Stopped by to get some prices and the guy there was rude and said very derogatory insults. Before i said another word he said i was on camera. it did not stop him from calling me every name in the book clearly he HATES WOMEN. I am going to call the authorities and make a formal complaint.

Bad service. Called earlier in the day to find out hours and the the guy said he’s be open til 5 on this Saturday when online it said 8. Came here at 4:20 and place is closed. Big inconvenience.

Tom goes out of his way to help with your needs and answer your questions. Tom and Matt are typically there, they keep the store spotless and everything easy to find. If you ask them they will offer multiple ideas, pricing and if needed theyll order what you need.Im glad I found this gem store!

All hydroponics stores have the same products but what they dont have is the same service. Tony at Hydro King will go above and beyond to make sure you leave his store happy. I drive past three different stores on my way to see Tony, I dont plan on going to another store anytime soon.

I started growing a year and a half ago, and there are tons of hydro stores in my area and hydro king keeps me coming back with quality products and the best prices, but mostly the staff, theyve been more than helpful and theyve loaded me up with so many freebies and samples Ive been able to try several lines and find out what works best in my garden, not to mention Tonys own feeding schedule with advanced ph perfect products, great for beginners and a serious line if you know what youre doing. Bottom line 18 months of shopping around and internet searches and Ive found that their prices rival Amazon and the quality of customer service is unmatched, they even returned some stuff for me cause I realized I didnt need it :) this place and all the employees are awesome! I definitely recommend it.

Where do i start?? There are so many great things to say about this store. CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!!! Every other store Ive been to has dirt all over their floors and no sense of organization. You name it they have it!! Their shelves are fully stocked and loaded with great items. And if not it what you need will be there fast. Tony and Mike have so much knowledge on all their products, these guys could teach a class on the A to Z of growing.They are professors. If you have a problem, like Vanilla Ice, Yo theyll solve it!!!! I guarantee you will not be disappointed in your visit even if the drive is long for you.

Every time I come in Tony makes sure he knows what Im looking for, and points me in the right direction to the right product. Great place, and friendly staff. This is my go to spot for anything grow related. Theres anything and everything you need there. Doesnt point me to the most expensive over the top products either, so theres a big ass plus

Went in look to get a set up on lights and all the goodies, the family running the place was extremely nice, clean store he gave me the best price I told him that I had been looking around. They made sure I was happy when leaving and definitely will be back.

Not the best place to go to.. there are a lot of hydro stores out there that respect and value their customers. This isnt one of them.I hope they improve their customer service and become the business they could be...

Was sold faulty light kit and tent was made of very cheap material that tore easily. Owner was very rude and seemed to be taking her problems out on customers.
