Outstanding customer service

Great service! Fill our tank without having to be there (we have a camp). Love that we can do mail-in billing!

Very disappointed. We have been a customer with 2 properties for years. We ran Low faster than normal this winter during very cold temps and called for a refill. 6 days after calling for a refill we ran out completely. As this is our primary heat source our house froze very quickly. I notified the company very early in the morning on day 6 that we needed propane quickly with 2 very small children in our house. I was scolded for not calling sooner and told they would be filling our tank on the normally scheduled delivery day. It took 24+ hours With the temps below 0 degrees to get our tank filled.When the delivery person finally came to fill our tank he shut off the line to our house and did not tell us. 4 hours later after many many service calls we figured this out and finally were able to heat our house. Currently looking for a new propane service!!!!!

Undoubtedly the best propane company in the world . Top notch employees all around at warren pa office. I smelled a leak at my house and technician Joe was absolutely wonderful at finding it and fixing it and double checking everything to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks for the great service warren pa office has a great technician and knowledgeable as well !

I disagree with the comment the best. I called them and got a quote on propane at $3.50 a gallon and talked to the neighbor who also gets a fill-up once a year and he paid under $2 cause he knows the girl at the front desk Im sorry. Thats price gouging! I called another company and Im now getting my propane for $1.89. I will never be their customer again.
