I have had nothing but good personal shopping at this store. They know where everything is in the store and most generally I have a question I always ask even when I get there looking for something I never purchased before. I will ask to the sales help ( off the top of your head do you have a general idea what it cost?) and they are usually right on the money with out looking it up. That’s crazy good to remember what it is, where it is, and the price. That’s just not right. They are super sales people. Even when it comes to ordering special items that they don’t stock the work doesn’t stop there with them. They will bend Over to try to get you the info and or the product you might need with out any delays either??? Just saying!!! Awesome people there. I been to all of the stores within a 25 mile radius in my area and I think so far that is the best one as in my preference. Just can’t say enough. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!! #1

Champion Values sold me two-sided metal reinforced filters but sent me one sided ones. When i asked them to refund my $$, they blamed Amazon for their product description and refused to help. Message to me EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional! What hardware store doesnt know how to send out and sell the right a/c filters? BIG FAIL!

Mike has always been kind to me and helpful when I stop in there. Not sure about these other reviews but always been good for me!

Some of the worst sales and service I have experienced in a long time.

This is always my first stop if I need anything to do with tools, lawn and garden or anytime something needs fixed.

They are NOT a True Value Store anymore. They are an ACE Hardware.
