They are out of alot of paints due to covid

Store is very clean and always have product in stock. The employees are very nice and helpful, never have to wait long .

Great service. That got us the paint we needed quickly. We forgot our mask and the sales rep politely told is they had some out on the table by the door.

To better assist the sales associates of what you need, I recommend going onto their website and see what you want then call them. It was easier and faster for the sale associate to get my stuff for me. Had no problem with the curbside pickup.

To say I love theses guys might be a little over the top but honestly these are the best bunch of guys ever. Amazing customer service, always so helpful and kind. They will forever have my business. Thank you got saving me once again!!

Online ordering pickup is so smooth! My confirmation email came less than 10 minutes after ordering and the gentleman who dropped it into my car was friendly with proper PPE. The website can be hard to manage, make sure to add the product to your projects then you can add it to cart.

Manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. This is now my forever store location.

I called to make an order today 05/06/2020 at 14 & Schoenherr rd. Store. An associate named Brayn answered my call, he was very rude during the call with no patience at all. When I arrived he got angry and started waving with his hand with inconvenient way because he wanted me to move from the parking lot to the drive way in front of the store. Even if I did a mistake he cannot treat a customer like that. I am now very frustrated and will never go back to this store again although it is near my house. I love sherwin Williams a lot and I painted my all house from this store, I didn’t expect that from an associate in sherwin Williams.

Best place to buy your paint if you have a company account thats better but their pain is outstanding and when I had my painting company for 25 years I always got my paint there and all my customers were happy so if you tried to do your own painting at least youre starting off with an a one plus paint

I have bought supplies from Sherwin Williams for many years and I have always been satisfied with the service and products.Last week I went to the store on 14 Mile Rd. and there was a young man by the name of Justin who helped me. I have never been so impressed with the knowledge and sincerity of a sales person. He was not only professional and knew exactly what I needed help with but he explained everything with patience and a confidence that made me feel certain about my project decisions. Justin is a very sweet and helpful young man with a customer service ethic that I dont see often. Sherwin Williams is lucky to have him and I could only wish to find such an employee for my business. Very disappointing, especially for a High End paint store....... My wife and I stopped in yesterday to select a stain for the concrete we are getting. We walked into an empty store and wasnt even acknowledge by the girl behind the counter. We walked around for a short bit, however since the employee never said can I help you? Well I finally approach her and explained what we were doing on the request of our contractor, and she pointed us over to the wood stains for decks. She said for us to select our choice and they could make it work for concrete. However while looking at this wood stain selection for a bit, I just felt that it was correct so I said loudly to my wife this doesnt seem right as every choice refers to wood, why would we get Birch Wood for our concrete. I was hoping she would then cover over and actually assist us, but nothing. So knowing we werent going to get any help, we started to walk toward the door. In doing so we finally came across concrete stains and took a couple brochures and we left.Very disappointing, especially for a brand like Sherwin-Williams. Ill continue to stay with Home Depot for my paint needs, and HD is not that great either but sure better than the experience we had yesterday.

I am guilty of sensory overload when selecting paint colors. I have not found any consistent solution. I have more luck making initial selections on the Sherwin-Williams web site. Your website is easy to use. I enjoy visiting it frequently.

The way the employees dealt was bad, and I am a client with Charlene Williams for 13 years. I have not met such employees and he did not deliver the materials I bought to the car. I just drove them at the door and I moved them in two stages.

Salesman was looking up my aunts account trying to find what paint she used 5 years ago. And kept stating wrong color. And kept saying satin. Told him white semi gloss. Kept saying are you sure. Very upsetting.

This was my go to place for paint and supplies but not anymore. The paint I spent 150.00$s on didnt match the paint chips and when I complained and tried to show the manager Brian he walked out of his office looked at me and said (half under his breath) Oh, its YOU again. Then went back to his office . Really? Nice way to greet a customer who has been loyal to your store for 10 + years. Never going back.

Their paint is top notch, just remember that you get what you pay for, shop their higher end paint and wait for one of their sale to buy it.
