As first time hot tub buyers, we couldn’t of had a better experience with Gary and Aqua Living Factory Outlet! My boyfriend and I had shopped around at other stores before finding this one and we are so glad we did. There was no pushy selling or pressure to purchase something that day but the second Gary broke down the cost of the spa we were most interested in, it was a no brainer - no other store could compete with the prices and great customer service. Our spa arrived a whole month earlier than expected (unheard of in COVID times!). Mike was so helpful with the delivery and placement of the spa in our backyard, took no time at all in getting it in place. He was extremely flexible in the delivery time frame which we were so grateful for and very knowledgeable about spas, offering great tips on how to maintain our tub. I can not imagine having such a positive experience anywhere else, Gary is a great guy and we are beyond happy with our purchase!

We found Aqua Living via a web search and visited the showroom. Gary was great and let us browse without any pressure. We were able to sit in several hot tubs and with his help discuss the features so we could decide. We purchased the Dr. Wellness G12 and love it! They delivered the wrong color cover and Gary was helpful and timely in correcting the issue. Both Gary and the customer service have been wonderful to work with.

My wife and I went to the Aqua Living Factory Outlet to purchase a jacuzzi, Mr Gary Lusk was our sales person. He was very professional and answered a lot of our questions! The Factory had a lot of models to choose from,after looking around and talking to Gary we decided to purchase a jacuzzi! We purchased the Dr Wellness X3-1-2 model with the Tuscan sun color. The prices were very reasonable! I would recommend anyone whose looking for a hot to go to the Aqua Living Factory in WarrenMichigan. I recieved my hot just as the summer started! I love it!

Gary was a straight shooter, not trying to get me to buy unnecessary extras. He explained all of the options well and was even willing to take my calls after hours. I would definitely recommend getting a hot tub from here. Prices are way below everyone else and the warranty is better than most other companies.

I was searching for a new hot tub and came across Aqua Living in Warren. I reached out and was welcomed to come and visit their Warren MI location. I met with Gary who quickly helped me choose a Dr. Wellness Spa that would fit perfectly in my location. I ordered the tub, and Gary was great! When my tub arrived at the Warren location (about 7 weeks later), Gary let me know and we set up a delivery time. I then was contacted by Mike who set up a delivery time to my home. Mike showed up promptly with our new tub. Mike was awesome and very accommodating. He was able to set the new tub right in place in our backyard with ease. Mike was very polite and followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were satisfied! I highly recommend Aqua Living in Warren MI for anyone in the market for a new spa! But the owner, Gary, was just excited about answering our questions and giving us advice on which model would be perfect for our needs. He made the entire process easy and even enjoyable, because he is such a nice guy. My wife and I purchased the Dr. Wellness G12. We are first time buys of a hot tub so we did a fair amount of research before purchasing. We selected the Dr.Wellness G12 based on features, size and value. We took delivery in November of 2020 and didnt get much use in Michigan winter. Since then the weather has warmed up and so far so good. The entire family has enjoyed the hot tub.We would recommend Gary Lusk and the Dr. Wellness spa for anyone looking for a lot of tub for the money.Bill and Renee Murray

I spoke with Gary for two years before I made my purchase. He was very patient with me and he guided me step by step in making my purchase. I can truly say I love my spa and I love the experience of purchasing it. Now if I could learn how to balance the chemical and keep it clean I will be super happy. We bought a G 12 doctor wellness spa from Gary last fall in 2020, due to Covid we got the spa around February but it is well worth the wait. We’ve used it numerous times per week and couldn’t be happier with the spa, I would highly recommend this brand and unit to anyone else, as well as working with Gary who was extremely helpful along with the person who delivered it and the support team at the factory. We are first time hot tub owners and had no clue what to do for maintenance or balancing the chemicals and the overall team has been very helpful with guiding us along the way. The hot tub is in good working order and priced beneath other retailers. The directions for use are easy to read and understand. We are happy with the products quality and simple control system. My only complaint is the time we waited for the tub. Im sure Covid is to blame, but we order it when the weather was cold and received it when the weather turned warm.

Buying the wellness spa was the easy part. Had it delivered. That’s when it all started. Delivery guy was late, it was dark snd he lost control of the cart it was on. It dumped in my yard. Panels were cracked.So we contacted the sales guy. Call the company he says. They send out panels. Wrong ones. Hot tub is leaking, it surges, snd all we get is a run around. Try send another control panel. It’s the wrong one, again. Now today, a jet flew off. Calling Tennessee is a joke.I wish I would have bought from someplace else. So now I’m stuck with a dr wellness spa that is a mess. Thanks a lot. I’ll be calling again tomorrow. Wonder what their excuse will be this time. I would prefer for a tech to come out. Or a new dam spa.

Ordered a hot tub from Gary back at the end of February. He set all the right expectations and was very knowledgeable of the difference style of hot tubs he offers and helped us choose the right one for us. He communicated with me while our hot tub was in production and offered a crew to deliver the hot tub and install it for a small cost. Update after almost 10 months of use, we have had NO ISSUES at all with our hot tub. Works wonderfully, easy to maintain, looks like new, and as long as you keep up on water quality like you would with every tub, it is clean as can be. Highly recommend.Other than taking longer than expected in these unprecedented times, we could not be happier with the service that we had with Gary at our store in Michigan. The spa delivery was exceptional, and overall the quality and performance of our 110V PP41 has been amazing. Super easy to use. And compared to the $10k+ other brands, this lacks nothing that those do. Heres to years of enjoyment.

The Short Answer: I would avoid these people at all costThe Long Answer: We purchased an X6 from Gary at Aqua living. We mainly went through them because they had the shortest wait and good reviews. We were told 8-9 weeks and everyone else was 15-16. Thought that was pretty good so pulled the trigger. I called him at around the 8 week mark to get a delivery date. He ignored my phone call and would only text me back. Magically it was now going to be 15 weeks to get the tub. Fast forward, we get the tub. Its missing seats and the cover is wrong. The tub itself is great and that stuff happens. Gary just texted me a link to fill out a warranty claim. I didnt think it was right I should have to do the leg work on things being wrong with a new tub but he said they werent allowed to submit the claim. When I called the company they said he could have absolutely handled it. I got ahold of Gary and told him I felt I was owed some type of compensation for the late delivery and submitting a warranty claim. Chemicals, steps, money off, something. He responded, via text of course, we normally give free chemicals to our customers that leave a good review. Wow. Well I would rather leave this review and pay for the chemicals. Again avoid them if you can.

We were excited to purchase our spa and got our deposit was in fast. That was the end of our excitement. We reacived 0 support and were told to contact other people regarding our spa and the questions we had. Also since purchasing our spa had questions about our final invoice and we have not yet recieved answers. Feel like our purchase was met with uncared for and, like an after thought once our money was collected. Luckily delivery was smooth at 9pm at night We have contacted the delivery guy with questions, which he answered fast. Gary was unhelpful and at best a middle man for this purchase.

First I must start off with an apology to Gary at the aqua living store in Warren MI. Second, I must say his installation guy is the bomb.com. We set up to purchase the G-10 at the end of April 2020. By the time our paperwork was processed it was the middle of May at no fault of Garys. We were told 6 weeks from the date of processing witch like I stated added 2 weeks to our expected delivery. Because of the COVID pandemic, the manufacturing was slowed we were told because of the parts needed to manufacture the spa were slow to be delivered to complete the spa. To make a long story short we received our Spa at the end of July. I cant tell you how many times Gary heard our frustrations but he took it like the man he is. Im sure if this world was normal right now the delivery would have been as expected. Todd the installer was fantastic. 30 years+ and definitely a pro at what he does. Our G-10 works perfect. The only issue is a defective LED light which Todd set up a service call to replace it. Once again, Thank you Gary for putting up with us, and a big thanks to Todd for his professionalism on the install. We are satisfied customers.

Aqualiving was a pleasure to work with. Gary, the sales manager was super friendly and took his time answering any questions I had as a first time spa buyer. I never felt like he was trying to up sell me on anything. The pricing was amazing compared to some price ranges Ive received from other companies.As for the tub, we pushed the G-12 Tranquility and its amazing. Were a family of 4, with kids ages 3-4. To them the tub is like a pool. Were also able to very comfortably host friends and neighbors, and never feel like were on top of each other. One warning is that the speakers on the tub are LOUD. During normal operation, i leave my phone volume 2 clicks above mute and its more than loud.Finally, the production process was understandably stressed due to the covid update as well as the recent surge in demand. I would have given Aqua living 5/5 stars, if communication was a bit more direct. I received conflicting messages from the production side, however once I reach out to Gary and his team, they were able to get me accurate updates.

Gary always kept me informed and when I received the wrong top with my tub he got right on it. I purchased my hot tub in August. I had a great experience. Gary was extremely forthcoming on what to expect and also recommended a great electrician Brian to help install the electrical line. While taking care of my 93 year old father we contracted Covid 19. It was the first day that we received the news and I was truly beside myself. During that time Mike called to deliver the hot tub. I physically was unable to understand anything. I was always home at night but stayed every day at my dads. I couldn’t go home for the first time I couldn’t be with my dogs, daughter or grandson this is where Mike comes in. He talked to me and told me everything was going to be ok . What ever I needed he would do . I thought who does that but Mike did. He kept his word and without him I couldn’t have survived. That’s the honest truth. Aqua Living is truly blessed to have Mike as an employee. He is one in a million. Although I have never met him I will never forget him. When you have to deliver a product and make calls for arrangements to deliver you never know what your going to get especially now days. I was blessed he understood my situation and worked with me in every way possible. Personally I think he should be in marketing, but thank God he is so good at his job. I often wonder how many lives he’s touched with his patience and kindness. Keep up the good work. Your worth it.

After a disastrous experience with Home Depot trying to buy a spa, I turn to Aqua Living. Gary Lusk was an excellent salesman explaining why I needed certain things or didn’t need other things, he didn’t push for anything that I didn’t want. There were obviously a lot of delays because of Covid, but Gary kept in touch constantly and always offered apologies and incentives. When it did arrive the guys delivered the wrong spa, and it had to be switched out. Gary was incredibly accommodating and apologistic and he made it right quickly. I love my new spa and am glad I bought it from Gary at Aqua Living.

Love our Aqua Living hot tub. We purchased a 3 person tub, since they were on back order we had to wait for it to be delivered but it was well worth the wait. Set up was very easy. The hot tub arrived about a month ago and I can tell you that we have used it every night. The hot water just melts the aches and pains awayThis is a high quality made tub. One think I really like is the fact that a GFI is built into the plug so no need to hire an electrician to install a GFI outlet. The skirting around the tub is very nice and the controls are easy to use. I would highly recommend this hot tub to any one. My brother came for a visit and once he got in his very words were, “I’ve got to get me one of these.”

(THEY SHOULD HAVE PUSHED FIRST PAYMENT BACK AND DID NOT) I was patient. After installing and running it, one light not working and I bought upgraded bluetooth per sales guy, it works when it wants. Out of 5 times it worked 2 times only. I purchased waterproof portable speaker now. Still I was patient. But their financial team contacted me and said I had a return payment, for not moving money to account In time. I can and will accept late fees. (BUT if SALES GUY AND FINANCE WOULD HAVE COMMUNICATED BETTER, THEY WOULD HAVE PUSHED FIRST PAYMENT BACK AND THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. But I asked about same as cash due date, and they said it voided now, due to my one issue that should have been resolved by THEIR COMMUNICATIONS. I have stayed professional this whole time and now I have to pay a ridiculous interest rate. The tub is not worth it and if I want to return it, They said they will put it on my credit as repo for 7yrs, instead of helping the customer out. Its a little over 2 months since they delivered it and Im very unhappy. I wish they would step up and help a customer out. This is the time people are suppose to support small businesses and treat customers right. I did not get upset about any of their mistakes, but they are stabbing me in back while I was trying to be nice guy.

Awful experience. Wrong hot tub delivered- wrong cover for wrong hot tub delivered- no steps delivered- 7 inch box cutter scratch on hot tub- wanted to return hot tub. Had to deal with corporate. The only way for us to be able to return the hot tub was to pay $400 to have them come pick it up!!!! So we paid $400 for them to pick up the WRONG hot tub- which was months later and then we received our refund!!!! Buyer beware- if something goes wrong with your hot tub YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH CORPORATE and corporate is out of Tennessee and they were not easy to deal with!!!!Wrong hot tub and we were basically forced to pay $400 for them to pick up the wrong hot tub they delivered!!!! My wife has wanted a hot tub for a long time so I decided to surprise her. I thought everything I heard about pain relief and better sleep was a bunch of bunk but I was wrong. Our hot tub is great and I cant believe how much better I feel. We wouldnt change a thing, except maybe coming to see you guys sooner.

I purchased a HB19 spa from this store just as they were opening. Other than the tub being delivered 2 weeks later than the promise date, the store and owner seemed fine; but I would like to review the Hudson Bay HB19 spa for anyone interested.Firstly, you get what you pay for - if you buy cheap expect cheap (lesson learned).Cons of this hot tub:1.) There is essentially zero insulation, so even if you put in home insulation in the tub enclosure, expect the heater to run frequently/constantly during Michigan winters.2.) The tub controls are awful. I couldn’t imagine a worse control unit. I’ve even called the manufacturer to see if they sell something else, with no luck.3.) The push-pull drain plug is useless. The one that came on mine never worked, I called the manufacturer and they shipped me a new one for free, which I appreciated; However! That only only worked for about 4 pulls until it completely seized-up. So I purchased a standard valve and bypassed that horrible plug.All other components of the tub seem passable; however I have a sinking suspicion this tub (heater, pump, etc.) will only last a few years.Good luck with your hot tub hunting; and I feel your pain if you purchase an HB19...

9/29/2018: I ordered a quick ship spa on 9/29 from Rachel Cuccia. Her customer service was friendly and accommodating and she texted me from her cell number and was available to answer questions via text. She mentioned that if I left a positive review I would be rewarded with free filters which I thought was a nice way to falsely pad their reviews online, but since my experience had been good I didn’t see it being an issue.10/9/2018: Days went by without hearing when the quick ship spa would be ready to ship. So I inquired with Rachel - and was eventually told that the spa did not pass inspection (If something is in quick ship with a goal ship date of 1-2 weeks, it should already be inspected in my opinion.) They put a new spa into “rush” production, and upgraded my full foam insulation to arctic insulation. Rachel also said that she would throw in 1 year of free filters and 1 year of Nature 2 copper filters (a $200 value) for the delay.10/17/2018: Over the next week and a half I got vague updates on what “rush” production meant, when I could expect my spa, etc. My credit card had a nearly $6000 charge on it from 9/29 and I had no information for when I was going to receive the product. Additionally, my electrician wouldn’t come out until the spa was on site to put in the disconnect - and he had an international trip coming up. So I inquired AGAIN on timelines so that I could plan my credit card payment and schedule with my electrician - and Rachel gave me misinformation multiple times - contradicting her own timelines (i.e. “it usually takes a week in production and then a week for inspection and water testing” and then a week later she said “production takes approximately 2 weeks. Testing does not take 5 days.”) I asked for more clear details because I was confused, and was told to email her supervisors, that she was “just a rep”. I emailed her supervisors.10/22/2018: No response from the company after the email 5 days prior. I reached out to Rachel again.10/23/2018: Rachel responds with a different person to reach out to. I email them and get vague answers on where my spa is in production. “The new spa showed in production on 10/19.” But not when it started production or what I could expect after that. Still no ability to plan for delivery, electrician, etc.10/30/2018: Spa was delivered, unfortunately the electrician was leaving to go out of the country so it was unable to be set up.~11/7/2018: Contact was made with Rachel to inquire about the spa filters and when I would get them. It had been over a week since the spa was delivered and a month since she originally said they were throwing them in - without any contact from her about the filters or what I could expect. This message has since been deleted by Rachel so I cannot refer back to it for direct quotes or times - but her response was essentially that she would “follow-up”.11/9/2018: Spa panels were removed to reveal that insulation was NOT upgraded to arctic insulation as promised.11/12/2018: I reached out to Rachel again re: insulation discrepancy and filters. The response was: “this is my personal phone number that I am no longer giving to customers as a curtesy” (her spelling, not mine). I told her that was convenient now that the spa was past delivery and the company has a no return policy. I agreed to email her instead and asked for a response in 24 hours considering text responses usually happen within a couple of hours. I was told “I asked you numerous times not to contact me on my personal number. I will file a harassment report to the police.” WOW really???Long story short RUN. The price is great, the spa may be great (I don’t know yet) but the company is a joke. They are available up front to get the sale/take your money, then rely on their no return policy. I have never been talked to the way Rachel talked to me. She was incompetent, deceitful, and rude. I have proof of all of these conversations if it would help any future buyers.
