Always fast friendly service. My only complaint is the salon changes stylish like underwear! I visited the salon today and I got a new face named Taylor H. She was super sweet and friendly. She made me feel comfortable. She helped me pick a color to dyed my hair. She did amazing job! If she sticks around Ill book with her again.

Ive never been properly tested for foundation until today! One of the employees, Rasia was super helpful! In fact, she was the best. No matter how many times we bothered her, she was always happy, smiling, and ready to help! She knows her way around the store and beauty itself. She gave us tips, found us what we wanted, and something to compensate for the products that were out of stock. Great experience and product at the store! If you want her to stay, give Rasia a raise! Definitely a keeper! Go on Wednesdays 👀

This store is always clean. Staff is always friendly. Fairly well stocked as well. I like to look around a lot before getting help and they dont hound me like some places do. They just politely ask now and then if I need help. (As it should be)

They like to follow you around and ask if you need help over and over and over again like they think youre stealing, then if you give in and allow them to help you they give you quick fixes to try and get you out the door. The worker today even recommended that I use a product that has an ingredient Im allergic to in it KNOWING Im allergic and she just kept insisting until I left.

I had a hair styling appointment done with Donneisha, she was very nice, her job was beyond expectations. I wish I live near warren to have her permanently as my hair stylist.

Love the makeup store no matter what!! Only downside is that I came to pickup my order at curbside today. I checked and waited and waited!! The lady at the register clearly saw me through the window and I could see her not even doing anything. Then she checked out 2 people (who came maybe 3 mins after another). I was fed up waiting so I went in and had to ask for it myself. The car behind me also waited and waited and still no one came out with their items. Fyi, she had dark hair curly/frizy hair. Was petite and maybe of asian descent or latina. Im asian btw so this has nithing to do with race, just a heads up tp other customers so they are aware of who im talking about.

I had a hard time picking perfum, because all of them smelled the same on paper. Except Miss Dior, Aqua de Gioa and Dior Infissimme. I bought the Dior Hypnotic Poison, it was a blind buy. Really good if you Like vanilla.

Bigger selection than other Ultas in the metro area! I used to go to the one in Allen Park on the Hill, but this one seems to have more in-store. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Went to the salon to have my hair done. I asked for a simple root touch up on my blonde highlights. I even showed pictures. I paid for a full highlight ($115), but did not get one. I still had roots and several spots were missed. It turned out brassy, not blonde enough. I quickly realized there was a problem when I went home and looked at it. My stylist was very pleasant and I hate to complain, but it didnt turn out good. I am hoping they give me a refund. Jordan was my stylist.

I received a gift from this ulta, the Derma•e scar gel, and half of the product was empty as if someone was using it in the store. Very unhappy knowing that either a customer did this or if the product is not well taken care of.

I love Ulta beauty. They always have what I’m looking for. On staff they always have very helpful consultants. Always know the answer and if they don’t they will find it for you. Very accommodating staff very clean and very well lit very organized. I love shopping here.

Kimberly in make-up was wonderful at Giving me an updated eye look. She showed me how to apply both every day makeup and special occasion (for my niece’s upcoming wedding). I was comfortable asking her because she’s been at this store for a few years and I see her almost every time I’m in there.

Always have a pleasant experience when I shop here. The staff is nice and the store is very clean and well maintained. They carry a great selection of Shea Moisture products & Hempz lotion which I love.The staff is pretty knowledgeable. I would’ve given them five stars however they sometimes don’t have the variety of Shea moisture soap that I like, or only have 1 or 2 left. Otherwise, love stopping in to this location.

She showed me some options and then applied the makeup to my face! It was a perfect match! I ended up getting a toner and moisturizer too! I stood in the perfume and cologne section for 10 minutes, without any employee greeting or even acknowledging me. The management must be horrible, because the staff was unacceptable.

Today the girl that was working the register from 12 till I left about 2 does not need to be there. Not helpful very dry personally. Makes me not want to come to that store anymore. The only reason I would come is to get my eyebrows done because that that works doing eyebrows is so nice you should thank her because you would lose most of your customers if she was not there.

Love this store. But I love makeup so that isn’t even a surprise. Always stocked. Staff is friendly and attentive. I had my makeup done at this location for a wedding I was going to. Who even knew they offer those services. It was a great experience, o felt like a movie star. I wish o could remember her name who did my makeup. I would recommend their services beyond just buying makeup, they do a great job!

The young lady on the floor was extremely helpful; however I had 2 find someone 2 ring me up and I had 2 ask if I had earned money on my loyalty card ( had $6) wish cashier looked & informed me without asking. I went in today to restock on my personal skin scare products and Kimberly was very helpful! I dont wear makeup and drug store products have become very cringe worthy for me after better products, but she made the experience very enjoyable and my mother even enjoyed herself! I want my mom to use better products on her skin so she can feel better about herself! Weve went to other locations and my mom was still very stand offish but the woman who helped us today had her interested in investing in herself for once! I could tell that just talking with Kimberly had my mom feeling more confident about products even though she hadnt made any choices on product selection! I hope it keeps rubbing off on her, because the visit was worth more than the products I bought today!

Had a truly wondering experience. Kimberly, from Clinique, was just so amazing at what she knows. I never wear makeup because I never knew how to apply it. Linda was very rude today when I came to this location today. I was there with my grandmother and she didn’t even speak while we were standing at the counter waiting to be checked out. She walked away and had a side conversation with another employee before even speaking and no smiles at all. Not someone I would recommend to work in customer service at all.When she finally logged into the computer I was greeted with a very dry, is this all for today. She was so in a rush to get us out of line mind you with no else even waiting. She input my phone number in wrong 3 times and told me I didn’t have an account because she was moving to fast to get the transaction done. I have been a platinum member the past 2 years with Ulta. I only had 1 item for check out so I am not sure what the rush was.I am thankful for Reva and Kim at this location because they are always amazing and make sure to not only meet but exceed superb customer service.This was my favorite Ulta but if Linda and her bad attitude will be there often I am sure the sales will decrease tremendously. Not happy with her rude attitude, she does not belong in customer service at all!!!

Went here for the first time within the last week. One girl was very helpful with makeup for my face and another was also excellent helping me pick lipsticks for my daughter. Fabulous customer service! Very impressed and will definitely be a returning customer!

I went to Ulta today to find a new foundation. I stopped by the Clinique section and spoke with Kimberly. She was very approachable and knowledgeable about the Clinique products. We talked about what I was looking for in a foundation. She took the time to explain the products and we tried out a foundation on me and I loved it. Thanks you Kimberly! I come here to shop for my wife when I want to surprise her and I have no idea what Im doing but the ladies are always very helpful there and getting me something I can take home that she will like.

Wonderful selection and great return policy. I imagine there are lots of thefts so i understand they have to keep a close eye on customers, but i appreciated the helpful attention. Only downfall is that the sweet accommodating young lady who tried to help me really didnt know much and i bought the totally wrong color eyebrow mascara. I mean why do they even make BLOND anyway? It might as well be invisible.

Ulta is my go to for all my beauty needs. I really enjoy wandering around the store. And if I cant find what Im looking for all I have to do is ask. Or if Im not exactly sure how to get the best results out of a product there is always someone there to show me just how to do it.

If I could rate a 0 I would! My best friend had her hair cut and colored there and not only was the cut NOT what she showed the woman with a pic of what she wanted, but the color has been faded and showing her roots right away within a couple of days! They charge entirely too much to do such a horrible job! And then will not refund the money spent when you complain and its obviously a horrible job done! I dont recommend anyone spend their hard earned money in that place! Im angry for my best friend!!!

I just got my hair done by Nicole in the hair salon, and Ive gotta say I am absolutely satisfied. She managed to lift my hair from a dark maroon color to almost a strawberry blonde in just one session. Ill be going back in two weeks for another lift and honestly Im excited. Ive never been more comfortable with an artist as I was with her today.

Went in because they got the naked pallet that is discounting in stock. Perfect time of day not a lot of people in the store. A sales associate showed me were the pallet was and everyone was supper nice.

THIS LOCATION NEVER SEEMS TO HAVE WORKERS THAT ACTUALLY KNOW THE FREEBIES THAT COME WITH PURCHASE. I am DIAMOND STATUS and I feel like I work for this location almost every time I go in. They also always “run out of samples” all the time though it’s clear how many samples are behind the counter.

Prices can be high. Some good sales. Best brands and fantastic assistance from employees.

ULta is always the place that smart women go for their high-end hair products, Nail polishes, department store as well as drug store cosmetic products as well and of course the perfumes!! 😂 Ive never used their salon however. The staff are very helpful and know all of the product lines that they carry. So when someone such as myself asks yet another question they actually do know and provide the correct information too.

I was in your store yesterday. It was my first time in an Alta store. I brought my 13 yr old daughter with me. And 2 of her friends. I was very upset how we were treated. They were followed around like they were thieves or something. Just because they were curious about all the products and trying some of the testers. My daughter has gone into the Macomb mall store And wasnt treated like that. I wont return to this location

Made a visit to Ulta for my first time this evening (5/26/17) to purchase makeup.I inquired with the floor sales associate about what makeup I needed in order to achieve a full face of makeup, what brand she recommended & what section of the store to purchase it from. She did not give me any help.She responded All over the store & behaved as if she had an attitude because I didnt know what to purchase.I will not be making a purchase at the location anytime soon.

One of my coupon wasn’t working on their end. It was a $5 off $10 coupon which was valid. They didn’t compensate. There was nothing wrong with my products, yet they didn’t accept the coupon that they sent me a few hours prior to the transaction.

Just left this location with my wife. We waited 20 minutes for an employee who offered us help to see if a specific item may have been in the back. After 20 minutes of standing in the NYX lip gloss isle we looked up and saw that that same employee was helping someone else. My wife decided to ask her if she had found the item and her response was she didnt. She didnt even go look for the item nor have the decency to say that they were all out. No wonder why people resort to shopping online. We have to rely on ourselves since you cant find good customer service in stores.

Wonderful lady at the eyebrow station helped me pick out some solid make up for my mother for her bday. Turns out urban decay and morphe were some good choices, thanks for the huge score! The make up was broze goals palette by morphe and honey by urban decay if im not mistaken.

The problem with Ulta Beauty is there are too many things I want to buy. The staff is so helpful in suggesting products.

So today I was trying to get a Kylie lip kit posie, and I called to this place to see if they had any left. They said yes at 4:16 and when I got up here they didn’t have any left, and I got here at 4:30. I asked the lady when they sold out, and she said an hour ago. So why would someone tell me you guys had them available? I didn’t know they were on sale today. I just was running out on my own, but its messed up because I shop Ulta all the time to the point that I’m diamond, and I’ve been platinum for YEARS. This may be the last time I shop Ulta period. I buy everything here and I have a credit card as well. You guys need better customer service because I definitely could’ve stayed home, and this place is 20mins away

Bad experience. No one greeted me when my daughter and I walked in the store even when two ladies were standing by the cashier talking. We were in the store for almost an hour and still no one greeted us or ask us if I needed any help. Finally, one older lady came and helped me instead.
