Not sure why these guys are getting such bad reviews. I recently purchased a VW beetle from them. Buying a used car is always a risk. You either need to be lucky or know what to look for and know what you are getting into.The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because Nick smokes in the office. I know that sounds petty but in todays world smoking should be done outside to be considerate to the non-smoking folks and children that come in with their parents.

This whole dealership is a scam. They wont let u test drive your car when you try to buy. One of the employees takes you on a ride and if you do buy. Your car will break down. Do not invest any of your money with these people. I have friends and family that bought from here and everyone is in the hole now. If your reading this you are being blessed.

These guys suck...for one they dont remember what they promise to do for you but hound you when you make an arrangement before its time.....this has been the worst experience Ive ever had with purchasing a vehicle....all nice when your interested and when we brought out CASH!!!! Within 1 year this happens...rust takes time and bein your a dealership u should Kno better...it drove excellent....interior wasnt perfect but a nice detail will put it their....no visible dents straight body...asked if their was anything wrong with the car and they said yes the exhaust and the tire sensor..they fixed the exhaust didnt fix the tire sensor...bought the car may 10 2017 and as u can see from the pics they neglected to inform us bout that rust....smh

Got financed from them got a good deal and everything, no complaints at first. They say they give referral fees of $100 so I sent a friend who purchased a vehicle, I waited 2 months only to be told that because the purchase was cash, I would only get $50 ...so, okay I accepted that. I was also told that the $100 referral fee could only come from a referral that was being financed. I sent them yet ANOTHER customer onlycto be told to wait 2 weeks! So I waited, after that time I called and was told to come Saturday Oct 28. I had to work so I went by today October 30 and this man DEAD IN MY FACE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD ALREADY GIVEN ME THE $100!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY LIFE! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SHAM AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR INSULTING PEOPLES INTELLIGENCE TO ARGUE THAT THEY HAD PAID ME MY REFERRAL BUT KNOW DARN WELL THEY HAVENT! I will NEVER send them business again, and I dont recommend anyone to trust them about referrals!

Stay away from Van Car Company. They are a bunch of liars who will rip you off with no remorse. The will knowingly sell you a defect vehicle with out disclosing any defects. Look a used car is a used car and there will be problems (e.g. basic wear and tear issue maybe a little more). But the problems with the cars they sell go way beyond the basic wear and tear issue they will sell you a car where the repairs will cost more the car is worth. Again, stay away.

Dont not buy anything from here this guys are stairght up crooks. They lie on everything like car being on accident they will tell you no accident to paper work and everything. Save yourself the hassle worst experience of my life here.

Horrible experience here. The owner (I believe) Nick was very rude and only had a concern for getting his hand into my wallet

They sum rip offs I had to pay 100 dollars for a paper work fee now they want me pay 200 for a license plate when a license plate don’t cost that money please don’t waist your money any time at this car place never again
