→ First heard about BoxDrop of New England from a Facebook marketplace advertisement, while looking for a sectional sofa for a new home. After making multiple offers for used sectionals on FB marketplace, but never hearing back, figured Id switch to buying new instead of used. Very happy I made the trek out to showroom in Warren, RI because the selection of items is great! Furniture prices were very reasonable, and the delivery price even more so. Loved the sectional that I bought there so much that I figured Id go back for a bedroom set + mattress. Very happy with both purchases. Between the two trips to the Warren location, I met the owner of the BoxDrop Mattress Direct store in Pawtucket (who was covering in Warren), and then met the owners of the Warren location on the 2nd trip (I apologize that Im forgetting names). All (3x) people were very helpful & friendly in answering questions while browsing in the store. I have nothing but positive things to say about the delivery team as well.→ I will add that Im still waiting for the chest from the bedroom set to come in, but I knew that the materials were not available at the time of purchase, so that wasnt unexpected, nor was it something I needed urgently. Thats certainly not going to bring my rating down to anything lower than 5/5 stars, but figured it may be worth mentioning if anyone else wanted to buy a bedroom set and needed everything all at once. Its my understanding that thats a common situation with other furniture stores as well, so backordered parts arent specific to BoxDrop.

Friendly and personable owners. Great prices and quality to match. Helped my wife and I find exactly what we were looking for. Did not have chairs in stock the color we wanted so they were ordered and came in at expected date and we were notified promptly. Assisted with loading into our truck. A small piece was missing from one of our chairs when assembling at home. Very easy assembly. When owners were notified we were given the option to replace the whole chair or have the piece delivered no questions asked. Owners personally hand delivered piece to my home on off hours to ensure our satisfaction. A+ service I dont imagine you will find anywhere else. Love our purchase and will return when we need more furniture. Overall great experience. Much appreciated.

Cheaper prices than big name stores

I bought my bedroom set here. Fantastic value and it looks great. I also purchased my mattress and box spring here. A lot cheaper then any of the furniture stores. Delivery charge was also a lot cheaper. I will definitely shop here again. The staff was very helpful.

Great furniture. But simple finance. Dont do it its high way robbery. More than a car payment and you finance say 4 thousand for 12 months 12 months you will end up paying 8 thousand 80 dollars. 700 a month

Locally owned. If the competitor can afford $60 K for a TV spot they do not need your business. And you as a customer will be paying for that commercial, remember that.

I love this place but I came in Friday 5:40 pm April 26 and you weren’t open why was that and it says your open Thursday-Saturday 6pm

No pressure sales for a furniture store! The people are very courteous and helpful (from inside the store to the delivery guys), the prices are wonderful and the delivery was the next day and on time!
