership, they fix them as well. D&D gets you in a car when nobody else will. I recommend them to evwryone.

Stright to the point, they find you look your looking for and try to stay in the price range your looking for. Very friendly. I love my car so far and have no problems yet. Besides someone in a truck, their tires kicked rocks and hit my windshield and my windshield is cracked now.

Purchased a car from here, check engine light came on blinking when it rained two weeks later, a month later the strut was so bad it appeared to be coming through my trunk, I had reached out to them they told me 500 to fix it....here me now ONE MONTH after I purchased. I had to threaten them with Fox 2 and the BBB they fixed it for 100....their extended warranty, DONT EVEN BOTHER. Her I am updating my review in 2019 and my transmission went out. It is what it is though...I have put more money in this car than it will ever be worth, but that’s my fault, I got this car when I was 19 I didn’t know any better and I went by myself. My only piece of advice is,ASK QUESTIONS, READ YOUR PAPER WORK AND BRING A MECHANIC. I have a 2004 Ford Escape that had about 117000 miles on it, a little over 11k....but I will say the customer service was nice! Lesson learned.

Thos place has some of the nicest used cars out there. They finance everyone and also offer cash sales at a very fair price.
