R.d. banks is top of the line in car dealerships. I have purchased several vehicles from them over the years. They are good honest people at banks who take care of their customers. The brakes went out on my truck. I called on Tuesday and they said they didn’t have an appointment until the next Monday but I could bring it in and they’d try to get to it earlier. I brought it by Wednesday morning and got my truck back that day! The price was fair, they looked over a couple other things on the truck and gave me a quote. This kind of service is how you earn customer loyalty!

Dave and Ron working with and directing there crews on the repairs, diagnostic of problems that are down under and only happens sporadically, On work trucks that are exposed to all types of conditions, this can be challenging and as working as a team they get it down. I am 72. I have owned a new car every 2-3 years for 50 of those years, so I have worked with lots of dealers and service departments. RDBanks is the best, hands down, I have dealt with. While I did not buy my current auto, a 2019 Equinox Premiere, because there were no options at RDB, I would not go to anyone else for service. When I trade for new late this fall, I will check with RDB first before comparisons.

When I went for an oil change on my 2011 Silverado it was determined that I needed brake work and additional testing on my battery. Another appointment was scheduled but it would have been more convenient to do the work that same day. Especially since the dealer no longer provides shuttle service due to covid 19.

I have had my car serviced there since I bought it. They have done a good job, but twice there have been mistakes, always corrected when I brought the car back, but would rather have it right the first time.

They are not open weekends so of you can only buy a car on the weekend you have to go somewhere else

We have never received anything less than exceptional customer service we have had very individual and personal service and been made to feel like our business matters a very kind gentleman at the service desk even offered to pick me up when my car broke down and I had to wait a long time for a tow truck they have cars to borrow if your car is going to be in the shop for an extended period of time and they are always happy to pick you up and drop you off you wont be disappointed by the customer service at this location and their work is fantastic to we have never had an issue with anything they have fixed I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone we have had contact with!

I cant say enough about your service guy Dave Wollar. I needed a fuel tank for my 2005 Colorado. There were 2 available in the country. Supply and demand set a price of $900.Dave stayed after it and got a tank in Youngstown for $220. I was thrilled to save that kind of money.Dave never gave up, He even got me a 2109 Silverado to drive.I hope Russ Banks has Dave on a Performance Bonus Plan.Allen Ryan

True Story: We called Banks Chevrolet a week ago looking for a used truck. The one that we were inquiring about was a 2 wheel drive and it had been sold so the salesperson that we spoke to (Don Lame) told us about a special that they were running that could put us into a leased 2017 4wd Chevy Silverado for the cost of a used truck payment. We spoke to Don and told him what we could afford and Don made Many, Many suggestions on how we could achieve our goal. We reminded Don that we were traveling 95 miles to get there so we needed to meet our goal and come home with a new truck. From our first conversation with Don we knew he was a Christian man that was there to help us, not just sell us the truck. We spoke to many dealers around the Pittsburgh area and none of them were as nice to deal with as Don. We look forward to future deals with R D Banks and Don.

Just test drove a Buick La Sabre that had a service engine light on and needed a wheel bearing replacement. I Offered the salesman, Ken, 300 dollars less than the sticker price. His response was that he had been ...working here since 1991 and I dont play games. He continued further to say that he will get what he wants out of it come tax return time. These people are not the friendliest bunch.One should not have to buy a car and drive it directly to a mechanic.
